今日大約3點多,我跟朋友兩個人一起到尖沙嘴一蘭品嚐久遺的拉麵,客人不多,不用排隊,但只開放屋台,兩個人各自加了一份蔥及一份蒜,怎料服務員把追加的兩份蔥都放到同一個碟, 兩份蒜也是放到同一個碟,服務員上菜時說了一句: 這裏就是兩分蔥及兩份蒜,然後就匆匆地走開了,我心想廚房的碟都不夠用嗎? 明明係兩張唔同嘅單, 事前亦冇詢問過我們是否願意把兩張單的食材混在一起,幸好兩張單的拉面 是分開兩個不同的碗上菜,我真的要感謝採購部有添置足夠的拉麵碗。才剛吃完不久,服務員就走過來,一邊說要幫忙收拾碗筷,一邊就已經動手收拾碗筷了,效率真高,由點餐到吃完拉麵花了不足20分鐘,其實打算飲埋水就走了,大慨係廚房真的很缺餐具,所以要盡快清洗吧,感覺就係用餐被騷擾了。在屋台進餐的感覺就好似去了大排檔一樣,在“味集中Counter"(即獨立進食間隔)重新裝修好之前,我絕對不會再光顧尖沙咀分店了,整個屋台體驗都非常港式。 continue reading

Japanese noodles...often see the quene there. so we arrived there a bit earlier,like 11am?? in the front of the stairs it announced 15mins waiting, then we went inside,lol, another line, funny, still some people waiting inside,but we could not see it from outside. no seats for the elder and children, final 40mins waiting, we can't remember how it was the taste....not specifically good,not bad, just Japanese noodles.... continue reading

記得多年前在日本博多本鋪品嚐過一蘭拉麵之後,便一直念念不忘。後來得悉香港也會開分店,那時候便很想可以在香港再食一次。可是記得此店開業之初,經常出現人龍,於是便打消念頭了。直至最近由於實施限聚令,以致很多市民都不會外出堂食,所以當晚便嘗試去幫襯下啦!是晚約7點左右去到店外,果然已不用排隊等位,直接便可以進入店內。店員安排我們坐下後,便示意我們可以自行出去斟水,店內有冷熱水供應。之後我們便點餐,款式只有一款,就是招牌豚骨湯拉麵。辣度、湯的濃淡度和麵的軟硬度可以剔紙仔,並且可以加錢追加其他配料,如半熟溫泉蛋、叉燒和青葱等。不一會,店員將兩碗熱辣辣的拉麵送到我們面前。嘩~好香呢!試下啖湯先,豬骨湯好香好濃,唔算太油。我地揀咗適中軟硬度的幼身麵,入口幾滑。當晚仲贈送幾片叉燒給我們,很開心呢!令人滿足嘅一餐!唯一美中不足的是,我唔記得飲曬啲湯,然後望下香港版個碗底係咪都有嗰幾隻字「この一滴が最高の喜びです」 continue reading

閒日凌晨1點幾,3位,唔洗排隊。一入餐廳店員會幫你量體溫,唧搓手液,派落單紙同信封放口罩。福岡一蘭係我既最愛!!每次去日本必食!今次第一次幫襯香港店。入到去「自修室」位,回憶返晒黎😂。但同日本唔同既係,香港一蘭會有人係背後出現派筷子,好奇怪,哈哈。加叉燒(4片)|$26半熟鹽味蛋|$16拉麵|$95湯底無日本咁香濃,雖然都係哥陣味。最大分別係叉燒,好瘦,油脂好少,朋友話似食扎肉,其實又無咁誇張,味道係同日本係有一段距離😂。價錢算貴,但係呢段無得出遊既日子,食到一蘭拉麵,一解鄉愁,都係偏心會俾正評。 continue reading
