聽講牛頭角開咗一間現場製作的點心專門店,要試下係咪真係現場做。 叫左三個傳統點心:叉燒包,一睇外皮,果然係現場製作,外皮鬆軟香甜,內餡以蜜汁叉燒為主,鹹甜交融,口感豐富。叉燒肉質鮮嫩多汁,醬汁濃郁,傳統港式點心中的經典美味。再來的是比較新冰金沙脆皮腸粉,外皮酥脆金黃,內裡柔軟滑嫩,咬下時發出清脆聲響。金沙鹹香與腸粉的米香交融,令人回味無窮,是近年興起金沙鹹香美味。由于港式叉燒包太好食,再叫左金黃酥脆的酥皮叉燒包,佢 外皮裹著蜜汁叉燒,一口咬下,甜鹹交融,滿嘴都是港式風情,熱騰騰的餐包,是最誘人的美味記憶。三個点心俱在水準之上。這間新開在牛頭角區點心專門店令我回味傳統香港点心味道,一食就知現場製作,鮮明味道,性價比高。

今日與朋友試了一間新開的點心餐廳,環境幾好,光猛寬敞,不會好嘈,係香港飲茶有時會嘈到頭痛,枱與枱之間都有一定空間,可能今日坐到卡位吧。服務不錯,人手充足,不會叫極都無人招呼,試了六款點心,咸水角,清蒸鯪魚球,腸粉,燒賣,鳳爪等等,都有水準,真係超出預期的好,早晨孖寶好似$42。此外,我好喜歡飲茶,這真係好驚喜,連普洱茶都好飲,因為除非高級酒樓,茶通常都唔好飲,我好少寫食評,今次一定要讚下,鼓勵下香港小店的經營者,一定會再光顧。這間雄點心性價比高!
