計一計, 原來, 已有八年沒有到這餐廳了. 時光飛逝, 八年前的事, 就好像是上個月發生似的.有幾個月沒見好姊妹, 於是這晚又一起搵一些特別的餐廳吃飯, 就到了這間既熟悉, 又陌生的地方, 吃一頓異國菜的晚餐.陳設裝潢沒有太大的改變, 仍然是燈光微暗, 仍然是充滿東歐氣氛的擺設, 仍然是同一個店主, 唯一不同的是, 我現在的心境, 和八年前的心境, 已經大大不同了.飲品我揀了Traditional Ukrainian fruit drink ($58), 橙紅色的凍飲, 是以多種水果的汁液混合而成, 有士多啤李, 桃, 蘋果等等, 充滿著水果的天然甜酸味道, 滿有果肉碎, 很豐富哩. 紅菜頭魚柳沙律 [Salad with beetroot, herring fish and potato carrot ($75)]的造型好像一件圓形蛋糕.「蛋糕」部份是由青魚柳碎粒及薯蓉組成. 上面鋪滿著紅菜頭粒及紅蘿蔔粒, 再加以魚子和兩片檸檬置於頂部, 然後唧上沙律醬. 事實上,我們也不知道如何吃, 是切開後伴勻吃, 還是切開一片片吃? 我們選擇了前者, 因我倆也覺得沙律醬應該要伴勻東西來吃嘛. 結果也是不錯的. 白色的沙律醬有一貫甜甜酸酸的味道, 但原來, 這樣子的味道, 和嫩滑的青魚柳碎粒很匹配. 很讚的沙律!東歐地道牛羊炒飯 [Traditional tangy rice pilaf with lamb and beef ($138)]是一道香料味極濃的炒飯. 炒飯內的羊肉及牛肉都已全熟, 尤幸質地亦不太韌. 羊肉粒的羊膻味是頗濃的,  但混合著牛肉粒一起吃, 卻產生了一種奇妙的中和作用, 讓人容易接受. 而由於飯粒吸收了香料味及肉味, 導致飯粒異常惹味誘人. 焙三文魚扒 [Skewers of salmon with avocado sauce ($168)], 即是三文魚扒串燒, 更有洋蔥及黃瓜片相間著. 正方體的三文魚扒是出奇地厚肉, 被燒過後, 外層是微脆, 但意想不到的是, 咬一啖, 竟然是肉質緊緻嫩滑, 更有肉汁四溢, 還有魚油滲出, 的確帶給我們驚喜. 不過, 要注意三文魚扒內有少許細骨, 吃的時候要小心點哦. 最後, 老闆帶領我們進入酒窖參觀, 又幫我們拍照. 很貼心的服務哩. 如此特別的環境, 如此特別的食物, 將來必定再來. continue reading

團購二人餐價錢唔平,食係食呢度氣氛同菜式,佢既湯,主菜同甜品都特別既,係出面少食到朋友推介牛舌,但個人唔食得落,所以無嗌,主菜叫左蘋果鴨胸送份量較少,鴨同蘋果係好夾,味道亦不錯幾中意個薯蓉,夠creamy辣腸湯,似羅送湯,一啲都唔辣,不過料好多前菜沙律,pancake中間有沙律醬同菜,成碟幾清新甜品係蘋果蛋糕,幾中意食,蘋果一片片,隔住蛋糕,面頭係果醬,唔會太甜,凍食好正服務麻麻,問多兩句個叔叔就會唔耐煩,唔想答甘呢度有間雪房放酒既,客人可以入去飲酒,我個fd上次都有入去,可能我唔係熟客又係團購消費少掛,無介紹酒同邀請去凍房飲酒,我地特登企係凍房門口望佢都無招呼服務認真要改! continue reading

朋友介紹黎呢度食,見到有團購就試下餐湯:排骨薯仔湯好多料,可能係啲胡椒,有啲辣,唔食辣既我有啲辛苦前菜:家鄉沙律菜沙律無咩特別,個薄餅入面夾住芝士醬同菜,上面有幾粒魚籽,配搭幾好又唔會太“流”,前菜剛剛好主菜:香辣牛腩相反,呢個叫香辣既一啲都唔辣,有啲似中式既炆牛腩,不過太咸,又唔夠淋伴碟既係薯蓉,味道ok,不過食到好濟甜品:士多啤梨班戟份量少,果醬太多,中間無涵,得兩粒超細既士多啤梨總括而言,正價去太貴,團購價都可以去試下,食環境個男職員態度麻麻,問多兩句都唔想答甘要問先有水,服務一般 continue reading

之前呢間餐廳出團購,就藉呢次機會試下特別嘅東歐菜。餐廳嘅位置都幾隱蔽,如果唔係專登去都唔會留意到佢。一坐低就好興奮,因為餐廳嘅裝修真係好有異國風情,睇得出店主喺佈置落左一番心機。 團購menu,每人包前菜(兩款),餐湯,主菜一款同甜品。首先係湯,我哋揀左烏克蘭排骨湯同家鄉煙肉馬豆湯。烏克蘭排骨湯好足料,但比較咸。煙肉豆湯同樣足料,好濃郁嘅豆味同埋好香嘅煙肉味,而且佢雖然味濃但唔咸,我地都鍾意呢款湯多啲。跟住到前菜,我地都揀左魚子醬pancake做鐵膽,跟住各揀左一款沙律。魚子醬pancake嘅餅皮煎得軟棉棉,餅皮帶少少甜味,有蛋香,配搭pancake內淡淡嘅沙律餡,加上pancake上咸香嘅三文魚子醬,真係好好味。兩款沙律都好清新,而且沙律菜都好新鮮。前菜已經咁正,令我地有啲期待主菜。主菜我地揀左羊肩同埋牛腩,份量都幾多,但賣相一般。味道同樣都係一般,羊唔夠騷,牛腩有啲韌,兩款菜都偏咸,味道比較單一,冇咩調味技巧咁。主菜質素一般,比餐廳碟頭飯高啲啦。最後到左甜品,可以揀雪糕或者俄國士多啤梨pancake,食過pancake返尋味嘅我地當然揀後者。Pancake皮依然好味,入面嘅果醬有原粒士多啤梨,仲要數目唔少。可惜嘅係果醬太甜,有少少膩,加多球雲呢拿味雪糕一定會令呢道甜品更出色。 continue reading

我好中意同朋友去試新餐廳, 因為朋友之前去左波蘭EXCHANGE, 番到黎香港就開始好掛住波蘭既味道, 所以佢就搵左呢間東歐餐廳, 既有俄羅斯風情, 又有烏克蘭既感覺, 睇到食評同D相都已經好期待 因為我地兩個都係超級路痴, GOOGLE MAP話既8分鐘, 結果搵左成半個鐘, HAHA  真心係幾難搵, 特別係對我地黎講, 係中環既斜路既小巷入面, 行過幾次都MISS左  雖然搵左好耐路, 但都覺得好值得, 真心推呢間咁有誠意既餐廳 上面2張相都係餐廳入面既裝潢同好有氣氛既燈光+充滿東歐熱情風韻既音樂  坐左係餐廳, 成個環境都好有東歐色彩, 有如置身於當地一樣, 讓人放鬆, 好似剛剛由繁忙既中環大街, 走入左另一個國度 好有FEEL~~~呢個係間餐廳既一D小燈罩, 每張枱都會放一個, 到晚上就會點著佢, 增加唔少效果~~~而呢2張相,都係餐廳入面既一D小心思, 老板買左唔少東歐既擺設, 將餐廳成個環都呈現出東歐既味道!! 好贊呀 黎到講番佢既食物: 呢個雞肉蘑菇卷真係冇得輸~ 因為朋友就係太掛住呢個, 所以先會特登搵間的從未食過既東歐餐廳黎試~ 的確!!!! 呢個卷真心好味~ 外皮香.脆.酥, 而入面既雞蛋同蘑菇用左類似白汁, 但比一舨白汁香濃好多, 雞肉又滑, 蘑菇又多汁~ 個酥皮卷再配上充滿香草味既汁, 簡直停唔到口, 一啖接一啖咁食, HAHA 而呢個俄國香草燒春雞都好好味~~~~ 佢一上呢隻雞, 真係會好有驚喜-一來佢既色澤燒得剛好, 外皮金黃, 隻雞又肥美, 配上綠色既香草同紅色既特製醬, 已經好吸引  而且香氣撲鼻, 切落去D肉汁即刻'標'出, 老板話隻雞係用左7種唔同既香草烤成既, 唔怪得味道咁香咁特別~~~ 再點上甜甜酸酸既特製醬 (有少少似蕃茄醬), 超配 最後呢個烏克蘭芝士餃子, 我同朋友都覺得比起以上2個遜色了一點點~~ 不過都算唔差既菜式!! 隻餃子入面全部都係芝士同香草, 好濃郁, 好RICH~~~ 不過層皮就略為厚左少少, 可能東歐D餃子係咁?! 開頸食一兩隻都覺得好好味, 但食多隻就覺得有點太膩了~ 始終咁多芝士~~~ 總結: 超級推薦呢間超有成誠意既東歐餐廳呀~真心!!!! 食物好味又有驚喜, 環境特別又有心思, 老板仲好中意幫客人影相, 好NICE~~~ continue reading
