To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). 位於觀塘商廈的地舖,但並非在人流旺盛的街道。從大街走入也需行多幾步才到。本身很想試芥末雞腳筋,又真係無令人失望。唔大塊雞腳筋,即本身隻雞都有番咁上吓大才有的。雖然大件,可又爽脆得很,除此之外此雞腳中有少許筋,故亦有咬口。芥末汁調得剛好,微辛辣。是一道功夫小食。南乳粗齋,是其出名之作。紅棗、白果、冬菇、黃芽白、枝竹、金針、雲耳等。南乳醬汁偏淡,有南乳香卻沒有過鹹,竟吃到鮮味。各種材料都炆軟淋且入味。鹵水鵝飯,鵝肉柔軟,無雪肉的味道。鹵水汁淡香,有味得來又無搶去鵝肉的味道。蓮藕鱆魚煲西施骨,午餐叫有優惠。實實在在的老火湯,無多餘的調味,好飲。

剛剛寫完食評兩個禮拜後再嚟,今次點咗其他唔同嘅菜式,不過素鵝當然一定要再點,芥末雞腳筋幾爽脆,口感唔錯,鵝肝就中規中矩,勾唔起太大反應,滷水汁亦都感覺有啲淡,素鵝依然係大贏家,阿鴻炒飯幾足料,不過功夫就麻麻,炒得唔夠乾身,濕濕地仲幾油膩,加$16送例湯都幾抵,叫做補返數啦⋯⋯ 整體質素真係唔錯,服務都幾好,阿姐都過嚟問咗幾次要唔要再添茶,廁所都算衛生,用TOTO自動廁所板,相信應該係觀塘工廠區比較罕見⋯⋯

去觀塘接老婆放工,順便食埋飯晚飯。好耐冇去過阿鴻小吃,同老婆立即起行。二人點了例湯粉葛赤小豆煲豬肉,招牌櫻花蝦XO醬撈麵,素鵝及半隻蒜香雞。例湯夠火喉,味道鮮甜,飲完口腔內亦有餘香。素鵝卻有點失色,味道較過往偏淡,腐皮唔係太滑,有啲退步。蒜香雞卻有驚喜,雞滑及蒜香汁味道濃烈,非常啱自己口味。櫻花蝦XO醬撈麵份量大,麵質保持幼細及爽,櫻花蝦落得重手,芽菜份量多,可惜味道都係有點淡,要加豉油調味。整體水平拉勻計,合格有餘,但比起過去幾次水準來比較,稍為失色。

平日中午peak hour前嚟,仲有好多位,不過坐低冇耐就爆咗啦。雖然係米芝蓮,都冇乜架子。上菜都係亂咁嚟,小吃之前先來個腿蓉上湯芽菜,味稍為太過清淡,滷水鵝肉質靚,個滷水balance得好好,墊底嘅豆腐好滑,滷水鵝由細食到大,今次真係覺得幾難忘,蠔餅揸得好靚,最欣賞嘅係佢嘅素鵝,好有口感,做得好有心,阿媽都讚不絕口,鮑汁叉燒亦都好正,肉質好,燒得好均勻,真係唔錯,沙嗲金錢肚咗一般,有啲似咖喱多啲,整體食物質素好有水準,下次會再去試多啲其他唔同嘅食物🥰

滷味伴着蔡欗撈麵,樱花蝦,薑葱絲芝麻蝦籽伴麵,一口麵一口滷味送入口,混合各種食材入口,只可說百般滋味在心頭,唯一可惜是本人喜愛撈粗麵,但這只是個人口味。最後的是蠔仔粥,粥底味濃稠厚如一般廣東粥底,掩蓋了蠔仔鮮味,也少了潮州粥水米分明的特色,這是我唯不覺得不足,好好的潮州粥搞到不倫不類,但我朋友卻已盡吃於肚内。😅😅我們倆人這餐吃了六佰元,本人覺絕對合理,除了食材,還吃了厨師沉澱多年的手藝和對食物的熱情。

米猪蓮推介必定佳品!幾年前已經想去試下,誰不知今日因落咗風球,下午冇同事返工外出取文件,唯有自己做,剛好經過「阿鴻小吃」,但已經過咗午飯時段,我未食午餐,咁就入去試下。門口企咗兩分鐘冇人接待,見店內有三枱客,但內裡也沒有服務員,等咗三分鐘後突然有兩位姐姐從廚房行出來了,目光很驚奇地出來招待我。近來少吃米飯,所以叫個撈麵,嘩!正到無得頂,眼見肥肥的鹵水猪腩肉,竟然入口不肥膩,好好食,鹵水肉不會太深色,但也有鹵水味,再加碗靚湯,這是午餐非常滿足。

看到電視介紹這店, 決定父親節去試一試,食物尚算ok,但侍應態度十分惡劣,落單時問多幾樣嘢佢竟然調轉問我係唔係新嚟! 有幾好食都沒有用!! 原本打算不作評論, 事隔兩星期後收到了whatsapp 這店只是傳了一張單的照片給我,並沒說明什麼,我心裏已知send錯,客氣地問他請問你是誰呢?他只回應'弄錯'兩字,完全沒有歉意,真是沒有禮貌,不會再去!😤

昨天早上十一點半慕名而去這間潮州菜館,我是第一個進店客人及後亦有两三位客人,我點了素鵝,南乳粗齋,阿鴻炒飯及例湯,素鵝不是很熱只是帶點温暖,感覺其怪不是凍食也不是熱食,南乳粗齋汁液太多口味一般,阿鴻炒飯油太多了,變了油浸炒飯,吃了幾口便通知服務員油太多了及收走,例湯是最精彩好喝的,埋單286元,這潮州菜館我看了電視節目而來的,比我預期的差了很多,我不會再去些店吃了。

慶祝牛一,有政府一幻資助所以食豪啲。今次點咗凍蟹、鹵水腐皮、南乳粗齋、雞飯、雞腳筋同招牌撈麵,每樣食品都非常出色,優良品質非常美味,侍應亦非常有禮貌同客氣,好食過上環角褲丞幫襯名店多多聲,一星美滋蓮實至名歸。
