身邊的朋友都知我鍾情一盅兩件,更試過一日之內走訪三間不同級別的餐廳。位於紅磡Kerry Hotel的紅糖中菜廳,點心造型有心思,金魚餃、燒鵝酥、梨形咸水角同奶黃小柑都非常有趣,當然味道亦同樣出色,所以係自己同舊同事飲茶的好地方。而近日又有新點心出現,心思思又去試試。在蔚藍的天空下,四周景色都變得更立體,但30幾度氣溫,還是躲入酒店嘆杯茶更好。藕斷絲連($78)蘿蔔絲酥餅食得多,之前是甘筍造型,今次加入芝士又幾有新意,依然用上日本大根,甜度有保證,賣相更是似迷你版蓮藕,切開見一絲絲蘿蔔,仲有芝士帶來拉絲效果,不單視覺效果一流,食落外層酥化而內裡是濃郁的蘿蔔香氣。雪山叉燒包($88)很鬆化的外層,內裡是叉燒餡料,幸好叉燒醬未算太多,而且叉燒亦刴得夠細粒,我鍾意。巴馬火腿黃橋燒餅($88)起初還以為是普通燒餅,但烘得色澤金黃,而且外層帶點酥化,餡料是巴馬火腿,揉合了中西食材的元素,雖然未必為大眾接受,但無疑肯嘗試是好事。鱘龍魚籽富貴蝦餃($98)畢竟是酒店中菜廳,用料都份外講究,簡單的蝦餃都要加上鱘龍魚籽,矜貴之餘,餃皮搓得通透富彈性。蝦籽遼參和牛面札($88)在傳統中注入新元素,是酒店中菜廳的玩法,似乎是淮山雞札的概念,以粗條蛋麵包裹遼參、鮮淮山以及遼參,淋上鮑汁與灑上蝦籽,賣相及食味都不錯,尤其是麵條沒太多梘水味,但似乎淋身些少,個人是偏好有嚼口的麵條。流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣($88)細細個時,除了鍾意食舊式灌湯餃外,鵪鶉蛋燒賣是另一樣情有獨鍾的點心,一碟三件,但每次都係齋食鵪鶉蛋,置底豬肉通通奉獻比老爸,所以話每件點心都是回憶。今次將鵪鶉蛋釀入豬肉內蒸,而又能保持流心效果,即叫即蒸是正道,火喉的掌握亦見精準,豬肉份量啱啱好包裹整個鵪鶉蛋,好味。桃膠山藥魚湯泡時蔬($248)是時候來點菜蔬清清味蕾了。莧菜蘸上了奶白的魚湯,多了一份鮮甜的感覺,加上健康的桃膠及山藥,真好。龍蝦湯蟹肉野菌炆伊麵($248)始終都要有澱粉質打打底,驟眼看是平平無奇,原來龍蝦湯都給麵條吸去,食落好惹味,貪心一點,蟹肉重手一些更好。乾清棗皇糕($78)黏性極強,口感Q彈,棗香味濃。紅糖甜品拼盤($108)很喜歡紅糖的甜品組合,當中包括了琥珀合桃酥、奶黃小柑橘以及青蘋果菊花凍。建議大家由淡至濃去享受,尤其是合桃是蓮蓉及朱古力的組合,味道較重。今次幾款點心仍保持水準,未知下次又會帶來什麼驚喜? continue reading

黎嘅時候都知價錢貴, 但係知道呢度有個靚海景, 同埋食評都有好高的評價, 所以都決定試下😜我地坐喺窗邊嘅長木枱, 好休閒好寫意咁嘆咗一個靚茶, 確實好有渡假feel🥰先黎三款醬汁分別係辣椒醬、醬油及自家製XO醬,我覺得自家製XO醬最惹味🥢😋雙籽鱈魚蟹肉餃$88餃皮薄得黎又煙韌彈牙好食, 餃面上層有蟹子同埋魚子已經非常吸睛, 咸香唔覺腥, 餡料非常充足, 有鱈魚及蟹肉, 鱈魚鮮味又好味, 蟹肉無鮮味, 味道適中, 又夠juicy🥢😋魚子金箔帶子餃$98呢個賣相又係冇得輸, 原粒帶子在面, 有金箔, 魚子及露筍點綴, 餃皮薄亦都係煙韌彈牙好食, 充足嘅餡料,當然有帶子及蝦在內, 調味唔濃, 食到佢嘅鮮味有肉汁🥢😋原隻鮑魚燒賣$98每粒燒賣配一粒鮑魚, 大概5cm, 同埋都幾厚, 食落有咬感但有少少鞋及韌, 鮑汁略甜, 但入味剛剛好, 燒賣皮蒸得唔太乾身, 啱啱好, 燒賣亦都大大粒, 豬肉爽口彈牙, 有肉汁, 有東菇香味, 調味過濃, 虾及豬肉大概6:4比例🥢😋紅糖蝦餃皇$88相當大隻, 賣相非常靚仔, 餃皮超薄, 彈牙煙韌好食, 餡料非常充足實揼揼, 食落juicy有蝦味, 蝦肉爽彈, 但無筍, 調味適中, 唔會影響到蝦嘅鮮味🥢😋紅糖金魚餃$78賣相滿分, 相當精緻, 金魚整得栩栩如生, 甚至連魚鱗嘅紋理都睇到, 確實好似响池塘裏面游水一樣, 真係唔捨得食, 但係餃皮偏厚, 而且過於煙韌🤪, 可以當作年糕咁食, 會感覺好啲😅🤣, 餡料係鱈魚欖菜, 同埋有少少薑味, 幾特別 , 口感嫩滑, 味道清淡, 配上偏咸嘅冬瓜湯底, 剛剛好🤣😂🥢😋松露鵝肝海鮮荔蓉盒$78炸得非常靚仔, 成個蜂巢型出哂黎, 芋角飛絲飛曬出嚟, 一睇就知正, 芋角外層夠酥夠鬆, 芋香濃郁, 綿滑, 炸得完全唔油膩, 餡料充足, 鵝肝非常大舊, 甘香無羶味, 有松露香味, 個人非常鍾意呢個荔蓉盒, 值得推介👍🥢燒汁廣島蠔春卷$78每條春卷都包得均稱靚仔, 而且炸得金黃, 唔算油膩, 春卷餡料有蠔肉, 杏鮑菇及肉碎, 原本幻想有原粒廣島蠔在內, 點知係攪碎左嘅廣島蠔, 因為燒汁比較濃嘅關係, 所以蠔嘅鮮味被掩蓋下去, 而且肉碎嘅比例比起蠔更加多, 所以食落去好似普通春卷咁, 可以話係燒汁春卷咯, 呢個就有啲失望🥢😋脆炸鮮奶紫薯盒$72蜂巢型又係非常靚仔, 外層鬆脆, 外層滿滿嘅紫薯蓉, 幼滑綿密, 中間鮮奶流心度剛剛好, 有啲似炸燉奶咁, 炸得完全唔油膩, 味道唔太甜, 唔太喜歡食甜品嘅朋友都可以一試叫左 8個點心, 除左廣島蠔春卷之外, 其餘每樣外貌精緻, 味道一流👍, 食物又可以打卡, 靚海景又可以打卡, 環境靚及座位坐得舒服, 確實高質, 所以貴少少都係值得!魚堅總評性價比 4👍(以5👍為滿分) continue reading
