今天一行四人,朋友一早預訂好私房菜,期待期待。花膠扒羊肚菌餐(4人)大蜆雜菌豆腐湯~蜆新鮮大隻,配合菌類味道清甜。麻辣鹵水拼盤(可走辣)~三款鹵水肉類都非常吸引,爽口金錢肚、麻香手撕雞及肥美鹵水豬腸各有特色。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇(4只)~勁大隻蟶子皇,蒸的時間啱啱好,一啲都唔韌,最適合蒜蓉蒸,粉絲反而係放底,索滿汁更美味。薑蔥炒大肉蟹(1只)~師傅鑊氣好夠,炒得勁香,感覺似豉油王炒法,新鮮肉蟹大大隻,蟹肉香甜。另外也可選花雕雞油蛋白蒸,避風塘炒,胡椒炒或四川香辣炒。薑葱炆龍躉腩~這個也要一讚,龍躉油爆後再炆,非常香口,啖啖肉。士多啤梨骨~清新士多啤梨味撲鼻,炸香一字排富口感,喜愛吃肉的朋友一定不可以錯過。花膠扒羊肚菌~炆淋咗的花膠煙韌入味,羊肚菌獨特的味道很配合。上網查一查,羊肚菌對腸胃好有益,也有補腎補腦等功效,亦可增強免疫力預防感冒。蟹油銀芽炒麵~上菜時見到成座山的炒麵,份量好足夠,炒得好香也爽口,大家都好踴躍。另送甜品芒果布丁~味道唔會太甜,加少少花奶不錯呢。聽聞看師傅當晚的預備,還可能有芝士/雲呢拿布丁或椰汁紅豆糕。一定要提,這私房菜餐廳可以為客人編菜單,免開瓶費及切餅費,全店免加一好抵吃。 continue reading

很久沒有去飲宴, 也不能夠一班親朋戚友上酒樓聚餐, 突然好想食中菜, book了 觀塘商廈中的私房菜-- 御膳。私房菜收費以每位計已包加一,茶芥, 價錢亦隨著唔同人數有所不同, 可以參考網上嘅餐牌睇吓菜式啱唔啱食, 私房菜好處就係可以同餐廳溝通 為你設計專屬菜單~我們一行四人 ,齊人就上菜😋。揀了『花膠扒羊肚菌餐』 每位$360免加一前菜:麻辣鹵水拼盤走辣一樣咁惹味, 鹵水甘香,唔會太鹹, 而且仲帶點點麻香, 提醒我本來這是麻辣的~牛肚薄薄的夠爽入味,唔韌~麻醬青瓜雞絲, 醬汁調教得恰到好處。鹵水大腸, 有薄有厚, 好入味。😋大蜆雜菌豆腐湯蜆肉好鮮甜, 湯底似以魚和豆腐熬成湯,很清甜, 無添加味精,配合雜菌和豆腐, 豐富美味,每人喝了兩碗有多!薑蔥炒肉蟹選了這個最傳統簡單做法, 突顯肉蟹嘅鮮甜。 四月不是蟹的當造季節,未見爆膏爆肉嘅情況, 還好大廚用秘製醬油爆炒得特別惹味, 薑蔥尤其盡吸蟹嘅精華。 依然係最舐舐脷嘅海鮮菜式!薑蔥炆龍躉腩肉夠厚,連着腩位入囗盡是魚香, 龍躉肉泡過油也特別香口!蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子皇火喉掌握得好好👍👍, 肉質鮮甜爽嫩。 要知道蟶子蒸過少少時間已經唔爽, 經驗好重要。 墊底嘅蒜蓉粉絲超級好味!士多啤梨骨端上檯已傳出濃香的士多啤梨味, 味道唔似使用人工調味劑, 有天然嘅果香, 襯托出肉排的味道, 薄薄的一層令肉排色澤光潤,咬落仲堅有肉汁~😋花膠扒羊肚菌比較欣賞佢嘅蠔油味唔會好重, 能夠真正品嚐到 羊肚菌獨有嘅菇菌味, 花膠介乎爽同膠質中間, 唔算係去到扒嘅級數不過都係俾足料!蟹油銀牙炒麵好有鑊氣, 邊條好幼細, 難得仲夠爽唔會黐埋一達, 充滿醬油銀牙香,巧手製作👍, 食到九分飽大家都可以 九秒九K.O. 了。甜品是芒果布丁, 配合花奶夠滑夠香甜。各種菜式水準不俗, 各人都吃得非常滿足, 開心傾吓食吓又一個晚上。😍 continue reading

I am writing this review to prevent others from falling into the same trap (such as the one I did)! I saw this private kitchen restaurant with tons of  good reviews.  I then put an effort to travel all the way with my husband to Kwun Tong to try their set menu for two. (They only do sets and you have to order them via WhatsApp a day in advance).They actually have many different sets priced between $3xx to $5xx per person.Our set came with a small cold dish of shredded chicken, which was extremely salty. Next were the deep-fried salted egg prawns (oddly it only had 3 small prawns), which made sharing difficult. After that was the steam fish with vermicelli (again 3 tiny pieces). It was so weird that they all come in 3s??  How would you share if you were on a first date?? Then came the steam crab in egg white with Shao-xing wine, and amazingly it was tasteless! The only "OK" dish was the vegetables. The strawberry backribs also came in 3s. They were very sweet and tasted artificial (I'm sure it was just strawberry jam). The fried rice was super oily and we just had to give up! The dishes were either too salty or absolutely tasteless. The portion were minuscule for 2 persons.Apart from the food, the place was simply grotesque, with plastic boxes piling up all the way to the ceiling. Hygiene was questionable. As it was located in a factory building, I had no expectations on the lift nor lift lobby.... but at least they should put up some deco inside the restaurant! It looked like a factory storage with some dining table and chairs, with durable plastic table cloths that haven't been washed or changed in a long time. 想揾啲特別啲既野食做生日飯,所以就試下呢間私房菜,不過因為疫情關係,買外賣返屋企食,雖然食個陣凍左,不過味道依然唔錯👍首先有士多啤梨骨,用士多啤梨醬汁整既金沙骨,肉質幾好,有少量肥肉,不過可惜醬汁應該係用果醬整,完全就係果醬味,個人覺得可以多少少酸味主食有御膳炒飯,呢個炒飯好好食,一定要試!😍食落去既感覺應該係醬油炒飯,不過唔會太鹹,味道岩岩好,而且好香,停唔到口咁係咁食😋😋另外有香芒沙拉大蝦球,炸蝦球放係一片芒果上面,蝦球算大舊,同埋幾彈牙,下面忡有好多切粒既水果加沙津醬,有蘋果,堤子,藍莓,全部都好甜🤩成道菜好開位鹵水拼盤就有豬腸,牛肚同手撕雞,本身係麻辣,留意如果叫左走辣就會無汁,佢都唔會另多加鹵水汁,質素中上,份量夠😜其他仲有涼瓜焗魚,椒鹽豆腐,西蘭花炒帶子石班塊,同避風塘炒蟹,呢啲都係正常水平,無咩特別,不過留意椒鹽豆腐比平時食既大件,同埋係軟既 continue reading
