Dinner for 8. Canadian wanted hotpot so decided to try this one, as recommended by PickyEater. Everybody appreciated the 一人一鍋 concept. Here’s a selection of our pot choices:芫茜皮蛋湯椰子鮮雞湯青紅蘿蔔牛蹄鍋海帶清湯鍋Ingredients-wise, ordered the usual suspects but surprisingly no seafood this time. Particularly worth noting and deserving of second orders were: The beef 騸牯牛: 牛頸脊 and 吊龍. 香炸鮮蝦丸- where shrimp was stuffed inside my favorite- 油炸鬼. Maximum 4 seconds in the soup tho- as we wanted the dough to retain a certain amount of crispiness. 香脆豬仔嘜午餐肉- a necessary evil.嫩豆苗- very fresh and tender.As for the less than underwhelming items- definitely 牛花膠 (translated in the Menu as “Beef Chin and Jaw”). A rare item indeed- so we all decided to order as none of us had tried before. Tasteless and weird texture. No one liked it- left unfinished. Should simply have ordered tendon instead.In summary: great atmosphere with amazing service. Great selection of rare items. Definitely Recommended. continue reading

同幾位朋友好想聚聚食個火鍋,所以就喺OpenRice看到呢一間,我唔敢講食評及相片係真定假,但相信有部份不是真實反映;我哋全部都從未試過香港食潮州牛肉;呢間餐廳最好嘅就係每人一鍋,可以嘗試不同口味,所以我哋四個都嗌咗唔同鍋底;1. 養生烏雞鍋2. 台式麻辣鍋3. 椰子鮮雞湯4. 黑蒜羊肚菌湯最後除咗麻辣湯底及椰子鮮雞湯之外,其他兩款湯底是一樣味道的,味道亦都偏向淡味;員工服務可以接受;因為第一次光顧唔知每碟份量有幾多,所以先叫咗一碟試咗先,點知嚟到有啲嚇親,我哋好擔心食唔晒呀!老實講佢有大同細兩個size,價錢只差$100,咁梗係叫碟大啦,冇諗過牛肉薄如紙,牛肉味普通,完全唔識呢個價錢,我哋就打算叫一round就走,去第二度醫肚;其他食物品質都係好一般,唔係特別好,所以都無謂講;算啦,始終都冇事,只係早啲定遲啲既事!不過一定唔會有下次! continue reading

天氣凍凍地,朋友又想打邊爐,找了多間火鍋店都冇位,一年前去過還算可以,訂枱上到去後,大廳幾乎系零客,附近的火鍋都爆滿,原來係有原因。真係一食就出事,它的牛價格絕對不便宜。 我們叫了四款牛,只有一款可以,但他們大碟只有九至十二片。點了最安全的牛頸脊大碟,嚟到也只是薄薄的九塊,但係基於人人都肚餓,個個都話超難食!你收得咁嘅價錢,俾啲咁嘅水準牛,真係永冇下次!其他食物除咗牛,水準也可以,但如果人頭消費950蚊吃這樣的牛肉一定冇下次! continue reading

作為肉食愛好者,今次試咗尖沙咀嘅潮牛莊火鍋嘅幾款牛肉,包括肉眼邊、牛頸脊、豬粉腸同牛百葉 🥩。先講下肉眼邊,呢部位真係少見,肉質鮮嫩,每一口都充滿嚼勁,咬落去啲肉汁係咀度爆開,好爽 😋💦。再嚟就係牛頸脊,佢嘅鮮嫩同豐富嘅口感真係無敵 🤩。牛頸脊嘅肉質滑嫩,肉汁四溢,加上膠質豐富嘅爪邊,一啖接一啖,停唔到口。無論係燒烤定燉煮,呢兩者嘅搭配總能帶嚟味蕾嘅驚喜 🥳。仲有豬粉腸同牛百葉,豬粉腸食落去爽脆彈牙,非常夠味 👌。至於牛百葉,新鮮得嚟啖啖都好juicy,同湯底嘅滋味完全融合,真係一流 👏。講返湯底,朋友點咗花膠人蔘雞鍋,我就揀咗蕃茄薯仔牛腩鍋 🍲。花膠大塊又有質感,湯底濃香,有人蔘嘅香味,飲落去感覺滋補 💪。而我個蕃茄薯仔牛腩鍋,湯底好濃郁,牛腩炆得好腍,一啖落肚暖哂個胃 💖。潮牛莊火鍋真係冇得輸,食材新鮮,環境舒適又好坐,服務貼心🤗📍 地址:尖沙咀金馬倫道23號金馬倫廣場2樓A號舖 continue reading
