之前曾分享過「皇玥」嘅兩款經典奶皇月餅,早前偶爾經過其尖沙咀店,知道佢哋都出咗款榴槤奶皇月餅,雖然唔喺人人都鍾意嘅款式,但卻喺我倆公婆頗心水嘅口味,故短篇寫寫分享一下。之前嘅食評都介紹過晒佢哋嘅背景,以及包裝點樣花心思,所以,今次就唔嘥篇幅講咁多。總之,「流心貓山王榴槤月餅」($328)外觀典雅,長形皮革紋理紙盒喺其獨特標記,送禮一流。如之前嘅流心奶皇月餅,都喺一盒6個裝,每個獨立包裝,迷你小巧,一次一個,啱啱好。講得喺流心就唔喺流料,一切開陣陣榴槤飄香,貓山王榴槤唔喺浪得虛名,而中間嘅榴槤流心餡睇落都好軟滑,今次我無叮熱佢,因怕啲流心餡瀉晒出嚟,反而依家咁樣,有種軟心嘅感覺仲正。配合埋餅心香滑嘅奶皇餡,香而不膩,實在無得輸。  質素即喺質素,「皇玥」個名差唔多喺一種保證,皆因前後試過佢哋幾款產品,都無令人失望。

講得喺流心就唔喺流料,一切開陣陣榴槤飄香,貓山王榴槤唔喺浪得虛名,而中間嘅榴槤流心餡睇落都好軟滑,今次我無叮熱佢,因怕啲流心餡瀉晒出嚟,反而依家咁樣,有種軟心嘅感覺仲正

買了盒伯爵茶蝴蝶酥精裝禮盒回家做tea, 口感鬆化,有清新嘅伯爵茶香,唔會太甜,一盒有四包,每包有四塊。


酥餅採用法國天然牛油,牛油香味自然,質感綿滑,加上來自英國的上等伯爵茶葉,帶來不澀口的伯爵茶香👍🌈。

買了原味蛋卷兩次,好香牛油同蛋味。唯一奇怪的是只有三條短蛋卷的包裝, 鐵盒一盒八包$198,因為三條短的其實等於一條傳統長蛋卷😅所以價錢係相當貴而且over pack. 送禮會比較合適。我個人鍾意傳統的長條可以試真個味。雖然比較貴但在本地制作來說是個不錯的選擇👍🏻

經過尖沙咀加連威老道, 見到呢間本地餅舖, 當然要支持本地製造, 產品有蝴蝶酥, 蛋卷, 曲奇餅及唐果子, 見到現在全店買一送一, 更重要的店內各款都有試食, 蝴蝶酥, 蛋卷, 曲奇餅狂熱的我當然不會錯過, 蝴蝶酥有12款口味(原味/麻辣/榛子/百里香/伯爵/小米/椰子/五穀/紫菜/蕃茄/杏仁/芝麻), 蛋卷有6款口味(原味/伯爵/椰子/香蔥紫菜/咖啡/榴槤), 真系花多眼亂, 最後我同朋友就買左四盒, 兩盒蝴蝶酥, 原味及紫菜味,  兩盒蛋卷蛋, 原味及榴槤味. 蝴蝶酥$138/2盒, 1 盒有4包, 每包有4條. 蛋卷$108/2盒, 1 盒有4包, 每包有3條. 買一送一真這價錢可以試一試, 多多支持香港本土製造.

這次去了尖沙咀的皇玥餅藝逛逛 店鋪裝修挻美麗感覺不像一般的曲奇餅店 有一種華麗裝修的外觀食物款式挻多 有傳統香港小食 也有現代元素的食物集合新舊交融的食物 看到還有精美的舊式糕點很美放在門口當眼位置 令人感到挻吸睛的感覺☺️🤤🤤·朱古力杏仁精裝曲奇 HKD$98禮盒的包裝很美 打開裡面看看是獨立包裝 是挻方便不用怕食不完會變腍 味道挻香 咬落去很香朱古力味再咬下去食到杏仁的口感 而且味道不算太甜挻不錯店鋪環境挻整齊🤔 地理位置挻方便 食物份量不過不失味道可以接受因為不太甜 價錢是中等價錢 服務態度不錯

不用怕食不完會變腍 味道挻香 咬落去很香朱古力味
再咬下去食到杏仁的口感 而且味道不算太甜挻不錯

店鋪環境挻整齊🤔 地理位置挻方便 食物份量不過不失
味道可以接受因為不太甜 價錢是中等價錢 服務態度不錯

去年推出過由盧覓雪同葉師傅一齊研發的系列,購入了一盒風花雪玥精選月餅 ($318),有四款創新口味,包括朱古力、芝士、紫薯和伍仁月餅各兩件,當中個人最喜歡朱古力味,有如朱古力Fudge一樣細滑;芝士味標榜用上意大利頂級芝士,奶香當中混和陣陣鹹香,創新但毫無違和感;但略嫌紫薯月餅紫薯味較為淡薄。

2019年新出的流心榴槤月餅保持往年月餅的水準,將新鮮貓山王果肉混入鹹蛋黃,榴槤味濃郁自然但偏甜,質感油潤細滑,既不過分黏膩。


另外,皇玥的蝴蝶酥由米芝蓮餅藝大師黎冠華監製,共有12款口味之多,包括原味、芝麻、伯爵茶、椰絲、番茄、五穀籽、麻辣、榛子、杏仁、紫菜、百里香及小米。

朋友介紹先第一次試呢個名牌月餅 ,盒盒月盒都好貴呀!最平都388$ 試左流心奶皇、流心薑汁、同埋貓山王月餅。貓山王嗰個榴槤味不重、流心薑汁我都麻麻哋嗰隻。最鍾意食都係留心奶黃月餅🥮,一盒有八隻 個盒就超級名貴 可以比我用黎放首飾耳環,但係實在太太太太貴了! 但麵勁多人排隊,今日買有8折 真係見到人頭湧湧,我另外在買咗曲奇餅禮盒$198 ,唔知個味道點樣呢都係拎黎送禮。性價比:6/10美味程度:得奶皇流心好食8/10

下個月就是中秋節了喔~今年第一盒月餅是朋友送的,購自 皇玥餅藝 !這家還沒有吃過呢聽說是由半島奶黃月餅始創人和米芝蓮二星餅藝大師帶領專業廚師團隊製作所以有點點的期待耶~再加上有我最喜歡吃的流心系列!我收到的是 - 真味流心雙輝月餅 ($388/8件)盒子很重身!用了紙套著,向面的通花是中華風~並沒有太多的裝飾。月餅盒最常見是鐵盒,但這個看起來很像首飾箱 (笑) 吃完後留來裝別的東西也可以!話說背後還有一個QR Code的防偽貼紙~這款一共2種口味的月餅,每種有四個~分上下層放著上層還放了簡介和食用方法,有兩種可以跟著試試看喲 (´・ω・`)流心奶黃月餅 - 平時吃開的在室溫下也未必有"流心"的效果 ... 但這個的奶黃一切開就流出了!口感十分柔滑濃郁的奶香再加上鹹蛋黃的鹹香,這是我暫時吃過最好吃的!流心薑汁白蓮蓉月餅 - 這個很特別~而且在這之前很久沒吃白蓮蓉月餅喇原本吃太多會覺得膩的白蓮蓉,融合了薑汁後變得更為清香而且那薑味亦頗濃郁~再加上流心的奶黃讓口感層次更添豐富!

流心奶黃月餅 - 平時吃開的在室溫下也未必有"流心"的效果 ... 
但這個的奶黃一切開就流出了!口感十分柔滑
濃郁的奶香再加上鹹蛋黃的鹹香,這是我暫時吃過最好吃的!

原本吃太多會覺得膩的白蓮蓉,融合了薑汁後變得更為清香
而且那薑味亦頗濃郁~再加上流心的奶黃讓口感層次更添豐富!
