相比同樣是lab made的份子雪糕來說,這個確實比較遜色。雪糕溶得好快,奶茶味的雪糕配上蛋撻皮和蛋撻黃的配料感覺尚算可以,不過個人覺得奶茶味蓋過了蛋撻味道,令整個雪糕不夠突出。
這兒除了有份子雪糕外,還有普通雪糕,是可以試味的。試味的份量相等於一粒米的大小,真是第一次見識到。我想講的重點係我食完落口只係食到有少少奶味同分辦到係凍的,咩味都試唔出。

最近某旅遊雜誌經常介紹呢間餐廳的自制圖畫分子料理雪糕,佢話可以自己炒雪糕,設計雪糕畫,聽落都好似好得意,何況街外很多分子料理雪糕店都過百元(最平)。這樣就是完成了,最後係炒完一齊食,雪糕一放上板即溶,還要將佢炒在一起,溶左那些又唔會做到分子料理雪糕的,最後見到這樣子,我們選擇了兩款味道,就是朱古力和士多啤梨,其實選擇不多,這兩款味道還可以,不過炒完後幾好食,這個套餐都算平,不過我覺得唔需要搞那麼多花款就真,建議大家只選擇最平的8個款式就可以。

在香港,要吃分子雪糕,其實是有選擇的。這裡最特色的,相信是全港都找不到的鹹味雪糕,就是以黑松露、龍蝦等來製作雪糕,名貴又夠玩味。巨峰提子雪皅酸酸甜甜的,清新不膩,上面有點啫喱,整體很迎合夏日。我更愛鴛鴦奶油多雪糕!多士粒很脆,雪糕奶滑柔韌,咖啡味極香濃,同時又透點茶香,十分出色!老實話,龍蝦雪糕聽來特別,但個人還是比較守舊,未能接受到鹹味雪糕。其實吃下去會覺得像鹹鹹的龍蝦忌廉湯,帶點蝦膏味。如果這味道變為了熱食的湯品,相信會更討我歡心!另外龍蝦雪糕亦比其他的份量會較少,大概只有幾口的份量,真夠矜貴。

老實話,龍蝦雪糕聽來特別,但個人還是比較守舊,未能接受到鹹味雪糕。
其實吃下去會覺得像鹹鹹的龍蝦忌廉湯,帶點蝦膏味。如果這味道變為了熱食的湯品,相信會更討我歡心!

另外龍蝦雪糕亦比其他的份量會較少,大概只有幾口的份量,真夠矜貴。

見到網友介紹蜜糖啤酒雪糕, 決定來試試。可惜, 已經不賣了。 只好試一下普通啤酒雪糕和藍寶石巨峰提子雪糕。啤酒雪糕一入口淡淡的有一點啤酒的苦味。一開始不是很強的啤酒味, 但越是食越濃。很清淡, 食完時都不會甜膩, 還有啤酒的回甘味。正! 👍至於巨峰雪糕, 有提子的啫喱。很清, 不會太甜。但食不到有提子肉, 有點失望。比較喜歡啤酒味多一點。見到還有龍蝦味, 下次回來試試。另外, 店雖然小, 但有預備椅子給客人坐, 不錯很貼心😋

在唧上軟雪糕前,店員會在杯裡倒進1/4杯韓國啤酒Hite做底,再往上唧上hite口味的軟雪糕。即使雪糕溶化掉,你也可以整杯喝下呢!

軟雪糕好消暑啊超冷的!(感覺比一般雪糕更冷,不知是不是有啤酒的關係)。不過啤酒味頗濃,加上雪糕的牛乳香,是個清新配搭!還有陣陣蜜糖香甜味道,真的令人難以抗拒。

註:我平常好喜歡喝Cocktail,但很討厭啤酒,但這個韓啤雪糕把我徹底擊敗了。建議不愛啤酒的人也可以一試!

    當日好友飯局未齊人,就到左皇室堡行下街,每次到皇室堡我一定要食黑松露雪糕…當時可能時間尚早,店裏只有3,4人飲咖啡,整間店舖都係香濃咖啡味道…   朋友選了煙燻喜馬拉雅山紅鹽朱古力雪糕再配一個心型朱古力,外層朱古力碎殼而裏面係香濃士多啤梨味道!! 這個配搭不錯,可以試試!!   而我食既黑松露雪糕,味道超級濃! 喜歡松露既朋友不防試下用另一種感覺品嚐珍貴既松露....你會一試難忘吧!!!!   PS~老闆好好人!!!!!服務一流!!!

The texture was a failure because it was hard and powdery.

The worst part was the taste because it was so chalky and sweet when I was expecting a savoury taste.
Even if I had a real cold congee it wouldn't be sweet!
Anyway, apart from congee, there were also gingko nuts in the icecream.

最後試左呢個名為分子煙燻喜瑪拉雅山紅鹽朱古力雪糕,經過即場噴煙後,雪糕的確有煙燻香,朱古力味幾濃,甜度我覺得略高,但係整體上幾有趣既!不過呢個唔係分子雪糕.

油炸鬼白粥雪糕($36),確是以絲苗和白果煮製的白粥製成雪糕,還灑上油炸鬼碎作點綴。相對起麥芽糖雪糕,這個就有誠意得多,「不過食落奶味太重、冇咩白粥味~」。
