吃过两次,都是陪朋友去吃,一次是晚餐时间,排队两个多小时,本以为餐厅内部应该是繁忙的不得了的样子,结果终于排到的时候发现餐厅只开放了大堂的区域,坐在里面的食客都是意兴阑珊的样子,服务生很少,一些座位是空的,一些座位的桌子上还放着没收拾的碗筷,如果把那情景照下来,分明是一间经营不善的餐厅的样子,哪里像排了那么长队的餐厅 第二次吃是晚上23点,除了排队时间变成50多分钟,其他状况跟第一次几乎没差。 这家店很出名,味道也不错,但开放多一点区域,多一点服务生,让大家快一点吃到不是很好么,这样搞饥饿营销,排到最后只觉得很烦、很饿却没有胃口而已啊 continue reading

心血來潮事件簿(7)😋之前係大阪嘅時候曾經試過個到嘅一蘭,返到黎香港就梗係會想試下有咩唔同😎不過今次就有少少失望,價錢貴之餘,湯底仲要好濃,感覺上無水,自己本身都鍾意食鹹嘅食物,但係今次個湯底就預料之外,唔知係咪為左配合香港人嘅口味,所以就有所不同😯不過價錢依次就認真唔合理,雖然一蘭貴為有名嘅拉麵,但係$89(未加一)只係食左麵同埋叉燒(因為本尊唔太鍾意蔥同埋蒜泥),買相唔吸引之餘,令人有少少食慾大減😫不過除此之外,服務同環境都幾好😇 continue reading

食過嘅拉麵入面,一蘭始終係最愛。可能係因為湯底重口味程度對我黎講恰到好處,令人忍唔住飲多幾啖。相比魚湯,我更喜歡豬骨湯底。明知週末會多人都選擇去碰個運氣,一去到已經見到條人龍排到過埋樓梯出咗舖😂 本以為排到樓梯底攞咗點單紙就代表見到盡頭,原來只係無限等待嘅開始... 轉過一個又一個corner,大概一個鐘頭之後終於排到😴 每次食一蘭都一定會叫溏心蛋,浸一陣湯再食。但係今次太肚餓,等唔切就食咗一半,拉麵到再淋湯入去隻蛋度☺️近兩次食都會加辣,上次兩倍今次加到三倍。然後發現三倍嘅辣度好似係最理想💁🏻‍♀️ continue reading

係呢個寒冷嘅冬天,晚上喺諾士佛臺飲完野,但人冷冰冰,呢個時候腦海突然想起一蘭!多久沒有來過一蘭,沒想到竟然是在這個情況下重臨!久違的一蘭,湯頭濃郁,豬骨味道散發。幼細燒韌的麵質,彈牙好吃。熱乎乎嘅豬骨湯,喝完身體頓時暖笠笠溫暖起來。不消10分鐘已經整碗麵吃光光了。還有加了一棵半熟蛋,蛋黃絕對的流心,非常滿意。豚肉薄切,這是很多拉麵店的做法,但喜歡吃肉的我,略嫌不夠喉。。。但整體來說是很不錯!在飢寒交迫的晚上,能吃到一碗如此熱騰美味的拉麵,真的很幸福。 continue reading
