張財記的蝦醬無人不知,門外擺放的醬料沒有花巧包裝,卻深受遊客喜愛。老闆娘以蝦醬、蝦糕拌炒豬肉,再以酥皮捲著生菜和豬肉。蝦醬極之惹味,聞的時候鹹香十足,吃的時候卻不如想像中濃烈,反而是淡淡地在口裡停留,配上生菜同吃,剛好中和兩者的味道,一點都不會過鹹。

今次是第3次來到大澳 但卻是第1次光顧原因是蝦豬餅是假日限定 只會在星期6,日及公眾假期供應後來從友人口中得知我喜愛的另一小食 –香妃卷 (FROM大澳小食) 在假日會休息看來魚與熊掌不可兼得 今次終於有機會一試 蝦豬餅即叫即做 所以要花點時間等候 餅底有點像厚身的北京填鴨薄皮 事先經冷藏然後到接到order後先拎出來煎 到皮煎到2面金黃後就會包住生菜再加上豬肉碎 沒有其他醬汁 比我想像中單調配搭是不錯的 生菜中和了餅的油和肉碎的肥肉碎原來預先撈了蝦醬 個人認為味道還好 友人覺得偏咸但實在沒有想像中驚喜 可能期望太高吧 如果可以加少量汁料會更好因為餅太乾身 不過在包裝而言 幾貼心包住成個餅 方便進食

餅底有點像厚身的北京填鴨薄皮 事先經冷藏
然後到接到order後先拎出來煎 到皮煎到2面金黃後就會包住生菜
再加上豬肉碎 沒有其他醬汁 比我想像中單調配搭是不錯的 生菜中和了餅的油和肉碎的肥
肉碎原來預先撈了蝦醬 個人認為味道還好 友人覺得偏咸
但實在沒有想像中驚喜 可能期望太高吧 如果可以加少量汁料會更好
因為餅太乾身 不過在包裝而言 幾貼心包住成個餅 方便進食

這是張財記賣的蝦豬餅,英文名字很可愛,叫husband.張財記主要是賣淡味蝦醬,所以這個蝦豬餅裡面的豬肉碎當然就是用淡味蝦醬來調味道其實就是煎一塊批皮,然後在裡面包上豬肉碎和菜。我覺得裡面的豬肉碎有肥有瘦,混合著淡蝦醬,吃起來很香!!旁邊的菜就是用來中合一下吧~很爽口!我本來就是個不太喜歡蝦醬味道的人,這樣的淡蝦醬正合我的味口!反到是小男朋友不太喜歡他說蝦醬的味道不夠~~~所以就各有各喜歡囉~~

這是張財記賣的蝦豬餅,英文名字很可愛,叫husband.

我本來就是個不太喜歡蝦醬味道的人,

今次來大澳的目的就係買張財記蝦醬及食蝦子餅。人龍有十多人,排了廿分鐘才買到。一場來到,都要試下。蝦醬味很淡,跟平時食到的濃蝦醬味不同。加上生菜,冇咁油膩。其實係一個蝦醬菜肉薄餅。坊間一個菜肉包賣$5,呢個蝦子餅賣$18,其實係幾貴。

蝦豬餅...餅皮:普通貨色,應該係交貨,唔係親手做.餅皮入面包住生菜絲,豬肉碎,蝦醬我見住個女士收完$,又再做蝦豬餅,佢雖然有戴手套,但佢收$時又無除手套,直接戴住手套找續,之後再做餅,咁佢同無戴手套,直接用手整食物有咩分別呢?總括而且,食物一試無妨,要等好耐就不試也吧,衛生方面就有待改善!!!

家人及朋友對蝦膏喜好一般,來到了大澳,心想還是要見識一下。找到了張財記,淺嚐了蝦豬餅。店員聽見我怕濃的蝦膏味道,為我弄了清新淡口的餅食,在此致謝!蝦豬餅的薄餅不油但煎得香脆;蝦膏味道清淡,與蔬菜配合起來感覺有創意亦清新,好吃!吃到蝦豬餅的美味之餘,還吃到店員的用心服務及製作誠意!

Havent got a clue why its called Husband roll, but maybe the way its called in chinese sounds similar to husband.Prawn pork roll in chinese is pronounced Hah jue beng, and the Chinese way of pronoucing Husband is "Hah si Ban", so maybe they thought it was similar.Anyway, the husband roll is basically a roti with pork, lettuce and prawn paste filling.The roti is flaky and crispy on the outside.The prawn paste wasnt salty at all.However, if it was chicken instead of pork, I would have liked it mor

Prawn pork roll in chinese is pronounced Hah jue beng, and the Chinese way of pronoucing Husband is "Hah si Ban", so maybe they thought it was similar.

Anyway, the husband roll is basically a roti with pork, lettuce and prawn paste filling.

The roti is flaky and crispy on the outside.

The prawn paste wasnt salty at all.

However, if it was chicken instead of pork, I would have liked it more, as I find pork a bit too fatty, and the roti was slightly greasy.
