下個月就是中秋節了喔~今年第一盒月餅是朋友送的,購自 皇玥餅藝 !這家還沒有吃過呢聽說是由半島奶黃月餅始創人和米芝蓮二星餅藝大師帶領專業廚師團隊製作所以有點點的期待耶~再加上有我最喜歡吃的流心系列!我收到的是 - 真味流心雙輝月餅 ($388/8件)盒子很重身!用了紙套著,向面的通花是中華風~並沒有太多的裝飾。月餅盒最常見是鐵盒,但這個看起來很像首飾箱 (笑) 吃完後留來裝別的東西也可以!話說背後還有一個QR Code的防偽貼紙~這款一共2種口味的月餅,每種有四個~分上下層放著上層還放了簡介和食用方法,有兩種可以跟著試試看喲 (´・ω・`)流心奶黃月餅 - 平時吃開的在室溫下也未必有"流心"的效果 ... 但這個的奶黃一切開就流出了!口感十分柔滑濃郁的奶香再加上鹹蛋黃的鹹香,這是我暫時吃過最好吃的!流心薑汁白蓮蓉月餅 - 這個很特別~而且在這之前很久沒吃白蓮蓉月餅喇原本吃太多會覺得膩的白蓮蓉,融合了薑汁後變得更為清香而且那薑味亦頗濃郁~再加上流心的奶黃讓口感層次更添豐富! continue reading

可能大家近期晌地鐵嘅燈箱成日都見到佢哋嘅廣告,最吸引到人喺兩位師傅嘅介紹,一位葉師傅,一位黎師傅。其實,早幾個月前都試過佢哋嘅蛋卷,而仲有大概一個月時間,就喺中秋,專誠走訪吓佢哋尖沙咀店鋪,睇睇有無啲應節新產品。佢哋鋪內嘅裝修都好雅致,入門口右邊,搭番個舊式餅鋪嘅場景,無論啲格仔磚,抑或啲吊扇、燈罩、掛鐘……都甚有五、六十年代嘅味道。最正喺一張大卡板,介紹吓所有應節產品,一目了然,而且,又可以試食吓喎。不過,據店員所講,今年銷情好理想,部份款式已經無貨。而另一邊廂,就喺月餅以外嘅其他產品,如蛋卷、酥餅、酥條、曲奇……等等。流心薑汁白蓮蓉月餅 $378除咗好食,佢哋嘅包裝仲好得體,先喺外層嘅通花剪紙,畫有祥雲月下嘅獅子山,跟住內盒喺以金銅色為主調,透過紙料巧妙精製而做出獨特皮革理紋,非常有品味嘅設計,送禮絕對夠晒體面。打開內盒,標準設定,就喺有啲宣傳資料,包括兩位大師傅嘅介紹,旗下得獎產品嘅介紹……等等。更強調所有月餅100%香港製造,品質保證。仲有,備註大師嘅溫馨提示,最佳食法,就喺預熱焗爐150°C,加熱5分鐘就最好。無焗爐都無問題,以平底鑊預熱1分鐘,再加熱3-5分鐘亦得。上下兩層,放有共8個月餅,全獨立包裝,夠晒衞生,不過,依家絕大多數嘅包裝都喺咁樣。每個流心薑汁月都烘得金黃,而且,做得細緻,先喺外層餅面壓印出店名「 皇玥」二字,字形清晰;將月餅切開,餅皮四面厚薄均勻,流心薑汁蓉就正正晌中心位,白蓮蓉清甜不膩,流心餡軟綿綿,好夠「薑」,真喺極有水準嘅出品。舊年試過佢哋啲奶皇系列產品,果然喺大師級質素,而今次所品嚐嘅白蓮蓉,亦做得有一手,真喺自用送禮都兩佳宜。 continue reading

雖然過咗中秋節,但係可以繼續食時令食物。就好似今日咁我繼續食奶黃月餅。呢一間月餅嘅店主曾經係名店嘅月餅主持嘅人,所以我都有信心。我呢就忘記咗唔低切開咗之後嘅相,我只可以同大家講我嘅感受。而家嘅奶黃月餅,牛奶味同蛋黃非常之配合,唔會好似某連鎖集團咁樣,牛奶味超重,兩者味道非常之配合。今天,我好鍾意呢間奶黃月餅。 continue reading
