北海道海膽,銀雪魚,大拖羅,每一種都是上等名貴材料,
我真的沒有看到蝦可以這麼大,有我一整隻碟,當然膏都比正常多,
銀雪魚本來我以為好像平常街邊買到的急凍,原來是活新鮮銀雪魚,
後來看到餐牌才知道原來好貴的,把外面燒了一下,油油的皮,裡面是刺身的肉,難忘!
還有大拖羅,店員還好細心的跟我們說要最後才食,因為比較多油,
果然沒錯,每一口都是油,但是油裡面有一種好濃的魚味,一定要叫。

第一次看到天婦羅盛合可以有這樣的食材,我先說一下,
包括有:蝦,沙"嘴"魚,秋葵,栗米,帶子等等,有多少樣你們有看過?
我只看過有蝦,沙"嘴"魚跟一片葉中間有一點紅色的醬,酸酸的,帶出魚的香味,
沒咬下去以為是薯仔,沒想到是栗米,外面脆脆的,裡面爆出一粒一粒甜甜的粟米,好過癮,
最最最特別又好食的是帶子,當然本來都是鮮甜的,但是熱的,外面脆的,真的第一次食。

混合蝦膽:融入口中,已未能細分魚既味道,所有魚生好鮮味、質感重、有彈性。左口魚燒裙邊有烤香味。

黑松露煮凡立貝:有半生熟、同熟透,配上黑松露令鮮味提升。周邊既菇吸左凡立貝既鮮甜,所以好好味。

第一道開胃小菜就係秋葵魚子,味道酸酸甜甜,秋葵本身就無咩味道,但係加左魚子之後個整體感覺同口感都不俗;第二道就係來自日本既生蠔,唔係太細隻個D,口感比較爽口同滑,而味道就唔同法國個D生蠔既食法,加左柚子汁、海草同蔥呢引出蠔既鮮味,因為日本既生蠔既海水味都唔會咁濃烈;第三道菜就係我最期望既刺身拼盤,有海膽、象拔蚌、拖羅、赤貝、火灸吞拿魚同牡丹蝦,但我覺得拖羅刺身係比較出色,同我係日本食個D拖羅口味同質感都一樣油脂重同有幾好口感,因為我唔中意食D好腍 。之後有個凍食既鮑魚個D醬汁完成釀入曬D鮑魚到,口感爽口清甜。不得不讚個牛肉卷,真係超好食,佢卷住D炸蒜,一啖食落去真係又香又有牛肉既嫩汁。之後食左條喜次之,皮都比我食埋,燒到個魚皮脆口,但肉質又唔會OVER COOK。 今次呢一餐絕對有驚喜,多謝朋友介紹,下一次一定再食多d呢間餐廳質素高價錢抵

We were both very impressed on how fresh the sashimi is and some of them are actually tastes sweet because of its freshness! For me, my favourite sashimi here is the uni as its extremely creamy and sweet - even better than the one i had in japan
The toro is amazing too, the distribution of its “fat” is perfect
really love it

The fish and seafood were cooked perfectly, they were all very tasty and the portion is good for two of us! The fish are very crispy and very fresh as well

and most importantly the fish soup is very rich as it is extracted from pure fish without any extra ingredients added
