To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗌左和味啖啖肉排餐 本身嗌左兩份嘅 個侍應又聽左做一份叫佢再一次Comfirm Order嘅時候佢既態度十分不耐煩 哩個行為都唔係咁委屈啫係食物服務方面，塊牛扒勁Dry 超硬塊雞排就勁油湯同薯條都係凍既 體驗一般炸雞不過不失，算係唔錯檸檬茶無檸檬，同埋有種洗潔精嘅感覺呢間應該唔會再幫襯架啦

服務員態度差，語氣十分不耐煩！今日奶茶點多奶，來到是少奶，問服務員攞多的奶，問完一次好似唔明你講乜，又要再問先畀！食店上網訊號差，自己已用5G,在這食店上網點餐就令你無語，去過幾次都無改進，令你氣憤！以後唔會再幫襯

今日食早餐，落單後員工已給我們一張單，落單時要求兩杯奶茶多奶，沒多奶，兩份即食麵，麵餅煮未熟仍硬硬地，一員工送來一小杯奶後又給我們多一張單，同先前張單銀碼不同，剛巧馬尾中年員工經過，便同佢講有兩張單，我們沒有特別看清楚內容，佢話其中一張單唔係我地，係隔離檯的，鬧我地自己食乜都唔知咩！真O嘴！ 我哋介意嘅唔係佢畀咗兩張單我哋，而係佢嘅語氣好差， 以後都唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳

普通一個下午茶用咗25分鐘，啲嘢食都可以未齊。 員工態度得過且過媽媽夫婦好明顯係管理上出咗好大問題。一間咁大間嘅連鎖集團餐廳。竟然可以求其到咁出品差，食物差，味道差，連飲品都差。 失敗！

本人剛晚上到餐廳堂食，我問該女侍應是日餐湯是中湯還是西湯，之後對話了一陣，我話我要白湯，該侍應語氣不滿地說“你頭先又話紅湯”我話我無講過，我話唔緊要我朋友未叫，佢叫白湯咪得囉。由於我係兩人用餐，之後其中一張枱被拉走，唔緊要，張單都拎走埋，唔緊要，我出去埋單時再同佢講番，我覺得無問題。好啦，我出去埋單時，我企左一陣係cashier，個女侍應問我企係度做乜，我話埋單，佢問我張單呢，我就解釋一次點解我無左張單，佢聽完唔明，就轉身同佢一個侍應講“我唔明佢講乜，你去搞掂佢”態度之惡劣無下一次幫襯。
