The Wagyu Ramen lunch set was a pretty attractive deal..... $148 including the Kirin Ichiban beer. The beef was top quality and the ramen were not too tangled.... which is perfect for me.Not sure how long this deal is there, so I would like to have it again.... as soon as I can. GYOZA has always been my favorite so I may be biased whenever writing about it. It was nicely presented and it did not disappoint me .... as always
.
Overall, the lunch set above, seems like a good value for money. So definitely worth a try.

平時好少食一風堂 嗰日經過冇乜人又肚餓就入去食下 我哋叫咗三碗拉麵同埋一個餃子好快啲拉麵就上曬啦我叫咗赤丸新味先試下個湯都好濃厚,唔似其他連鎖店咁水nel nel麵質我叫咗普通,黎到有少少偏硬不過都ok佢仲有少少黑麻油,食落好香之後先撈埋佢上面嗰啲辣醬,感覺好惹味啲配料都好正常差唔多食曬碗拉麵嘅時候餃子就到喇個餃子一份六粒,跟一個餃子汁食落個底都好脆口但係好細粒,真係一口一粒個餡都冇乜特別下次會試下食其他嘢😊

最後送來一杯麒麟一番搾.限定柚子啤酒,100%麥芽釀製,而一番搾的意思是指以第一道麥汁釀造,這是餐廳為了活動而跟日本知名啤酒品牌麒麟啤酒合作推出的,麒麟啤酒特地為了餐廳調製以柚子及青檸檬為主的口味,微酸的清新配合冰涼暢快的口感,如果能在吃拉麵的時候同時喝的話一定更爽的。

以連鎖店來說,質素比起很多拉麵小店也還要高,原來第一家一風堂於1986年在九州開業,希望以拉麵改變時代,到現在日本已有超過85家分店,海外也開設超過80家店舖,但仍然堅持創新拉麵文化的本質,難怪經常有新品推出,而且價錢相宜,有機會要再來嘗嘗其他口味的拉麵。

近來見大小報章,網上傳媒大力推一風堂的大判和牛拉麵同啤酒。今晚特登過來德福一風堂試試,點知一坐低詢問侍應有冇大判和牛拉麵,原本已經售罄,實在有點失望,唯有叫叫其他出品。札幌味噌拉麵是德福限定推介,當然要叫吓!上枱的時間,強烈的味噌撲鼻而來,湯底黏度不算太高, 但味道相當濃郁。麵底是用上蛋黃太麵,雖然只少許掛湯效果,但是麵質爽口彈牙,蛋味恰當。叉燒肥瘦恰當,味道味道適中。手羽先明太子其實是明太子雞翼,外層炸得香口,內裏肉質嫰滑,明太子帶點點鹹香。總體而言,已連銷式拉麵店計算,出品味道是很好的。加上侍應細心解釋,還送上兩包消毒濕紙巾,實在是值回票價。

黑椒鐵板牛舌分量同想像差唔多,食落既口感有啲似豬頸肉,雖然係切得薄但好有彈性好爽口,加上個汁有少少酸味令人好開胃,送酒一流!👍

因為之前每個星期都會黎食所以做埋會員,
已經係bari super級會員啦,所以每次黎食面都會有一個印花,儲夠6個就免費一碗拉面,而且3點係叫啤酒買一送一,好低食!👍

考完試同 friend 去#一風堂 食個#拉麵 放鬆下叫左#ippudohk 既 #煮干系拉麵 碗麵一放上枱聞到好香魚乾味湯底都好精華又濃 ,用左小魚乾熬製上湯,仲有肉質嫩嫩的慢煮叉燒,加埋一風堂招牌豚骨湯,每一啖都有魚香味,赤玉食得多,今次新既「魚乾味玉」,溶係湯入面,搞到成個拉面好濃郁。

已經好一段日子沒有來過一風堂現在一風堂有自助落單系統店員會提供一個QR code只要scan QR code就可以自助落單十分方便小魚乾豆腐沙律配明太子醬脆脆小魚乾 小鹹香併著滑豆腐吃可中和一下偏濃魚香濃厚煮干系麵湯底有濃厚魚乾味 但太鹹魚乾很脆伴有菠菜和荀荀味比其他湯麵店更濃雖然選了軟麵 但相比適中麵只稍軟一些肉片軟 較貼近燻蹄的鹹香橫濱家系豚骨麵湯底有骨湯味 香濃好喝不過都是味精湯~麵條軟硬度適中 因為選了中間的軟度叉燒入味不肥但肉質有點韌

小魚乾豆腐沙律配明太子醬
脆脆小魚乾 小鹹香
併著滑豆腐吃可中和一下偏濃魚香

濃厚煮干系麵
湯底有濃厚魚乾味 但太鹹
魚乾很脆
伴有菠菜和荀
荀味比其他湯麵店更濃
雖然選了軟麵 但相比適中麵只稍軟一些
肉片軟 較貼近燻蹄的鹹香

橫濱家系豚骨麵
湯底有骨湯味 香濃好喝
不過都是味精湯~
麵條軟硬度適中 因為選了中間的軟度
叉燒入味不肥但肉質有點韌

依家香港愈開愈多拉麵店,沾麵店,多到數都數唔曬。今次試既就係香港其中一間拉麵連鎖-一風堂。今次試既係九龍灣德福限定既拉麵,食落去既感覺係豚骨醬油拉麵,但湯底同醬油味更加濃郁。麵質係唔質既,幾彈牙。但可惜既係叉燒比較硬左小小,而拉麵既重點,溏心蛋唔夠溏心,呢個真係比較可惜左小小。感覺係overcook 左。
