突然想吃格仔餅,上網見低調高手唔開,就試吓太安樓D,睇open rice見頭幾個食評,好似呢間好D,所以嚟呢間買。去到女店員掛住望手機,我叫先認我,見佢即整,應該冇問題。佢話三分鐘後可以攞,我行開唔夠三分鐘回來,見到有塊格仔餅放起到冇人理。見女店員同人傾計。正想問佢,佢就轉過來整,交比我時已經覺得,點解用紙袋裝唔覺佢熱,之後食飯一啖仲嬲,硬骨骨,唔熱同唔軟,之後唔想再食,掉左落垃圾桶。冇諗過格仔餅可以咁差😤回家再睇清楚佢D食評,原來之前都有負評😒 continue reading

太安樓可以話係我由細食到大嘅地方香港街頭小食入面基本上都搵得晒今日食完個晚飯唔夠飽返屋企之前想買少少嘢食填飽個肚又唔想買啲太煎炸野或者炒粉麵最後決定咗買呢一間雞蛋仔反試一試依間雞蛋仔係成個太安樓開得最夜嘅一間雞蛋仔價錢方面$20一底佢仲推出左自家製嘅心形雞蛋仔不過我最後都係要返傳統嗰啲雞蛋仔喺舖頭嗰度就見到好多報道介紹同推介呢間雞蛋仔所以對佢都有一定嘅期待點知越大嘅時代原來就係越大嘅失望雞蛋仔方面表層唔脆蛋漿亦唔算好濃同有蛋味 唔知係咪間唔中失手個人來講就覺得味道有啲失色 continue reading

太安樓有兩檔雞蛋仔都好出名,分別係鴻記同蛋記,都各有fans,上網睇啲人話鴻記好食啲,仲有CNN報道過,一於試下先!鋪頭只得原味雞蛋仔,原味,朱古力味同士多啤梨味嘅格仔格,四款選擇,唔算多款,但勝在傳統地道,即叫即做!🍴原味雞蛋仔 $20熱辣辣,係超級燙手!雞蛋仔比較硬身,深色,外脆內軟,咬開係蛋糕口感,唔會乾身,濕度啱啱好,非常實在,味道香甜,但蛋味唔濃,都幾大份,一份雞蛋仔好飽肚。推薦指數: 8/10都算幾好食,但冇期望中咁好食,係香甜脆,蛋糕口感實心,各方面都唔錯,但唯獨冇蛋味,冇蛋香,似係外國窩夫咁🧇 continue reading

老實講我現在,只對「西灣河」「太安樓」食街裡面的港式小食店「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」裡面製造的「格仔餅」食品提得起興趣,相反最近已經很少購買「雞蛋仔」。就算「鴻記極品雞肉」原味「格仔餅」裡面仍然加入大量甜味「煉奶」、「花生醬」、「砂糖」、「花生碎」,但是始終不及「朱古力格仔餅」裡面的「朱古力」糖漿甜味,跟「士多啤梨格仔餅」裡面的「士多啤梨」糖漿甜味。但是我今次購買和試食「士多啤梨格仔餅」之後,發現「士多啤梨格仔餅」裡面的「士多啤梨」糖漿實際甜味濃度,竟然比以前減弱了,或者是可能因為「士多啤梨」糖漿混雜「煉奶」的關係吧。所以「士多啤梨格仔餅」裡面的「士多啤梨」糖漿,最後變成了「士多啤梨奶」調味料,「士多啤梨」的甜味間接被「煉奶」甜味稍為中和跟減弱。儘管「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」「士多啤梨格仔餅」製成品質地仍然厚實,口感仍然鬆軟,但是味道濃厚感覺,已經某程度上被「格仔餅」裡面甜味被減弱的「士多啤梨」糖漿所沖淡。至於「朱古力格仔餅」裡面的「朱古力」糖漿實際甜味濃度,則比「士多啤梨格仔餅」稍為好一點點,但是卻間接令「花生碎」在「格仔餅」裡面的實際感覺被減弱,對「格仔餅」影響也變得有點薄弱。而且「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」裡面除了一些樽裝「涼茶」飲品之外,就沒有製作其他手調飲品,這還是我最近一次光顧「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」之後才忽然發現。現在的「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」實際上就只有一款「雞蛋仔」食品,加上三款口味「格仔餅」,再加上一些樽裝「涼茶」飲品供食客選項而已,不像某些小食店一樣,製作提供台式手調紅茶、綠茶和珍珠奶茶飲品那麼有吸收力。雖然我又未至於一口咬定,將來會不會再光顧「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」,但是現在的「鴻記極品雞蛋仔」食品飲品款式選擇不算非常多,很快就食厭了,吸引不到我下次再光顧。 continue reading
