近排睇電視,大埔區好出名,所以就刻意過嚟行下街,食個晚飯先走。記得搭地鐵的話,太和站出會近啲咖!就係太和站附近有個食街,幾條街都係食野,餐廳林立,秋風起,緊係打邊爐啦!呢間餐廳好特別,竟然有炸物,即係天婦羅,仲係可以自製,自己即整即食,真係有得玩喎!咁就入去試下啦,反正價錢唔算好貴。入到去坐得舒服,唔迫,2個人都可以坐4人梳化位,起碼夠位放食物。坐低店員會問食邊個套餐,打邊爐就緊係要食牛,所以揀咗個208套餐,中價位試一試。另外仲可以揀湯底,店員話而家有2款限定鍋底,又唔洗額外收費,分別係南瓜長腳蟹同紫菜海膽鍋。一聽到有海膽就叮一聲😂未試過咁奢侈,海膽打邊爐🍲紫菜海膽鍋:入面真係有一舊舊嘅海膽咖!試左個湯底唔會有腥味,係有種清甜鮮味,又真係幾特別!一開始店員會先上兩份牛,豬雞羊各一。另外仲有一份送嘅手切肥牛。呢份手切肥牛淥一淥就食得,好滑好香牛味,不過就無得加點啦。但係本身套餐嘅牛肉都唔差,好食,唔會一大半肥膏,一樣有牛肉味,有質素!豬肉片一樣好食,無雪味有豬味,切到薄薄,好快食得!自助餐區係無丸同水餃夾,要另外寫紙order 。種類一樣好多!大部分嘅丸都有,記得點個花膠,墨魚滑同蝦滑,好食😋自助餐區有各款菜類,菇🍄同烏冬公仔麵🍜。自己枱上面有個碗,記得拎出去夾。自助餐位置有店員專門負責,乾淨衛生。記得一定要拎鴨血!唔係豬紅,係鴨血,打邊爐店好少見,因為成本貴。呢間鴨血好滑,無腥臭味咖!超好食!我哋食左5碗😎炸物DIY種類好多,已經串好啦。每次最多炸5串,炸大概3分鐘左右,其實都已經熟晒。放心,我見啲油好清澈,應該每一晚都換。DIY 有教學,首先上粉漿,然後上麵包糠,放入去炸就成功啦。等一陣,搞掂食得!我地試左虎蝦,紫薯仔同菇,炸3分鐘左右已經全熟啦!如果你好鍾意食自製炸物,就要早少少食,因為7點半左右餐廳差不多滿座,炸爐只有一個,當時就要等耐啲啦。飲品位有常見嘅茶,另一個雪櫃就係汽水。仲有小小甜品位,不過我就無試,因為雪糕櫃好吸引!必食雪米糍,入面係夾心餡!我一個人食左8粒,正!另外爆炸糖雪條好特別,可以試下!呀,記得每人仲可以換一杯M字D字或H字雪糕,埋單時拎收據係門口位置換就得。任食120分鐘真係好滿足,坐得舒適唔太迫。店員收碟速度都好快,有禮貌。 continue reading

約左朋友入大埔,餓左半日晚餐想任飲任食,就揀左呢間稻八日式火鍋放題喇。首先有六款肉俾你揀,貴到平都有。有啲係連刺身嘅,我哋就揀咗$208嘅美國穀飼牛放題。入到去環境都好闊落同乾淨,而且就算每人一鍋咁都唔會話好大陣味或者好焗。湯底都有好多款。我哋揀咗個牛乳牛骨湯,睇落幾特別,都唔係間間都有咁。上枱個湯底係的確有一浸奶味嘅,而且好香,都入到牛骨嘅味,奶白色嘅湯底望落幾吸引,係一樣幾特別嘅湯底。肉類好快上。首先係必食嘅牛肉美國肥牛,煲落都唔會話太老,入口肉質都仲係幾嫩,而且牛香味都還可以。肉類係無限添嘅,所以可以食個夠本。豬肉羊肉同雞肉都係唔錯嘅水平,係新鮮肉嚟,所以就咁食個湯底嗰陣味或者跟豉油食都好好食。除咗肉之外仲有好多唔同嘅丸丸,菜同埋烏冬或者面之類,選擇都幾多,可以隨便夾。有幾個丸都好特別,好似芥辣同埋海鮮丸,我都覺得幾好食。嘢飲方面都有兩個大雪櫃,一個裝紙包一個裝罐裝。清酒都有得飲。除左火鍋外,最令我感興趣的就是炸物diy區。很少有地方可以讓你體驗親手整天婦羅,又有得玩又有得食。新鮮熱辣、外皮香脆既天婦羅配上七味粉、紫菜等調味料,簡單又好食。呢度俾你食兩個鐘,上肉好快,甜品都有幾款,而且最後有雪糕俾你可以拎走食。總括嚟講,都算幾抵食,係翻兜之選。 continue reading

近排又想起旅行時嘅開心快樂,相信還有一段日子先可以外還,唯有去一個可以任飲任食嘅地方食過夠,一次過食餐好選擇最靚嘅日本國產黑毛和牛盛合,有無限添加嘅牛肉味道濃郁嘅黑毛和牛牛肩肉,肥美嫩滑黑無和牛三角腩,配埋個新出嘅忌廉南瓜湯底,內裡還有長腳蟹,湯底濃郁新味!落單後立即出去自製炸物,出面款式多,我就選擇了火腿、燒賣、香腸跟步驟完成,食物沾上炸漿後再加上小小米糠放入爐內炸,不消一會美味香脆嘅炸物就上枱,個炸漿調得十分好,唔會覺得太厚身,薄薄一層外脆之餘內裡食物亦十分香口好味,在火鍋前嘅小吃!而湯底上枱同時店員亦將本餐嘅食物一齊上枱,主力嘅黑毛和牛就係今晚嘅主角,其餘都可以一試,為了提升戰闘力,今次放棄了刺身,主攻食和牛為主,在盛合上見到和牛牛脂嘅分布完美,放入湯底一拖兩拖就已經可以入口,入口個陣肥美又濃郁嘅和牛真係令人十分喜悅,而相對跟餐其他嘅火鍋配料就真係唔夠這個質素嘅和牛味道!當然本身都唔差,每樣食物都十分新鮮,而丸丸都唔係食得太多,最後在雪櫃食埋雪米滋感覺十分滿足,埋單後還有杯movenpick 雪糕真係絕對超值! continue reading
