今次三神又黎到元朗揾野食啦!疫情咁耐都無得去旅行真係好辛苦。😭所以三神要一解思鄉之情❣️,就緊係食返碗拉麵先啦!✨今次依間餐廳叫《一人前拉麵》,三神一入到去就充滿濃濃嘅日本味道!餐廳嘅佈置都好日式🇯🇵,而且周圍都放滿咗唔少日本公仔。🎎有一下三神真係以為自己返左日本添呀!😲-🍜白前($69)拉麵個湯底係成碗拉麵嘅靈魂,個湯底一飲落好濃厚好重骨膠原嘅感覺。😋飲完個口仲有回甘嘅香味。而且師傅都再將個湯底表面打成泡沫,食落去口感再上一個層次!✨然後講一講塊慢煮叉燒,肉質非常嫩滑🤤。咬落完全唔似平時啲食開果啲日式叉燒。真係好難用文字形容啊!😖8 / 10-🐷日式醬油豬軟骨 ($44)味道偏甜但勝在豬軟骨好夠淋,但係份量真啲有啲少,三神兩三啖就食哂。😥6 / 10 continue reading

由於諗唔到lunch食咩所以都係決定食拉麵,聽朋友講呢間唔錯所以過咗嚟試吓中午時段去,已經見入邊坐滿晒客人所以就揀咗吧枱坐埋一邊。一入門口職員為客人涼咗體溫之後就遞上餐牌紙,揀完餐後由於見到廚房得一位喺度忙,預咗可能要等耐d..15.. 20...30分鐘過咗去,先見到有第一碗麵拎出嚟俾其他客,明白可能啱啱開舖比較忙但可以提醒入嚟嘅客人大概要等幾耐最尾等咗45分鐘先有第一碟小食豬軟骨好甜。。。唔啱食等多咗10分鐘,終於有拉麵嚟,total 等咗55分鐘左右😂所以大家注意唔想等太耐就唔好一開門無耐去食,跟住食食吓望到有第二位師傅返,唔知係咪因為佢遲到定點搞到得一位師傅做嘢拉麵表面有d泡沫配有2大塊叉燒肥瘦適中湯係好飲有d木耳,蔥同筍,仲有半隻糖心蛋麵條有咬口總括來講佢嘅拉麵係幾好食🙈但希望職員可以提示下如果需要等候較久嘅時間🙈 continue reading

星期六夜晚想食拉麵樓下拉麵jo 成日食,今次試下近街市既一人前叫左一碗熱燗一碗燈火熱燗有個辣肉球,見到甘深色以為好辣,點知又唔算wo..係有少少辣甘湯底未溝辣之前試左啖都試幾濃兩塊叉燒拉麵度黎講算厚身而且好大塊唯一可惜就係湯底唔夠熱辣辣,依家天氣凍食碗熱辣辣湯麵會更正燈火係有埋紫菜同一隻流心蛋湯底相比就清d, 而個麵叫左軟身d, 都好似唔夠軟兩者比起,個人喜歡濃湯多d麵底份量唔算多,食完岩岩好六七成飽度~ continue reading

一個人係元朗食午餐 行去雞地搵嘢食 知道呢頭出名多小店 見到一人前拉麵呢個名 就配合晒我一個人去食🎏叫咗白前🍜有叉燒木耳筍絲糖心蛋 食拉麵第一啖當然係要試試個湯啦 佢個豬骨湯一飲就知冇味精 淡得來好重骨膠原嘅感覺 成碗奶白色 飲完個口仲有回甘嘅油香味 但係又唔會令你覺得好肥膩 正另外要特別一讚個叉燒 😍有兩大塊 面積大過成隻碗 好欣賞佢係嗰種慢煮嘅叉燒 肉質非常嫩滑 真係整到好似薄切西冷嘅嗰種軟滑 見到佢有少少粉紅色 就知道佢煮得一啲都唔過火 熟到啱啱好 好出色由於只有一位師傅 所以大家都要預咗比較長嘅等候時間啊 continue reading
