平時都會一年同老公去幾次日本。六月去完日本啱啱去完泰國返嚟又已經好掛住日本呀!老公今日book咗一間日式居酒屋,話要止一止去日本嘅癮!今晚佢就帶我嚟銅鑼灣嘅一杯屋!一杯屋非常特別!佢哋係用日本紀州備長炭黎燒烤!全港好少有,所以係非常罕見!而且佢哋餐廳主打牛舌,牛舌愛好者一定要黎試!老公非常鍾意食牛舌,所以去到門口已經非常之期待餐廳入邊充滿日式嘅裝潢,感覺置身去日本咁樣!而且店員非常熱情有禮,十足日本熱情的招待。一開始店員會提供急凍醃牛舌一份。雖然係急凍但係非常爽彈而且非常入味!一啲都唔似係急凍嘅!老公揸車唔飲得酒所以店員非常體貼介紹我哋飲今日嘅是日特飲。是日特飲係由青瓜,梅同士多啤梨沖成嘅mocktail, 非常新鮮清甜。老公好鍾意梅味,所以非常啱佢飲。而我就大愛日本啤酒所以點左一杯Sapporo第一個前菜我地點左燒雞皮餃子($ 38 )雞皮餃子非常特別,顧名思義係用雞皮包住肉餡。一啖咬下,滿滿肉汁溢出!餃子迷一定要試。另一款前菜點左波子壽司拼盤($ 98 )壽司波非常精緻可愛,由六款壽司+3件卷壽司組成。而且壽司本身已經用豉油醃左,無需要再點豉油。所以再加啲Wasabi落去已經非常可口。炭燒上牛舌串( $ 58 )上牛舌係最接近牛的喉嚨,喺脷嘅最入邊。所以爽口非常而且是最珍貴的。燒蘆筍煙肉卷串( $ 38 )蘆筍煙肉卷串滿滿炭火味道,充滿日本風味。真係好似去咗日本咁呀!三文魚帆立貝炸揚($ 88 )一啖香脆三文魚然後再配上帆立貝,真係一個非常特別嘅組合燒美國牛小排( $ 98 ) 燒美國牛小排真係非常非常好味,無與倫比。滿滿肉汁,非常香口。超級值得一試!牛魔王嘅我同老公覺得仲好食過我哋六月喺石垣島一間好出名嘅居酒屋食嘅霜降牛。法國芥末籽醬牛柳( $ 158 ) zucchini配上法國芥末籽醬牛柳係一個非常好嘅組合。牛柳肉質鮮嫩而且脂肪甘香,之後再配上一啖zucchini。感覺非常清新。超級值得一試!最後食飽飽,當然要食返個甜品做總結。我哋分別叫咗個日式藍莓芝士餅同日本大福。兩樣甜品都非常出色,絕對係個完美嘅總結。是日晚餐每人平均三百幾蚊。以高質日本餐來說價錢真的是非常抵食!鍾意日式居酒屋嘅你一定要黎試啊! continue reading

黎銅鑼灣食午餐,行到Sogo附近呢棟澳門逸園大把餐廳,最尾揀左呢度8樓既一杯屋。同同事每人叫左一份定食,另外加$60要左份刺身。午市定食跟既唔係面豉湯,而係韭葱湯,味道帶鹹,無草青味,味道偏向洋蔥。沙律預拌醋,上面有一小塊鴨胸。茶碗蒸入面有帶子、蟹柳等,非常足料架。水份配合精妙,食落唔會太結又唔會散。南瓜一小件,味道係來自南瓜既自然甜。<日式燒安格斯牛扒>(定食 $168)要左五成熟,果然啱啱好,肉質結實,配上調味料燒完之後牛味更出。配飯一流。<炭燒喜之次>(定食 $168)喜之次係日本名魚之一,係啲高價日本料理先見到,呢度$168就食到都幾抵。燒完係脆脆既皮下,魚肉依然嫩滑,感覺幾新鮮,配蘿蔔蓉同燒汁食,味道豐富。<刺身三點>($60)用左月亮碟上,擺盤一流,分別有三文魚、鯛魚仲有海膽。三文魚厚切,食落夠油潤,好新鮮。鯛魚爽口,點啲啱啱既酸汁啱曬。海膽鮮甜,下面既青瓜都切得好精緻。呢度上菜都算快,啱曬趕番office既打工仔啊。裝修亦好有居酒屋感覺。 continue reading

上次同女友係銅鑼灣食過午市omakase後,我倆回味無窮,今日評優逛銅鑼灣所以又點想再去,行到澳門逸園中心樓下,見到水牌,忽然改變主意試試第二間,所以去了8樓的居酒屋入到去估唔到這裡也有omakase ,仲要係有串燒的刺身二點:油甘魚- 厚切,好重嘅魚味,鮮美海膽- 新鮮,甘甜帶有海水味和風沙律- 溫泉蛋,沙律菜,脆米和沙律菜完美結合,好味又開胃炭火串燒六點-1.白鱔-肉質結實而嫩滑2.京蔥雞肉-京蔥與雞肉好夾,一起燒令京蔥有雞的油香;亦令雞肉有京蔥香3.青椒仔-燒後椒內仍然保持濕潤,很香4.牛脷- 有牛肉和牛油香味,而且咬落味感爽爽的5.明太子帶子- 帶子好濕潤,本身已好好味,再加埋明太子醬,味道層次再提升6.五花肉- 油脂好香,令人很難抗拒,食完想再食吸物:清酒煮蜆- 酒味濃郁,而蜆亦鮮甜味美,兩者配合更相得益彰紫蘇素麵- 原本櫻花素麵,但今日轉了,但感覺更好,因為紫蘇有點涼意,而且紫色,好吸引,可以揀凍或熱食甜品:蕨餅-抹茶味重,煙韌有嚼勁白桃雪葩-雪白嘅外表好靚,而且桃味極濃,彷如吃緊冰凍的白桃一般 continue reading

今日經過銅鑼灣,同朋友行完Sogo 想食個晚飯,經過附近的逸園,發現有好多餐廳可以選擇,最後我哋揀咗一杯屋,因為我同我朋友一向都好喜歡食日本嘢,剛好這間日本餐廳好似有好多選擇。餐前有個蒸蛋真係窩心。女孩子總喜歡沙律菜,餐前先點一碟沙律先。感覺牛油果比較Healthy d😌我們點了:牛油果蟹子沙律🥗碟沙律一上枱已經覺得好fresh,滿滿牛油果佈滿沙律菜上面,份量好多,足夠兩個人食。仲有蟹籽喺上邊,食落脆卜卜。.然後我哋試吓刺身先鯛魚薄切:鯛魚放賣相非常之精緻,切得好薄,果然係"薄切"。最impress 係醬料,有日本風味,加埋嗰鯛魚好新鮮。我同朋友都食得好開心。晚餐想有啲飽肚,我哋最尾都叫咗個飯,老實講個飯真係炒得唔錯好乾身,唔油膩,海鮮同啲飯仲混為一體,好足料喎。其實我見佢哋嘅餐牌有好多燒物,好似好好食咁,背期待下次再約其他朋友再試試他們的燒物。 continue reading
