我試咗Imm阿來嘅泰式濕炒河，但係我覺得完全唔似泰式濕炒河。我食過嘅泰式濕炒河係用寬河粉，口感濕潤，上面淋咗帶有豆鼓醬和魚露的香氣嘅醬汁。但係呢間餐廳嘅濕炒河係用細河粉，醬汁太甜，味道同顏色都似用蠔油、醬油同糖調味，同埋蔬菜菇菌好少。雖然唔難食，但係唔符合我對泰式濕炒河嘅期望。我好失望，唔會再去。 continue reading
