另外燒烤料理有網燒牛肩肉同生燒活鰻魚。

牛肩肉好濃既牛味,而且油脂豐富,所以食落成口都係油甘香🤤牛肩呢個部位無咩筋,入口軟腍唔難咬,好食👍🏻

活鰻魚又係出面餐廳比較少見😻鰻魚好彈牙,魚身超厚,但食落唔會燒到太乾👍🏻

今晚和朋友吃飯,當然要吃一餐豐富的。這家餐廳口碑不錯,不是連鎖餐廳。餐廳裝潢頗特別,設有VIP榻榻米房間,適合朋友聚在一起享受美食。我們吃了很多食物,印象最深刻是清酒煮大蜆,這道普通到不能再普通的菜,在大部分日式餐廳都能吃到,也吃了不少。但稻乙的這道清酒煮大蜆卻是非一般的清甜新鮮,蜆肉肥美,入口非常鮮甜。原來裡面還用了香菇,而且大蜆肉質很厚,入口口感很棒,這個清酒煮大蜆我們是一滴不留地吃光了。我們還叫了天婦羅盛合和魚湯稻庭烏冬天婦羅有秋葵和大蝦等,入口酥脆。烏冬味道滑溜,水準不錯,最後吃到飽飽的,十分滿足。

今天約了一年沒見的中學同學吃這家日本餐廳,餐廳位於尖沙咀寶勒巷,距離地鐵站就幾分鐘路程,十分方便。餐廳裝修不是傳統的日式配置,而是混合了多種風格,包括吧台座位、卡位、長枱,當然也少不了榻榻米啦。我們被安排坐在長枱,空間十分足夠。翻開餐牌,選擇很多,有刺身、壽司、燒物等。第一道上來的就是最最期待的刺身拼盤,每種刺身都十分新鮮。有我最愛的燒拖羅,和大拖羅,燒拖羅把香味帶了出來,但大拖羅保住鮮味和口感,真是魚與熊掌,我全部都要了。第二份是活燒鰻魚,聽起來很殘忍,但吃起來很滿足,燒得外脆內嫩,真正鎖住了新鮮肉和汁在裡面呢。

今天想吃 日本料理, 來了 稻乙。 服務員介紹 很少地方有的 鬼爪螺 。我在電視節目看過,知道是非常罕有的。 我也是頭一次吃。外表確是很恐怖😱,但是非常鮮甜,味道像吃蟹肉刺身。 季節性的,必須要試一試。 之後吃 全隻 花咲蟹, 煮熟凍食的。肉多,味道鮮甜,juicy, 新鮮 海水味。 平貝刺身: 肉身爽,鮮味。真蠔: 配了特製醬汁,帶出了真蠔的鮮味, 非常juicy , 回味無窮。 石垣貝: 爽口彈牙,肉身結實,爽脆。三款刺身我最喜歡 石垣貝。 最後的魚湯 道庭烏冬 濃濃奶白魚湯 好正!
