幾年前,《一蘭》來到銅鑼灣開分店後,火熱到一日24小時都要排大隊。當年,我找了一個早上不要排隊的時間品味過一次。感覺,叫做值得試一次咁啦。一直都沒有動力再來,原因,好簡單,真係好簡單,因為坊間有太多比《一蘭》更好,以及好好多倍的拉麵店。而今之突然有動力來的原因,就是我果晚做野做到成3、4點,正飢餓時又不想去食夜粥,又唔想去那24小時的茶餐廳。半夜三更,仲有咩地方有野食呢? 我想起了《一蘭》。 沒想到,門口沒有人龍並不代表《一蘭》不用排隊,原來店內有一個地方係專俾人排隊。我一入去,店員說要半小時,當時,有一些帶點醉氣的人,也有一些似12畸後銅鑼灣我話事的人開始氣躁,有罵的,有胡亂說話的,也有一兩個硬入說朋友已在的.....幸好,也幸運,沒有打架的事件發生。我的確等了近半小時,店員開始招待我們入去了....嘩,真係想講句粗口,我們一班被招待入去既人仲要排排坐,繼續等位。但眼見下圖,店員堅稱沒有位,有人手指指時,店員堅稱座位未 ready....難怪,許多人都感覺氣躁。 到我了,我發現所有吉位的確未 ready,有幾個位直至我吃完走了也未 ready。原因是什麼? 原來是沒有員工去清理座位。而我要坐的座位,就是《一蘭》出晒名的獨自食麵位。講真,咁樣食麵法真係好孤獨架...... 肚餓了,立即填好紙仔,入紙等拉麵。我沒有加點,就最簡單的《一蘭》拉麵算了。 拉麵來了,同坊間其他的拉麵店去比,《一蘭》的拉麵很是普通。要求走了蔥,令到拉麵看起來更加之單調,我加了所謂的秘製醬汁,其實是一個像七味粉的辣醬。的確,該少少的辣醬增強了單調的豚骨湯味。此外,得果片仔叉燒,感覺唔係幾夠喉。太耐沒有來了,早記得,我加蛋加多片叉燒。而麵我選了我喜愛的硬身,味道仍然是 OK既。 湯底就是味道極濃厚的豚骨湯,而且好多油,飲落好熱,亦會令人好飽。但,今次我並沒有按傳統咁飲晒佢,因為個湯實在太濃了,喉嚨感覺有點不太舒服,我都好努力去飲,但飲到這一個位,我無能為力了。 想不到,第二次來《一蘭》,食物同服務都已經可以用一落千丈來形容。麵,不是不好食,而是早已經被坊間其他的拉麵店超越了。日後,唔知我仲有沒有再來的動力呢? continue reading

晚上九點半去排隊食一蘭拉麵,喺門口條街到排咗半個鐘,仲以為可以食得,點知入到去仲有一條打蛇餅嘅走廊,又要排多15分鐘了...好!終於入得啦~店內嘅枱係傳說中一格枱好似學生時期去嘅公共自修室,每個人都有自助水同服務按鐘好方便!我點咗一碗普通硬度、多蒜的拉麵,點知嚟到都有少少失望,都知道一蘭係幼麵,但以成$100碗嘅拉麵嚟講,竟然得兩塊好薄又細塊嘅肉... 性價比好低,雖然湯底好味,但我應該試過一次就夠了~ continue reading

First of all the waiting time was insane, I waited for 20-25 min (fair enough it's a popular restraunt). The interior design is adorable and there's no shame in eating alone as they put table separators x) The service was good, you fill out a form and they give you your ramen in 5 minutes. The ramen was good but personally I thought it wasn't worth the really long waiting time. Don't think I'll be coming back but it was definitely an interesting experience. continue reading

我對拉麵既喜愛程度, 可以媲美女生愛鑽介, 男生愛高達!所以選擇拉麵時會格外講究。但身處香港要食到一碗好食既拉麵, 談何容易!湯底好 麵底差、麵底好 湯底差, 湯底麵底同樣差既拉麵店實在太多。不過好在香港開在間一蘭。哩到食拉麵, 食客可以根據自由喜好選擇麵既軟硬程度、湯底濃味程度,同配菜份量等等...... 100%自由配搭, 總有一款岩自己口味。不過最值得一讚, 一食再食既原因當然是它的秘製湯底同醬汁啦! 油層係湯面上, 好明顥用豬骨餚製了一段頗長時間而成, 非常用心。湯底充滿濃烈豬骨味, 再加上煙韌既麵底, 同淋淋既叉燒肉質, 十級好味。另外有個辣辣地既紅色醬汁都同樣出色, 加少少可以令豬骨味更出, 令人齒頰留香。不過一麵難求, 每次都要排隊排半個鐘以上先食到, 耐性少啲都唔得。 continue reading
