To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於觀塘商廈的地舖,但並非在人流旺盛的街道。從大街走入也需行多幾步才到。本身很想試芥末雞腳筋,又真係無令人失望。唔大塊雞腳筋,即本身隻雞都有番咁上吓大才有的。雖然大件,可又爽脆得很,除此之外此雞腳中有少許筋,故亦有咬口。芥末汁調得剛好,微辛辣。是一道功夫小食。南乳粗齋,是其出名之作。紅棗、白果、冬菇、黃芽白、枝竹、金針、雲耳等。南乳醬汁偏淡,有南乳香卻沒有過鹹,竟吃到鮮味。各種材料都炆軟淋且入味。鹵水鵝飯,鵝肉柔軟,無雪肉的味道。鹵水汁淡香,有味得來又無搶去鵝肉的味道。蓮藕鱆魚煲西施骨,午餐叫有優惠。實實在在的老火湯,無多餘的調味,好飲。 continue reading

米猪蓮推介必定佳品!幾年前已經想去試下,誰不知今日因落咗風球,下午冇同事返工外出取文件,唯有自己做,剛好經過「阿鴻小吃」,但已經過咗午飯時段,我未食午餐,咁就入去試下。門口企咗兩分鐘冇人接待,見店內有三枱客,但內裡也沒有服務員,等咗三分鐘後突然有兩位姐姐從廚房行出來了,目光很驚奇地出來招待我。近來少吃米飯,所以叫個撈麵,嘩!正到無得頂,眼見肥肥的鹵水猪腩肉,竟然入口不肥膩,好好食,鹵水肉不會太深色,但也有鹵水味,再加碗靚湯,這是午餐非常滿足。 continue reading

連續五年榮獲米芝蓮一星食府的美譽,在商業大廈林立的觀塘區 - 阿鴻小吃。今次一口氣盡嚐各款招牌菜,包括:鹵水鵝片(例牌)$218、素鵝$68、南乳粗齋$78、招牌撈麵$78、迷你金絲蠔餅$78、蠔仔粥$68、芥末雞腳筋$78、醉香鴨舌$80。😚所謂力不到不為財,當天也見老闆在店內打點。相信此為保證出爐品質的原因。小店以卡坐為主,不甚寬躺,如果好似我們那樣叫菜,枱面未免太逼夾了。店內有兩間宴客廳房,一至兩圍也可。食物不純為傳統潮式菜,但確實用心及味美。一碗蠔粥窩心暖胃,鵝肉鬆化軟熟,蠔餅料足甘香,素鵝豆香味濃,南乳粗齋也喜見味美出色,招牌撈麵乾身入味。獨欠潮式糖水甜品。不要期望傳統打冷或高級潮菜,這個價錢及品質已經係喜出望外。😋🌟 continue reading
