有時會吃素,慶幸灣仔吃素的地方不少,而當中更有這間具有特色的日式素食店。這天跟同事來這裏午膳,用餐經驗和諧舒適。這天我們叫了一個豐盛午餐和一個輕怡午餐,一起share。豐盛午餐先有個素壽司和燒物拼盤,素壽司拼盤美味可口,燒汁味濃。而前菜我們分別叫了高野豆腐、玉子燒、麵鼓茄子等,每道前菜都十分細緻,選擇多樣豐富,味道甚佳!而主食我叫了蕎麥麵,同事則叫了青檸冷湯素麵,兩個麵都麵質彈牙,十分飽肚,整個套餐加起來,教人十分滿足,配合上餐廳的日式裝潢,予人和諧舒適感覺。

每次幫襯這間食肆,都懷有一個尊敬的心。由於略為認識店主,知道他們很有心營運這間素食餐廳,每次來都是為了支持及品嚐他們的日式精緻素食。今晚平安夜,特選素食,慶祝聖誕,就第一時間想起這間精緻嘅日式料理餐廳。他們亦有聖誕menu兩款。有聖誕日式素食料理,及日式火鍋,我們選擇了兩份火鍋,給一份素食堂食,另外再有一份日式素食料理外賣。跟一般普通日式料理一樣,上枱presentation 精緻美觀,令人看得賞心悅目。當然全部以素食為主,進餐後身體完全零負擔的感覺。而且油份相對亦比較少。因為沒有肥美魚生的油份,餐後有仙氣的滿足感。店主全部以特別精緻嘅食材,提高整餐飯之質素。選用材料,屬於上乘之選。不用擔心不會飽,幾個壽司飯團,其實足以令到你有滿足感。光顧此店,要欣賞食物的質素及服務。致於這一餐素食,這個價錢,是否適合就見仁見智。

十分有心做的素食,日藉(疑似)老板十分友善有禮,有位比較有年紀嘅服務員姨姨次次都主動問“識唔識用筷子扭青檸”。full lunch set同lite lunch set都試過,各有優勢,lite其實已經夠飽,而且青檸冷素面令人一試難忘,湯都飲埋。full lunch 好豐富,每款都係誠意之作,絕對值回票價。前菜份量充足,輕盈午餐大三款揀,身(胃)心都十分滿足。用餐過程太享受,儘管係素食但絕對唔會覺得寡,已經變左喺灣仔嘅飯堂!

We came for lunch on a weekday, it was busy but not too packed so we didn’t have to wait and could sit comfortably. They have two different sets for lunch and we ordered one of each. I love the chewy texture of the ramen. The veggies on top were all fresh and light - perfect for summer! 🍜 🤤 4.5/5 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 (+HK$10) I love the curry base, a classic Japanese style which was sweet and mild. The Japanese rice was cooked perfectly. However, I only got few potato cubes which was a bit disappointing. 🍛 🤤 3.5/5 𝘋𝘌𝘚𝘚𝘌𝘙𝘛 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶 Great end to the meal, the mochi was very QQ and not overly sweet. 🤤 4.5/5 🌱 Vegetarian-paradise: So many options even for set lunch, they are also vegan-friendly, you can request to skip milk and or egg. 🍲 They have seasonal Omakase sets for dinner including one with shabu shabu! 💰 HK$110-210 pp ⭐️ Overall rating: 4.5/5 🤔 Revisit? Absolutely! 💯 This is the kind of vegetarian food that I love the most - no processed foods, minimal seasoning that highlights the natural freshness of the plants. 🌱
