行過tst口痕想入一蘭食下,價錢就預左貴架啦,但估唔到加隻蛋要16蚊囉!一入到去好搞笑,左穿右串,可以簡好似日本咁既獨食位同埋普通餐廳位!我地簡左後者,碗麵上到黎唔太吸引,亦都無日本咁好食,湯底都算重口味,但就唔夠日本濃郁有深度,都係係hk試過一次就好,下次都係唔係食日本既過江龍,我怕自己會好失望!

叫左份完全標準既拉麵,加左個溏心蛋。
叉燒肥瘦適中,入口咬幾啖已經可以吞,

叉燒煮得好,已經係食拉麵既基本。


選擇左適中硬度既麵身,
幼細既麵條,可以更容易一口接一口吸入口中。
而且因為幼細,容易將湯汁掛係麵條上,
令每條麵都可以品嚐到濃厚既湯底味道。

湯底有"杰"身,充滿左豬骨味,

Ichiran ramen is located in TST. The shop is like real Japanese ramen shop. I heard that this ramen is really famous ramen in Japan. The taste is really good. But i think it's overpriced. The price of ramen wihout any topping is $95. And add 10% service charge even they don't serve water, tissue anything. I don't know the original price in Japan so I can't compare. 一直好鍾意食佢嘅拉麵 。
