📍花甲年華軒尼詩道500號希慎廣場11樓1111號舖最近被花甲年華邀請去試食,地點在銅鑼灣希慎廣場,位置方便,逛完街、就可以找個地方坐下來好好吃一頓的好選擇。環套餐有兩款主食,我試了:・酸菜魚米線:湯底酸香得剛剛好,不會太刺激,魚片滑滑的,米線吸湯後很入味,吃起來有點像在冬天喝熱湯的那種滿足感。 ・烤原條黃花魚花甲粉:這個真的有驚喜。魚是現烤的,外皮香脆,魚肉嫩滑,完全沒有腥味。我選了粉絲,加了蒜蓉,整碗超惹味,吃到最後都還想再來一口。小食方面: ・涼拌萵筍絲:清爽脆口,像是幫味蕾換個節奏。 ・麻辣土豆絲:對我來說辣度有點大,但竟然吃到停不了口,像上癮一樣!土豆絲爽脆,麻香十足,配主食剛剛好,既解膩又提味。甜品是紅糖冰粉,一人一碗。冰冰涼涼的,上面有提子乾和山楂碎,酸酸甜甜,吃完真的有種「啊~舒服了」的感覺。食物有誠意,味道有層次,特別喜歡烤魚花甲粉和冰粉。謝謝花甲年華的邀請,是一頓舒服又滿足的試食體驗。⭐ 推薦菜式:烤黃花魚花甲粉、紅糖冰粉 💰 價格:在美食廣場中,所以中等偏親民 👭 適合:朋友聚餐、輕鬆午晚餐 continue reading

小店位於希慎Food Court,主打十幾款花甲粉,款式選項豐富,包括魚片、肥牛、酸菜魚、蠔仔、胡椒鮮雞等,湯底同樣多花款,香辣、胡椒、豬骨、番茄,另外亦有雞煲、泡飯、湯鍋、前菜小食、炸物、甜點供應。最近新出卜卜蜆魚湯鍋米線,用鍋上,賣相一流,魚湯湯底清甜,卜卜蜆大粒飽滿,新鮮,好香,米線滑溜,吸滿湯底精華,仲有蔬菜搭配,性價比甚高。芫荽魚片魚湯鍋泡飯同樣出色,無骨啖啖肉,建議趁早食否則飯會化開。小食款式總多,大力推介招牌焗蠔,六大隻,上面鋪滿蒜蓉,蠔勁大粒,長過手指,鮮甜Juicy,令人一試難忘。原條烤倉魚多肉少骨,調味適中,色香味俱全。花椒乳鴿微微麻,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,十分滿足。 continue reading
