To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛寫完食評兩個禮拜後再嚟,今次點咗其他唔同嘅菜式,不過素鵝當然一定要再點,芥末雞腳筋幾爽脆,口感唔錯,鵝肝就中規中矩,勾唔起太大反應,滷水汁亦都感覺有啲淡,素鵝依然係大贏家,阿鴻炒飯幾足料,不過功夫就麻麻,炒得唔夠乾身,濕濕地仲幾油膩,加$16送例湯都幾抵,叫做補返數啦⋯⋯ 整體質素真係唔錯,服務都幾好,阿姐都過嚟問咗幾次要唔要再添茶,廁所都算衛生,用TOTO自動廁所板,相信應該係觀塘工廠區比較罕見⋯⋯ continue reading

去觀塘接老婆放工,順便食埋飯晚飯。好耐冇去過阿鴻小吃,同老婆立即起行。二人點了例湯粉葛赤小豆煲豬肉,招牌櫻花蝦XO醬撈麵,素鵝及半隻蒜香雞。例湯夠火喉,味道鮮甜,飲完口腔內亦有餘香。素鵝卻有點失色,味道較過往偏淡,腐皮唔係太滑,有啲退步。蒜香雞卻有驚喜,雞滑及蒜香汁味道濃烈,非常啱自己口味。櫻花蝦XO醬撈麵份量大,麵質保持幼細及爽,櫻花蝦落得重手,芽菜份量多,可惜味道都係有點淡,要加豉油調味。整體水平拉勻計,合格有餘,但比起過去幾次水準來比較,稍為失色。 continue reading

疫症至今第一次幫襯,因為念念不忘的味道不停呼喚我,只好從心出發,店內因坐位要保持距離,所以坐位有限,他們安排我一家三口坐包廂都係例叫D招牌菜幾味,滷水鵝、滋味鷄、豬大腸、墨魚、素鵝、蘿蔔、海蜇、鴨舌、想試吓油雞,可惜賣晒,食品保持水準老實講店員服務屬於一般水平,現在食餐晚飯,好少少都平均每位$2xx,仲要未必飽,好似前晩在銅鑼灣食吉列豬扒飯,三個人埋單都要$8xx,今晚埋單$740連加一,我覺得算合理,假假地都叫有米芝蓮一星🌟 continue reading

今天因公事於觀塘,工作完成後心想既然到了觀塘就要到亞鴻小吃,食我最心儀的鵝肝,我和好友二話不說轉身往目的地。我們到店已是下午茶非繁忙時段,所以人客不多,只得一倆枱,也好讓我寧靜享受食物。我們點了這裡的名品鵝肝,三色拼盤(墨魚,豬大腸和豬面青)蔡灡捞麵,濠仔粥。先來的鵝肝仍保持水準,咬口嫩滑鵝肝如奶凍,只因師傳對火候控制有絕對駕御能力,雖知鵝肝煮多一分會硬,煮少一分卻生,全靠師父多年慮積的經驗和心德理再配上味濃卻清香的久遠滷水汁,讓鵝肝味道提昇更高層次。此食品制作成本很高,坊間有不小潮洲食店,卻很多也没有鵝肝供應。中國四大菜系相信只有這裡的滷水鵝肝才可與法國鵝肝匹敵。九月份是吃蠔的季節,煎蠔餅也是我至愛,蠔仔肥美伴上鴨蛋雞蛋做的粉漿,一口咬下蠔仔體內爆出汁液,那淡淡海水鮮味從牙縫流進舌尖味蕾裡,這裡蠔餅不像台灣夜市蠔咯軟淋淋了無生氣,也不像廟街蠓餅如吃油炸餅乾,不消一刻,我們人已清碟了。跟著是三色拼盤(豬大腸,墨魚,豬頸肉)豬頸肉略為過火了,少了豬頸肉爽脆的式色,墨魚仍保持水準,豬大腸以鮮大腸再套入豬大腸裡,層層叠叠可算是肚滿腸肥,軟淋的質感不是一般食店急凍豬大腸可比喻。滷味伴着蔡欗撈麵,樱花蝦,薑葱絲芝麻蝦籽伴麵,一口麵一口滷味送入口,混合各種食材入口,只可說百般滋味在心頭,唯一可惜是本人喜愛撈粗麵,但這只是個人口味。最後的是蠔仔粥,粥底味濃稠厚如一般廣東粥底,掩蓋了蠔仔鮮味,也少了潮州粥水米分明的特色,這是我唯不覺得不足,好好的潮州粥搞到不倫不類,但我朋友卻已盡吃於肚内。😅😅我們倆人這餐吃了六佰元,本人覺絕對合理,除了食材,還吃了厨師沉澱多年的手藝和對食物的熱情。 continue reading

米猪蓮推介必定佳品!幾年前已經想去試下,誰不知今日因落咗風球,下午冇同事返工外出取文件,唯有自己做,剛好經過「阿鴻小吃」,但已經過咗午飯時段,我未食午餐,咁就入去試下。門口企咗兩分鐘冇人接待,見店內有三枱客,但內裡也沒有服務員,等咗三分鐘後突然有兩位姐姐從廚房行出來了,目光很驚奇地出來招待我。近來少吃米飯,所以叫個撈麵,嘩!正到無得頂,眼見肥肥的鹵水猪腩肉,竟然入口不肥膩,好好食,鹵水肉不會太深色,但也有鹵水味,再加碗靚湯,這是午餐非常滿足。 continue reading
