一直都很想試的餐廳, 但實在是不便宜, 如要自費就有點唔捨得. 今次機會終於來了. 客人請食飯, 當然食得豪邁一點. 由麵包,前菜,餐湯,主菜到甜品都很好, 冇得彈. 麵包看似普通, 但一口咬落就知係水準之作, 外脆內軟. 當然唔會食太多, 因好戲在後頭.龍蝦湯廚師在面前即煮的, 當然很鮮味,味道濃而不膩 .主菜點的鴨腿, 肉嫩多汁但略嫌濃味了一點. 但已經很好了.  朋友的牛看來亦很美味. 正當食完了鴨腿比較濃味的, 馬上遞上檸檬撻, 味蕾即時一大翻新.奉送的朱古力球已經不太重要了, 雖然賣相是滿分,但都有點比下去了. 當然美食都要配上豪華的裝潢. 整個氣氛都是對的.  continue reading

今次試係tst Haytt 入面嘅Hugo 餐廳 Weekend brunch . 雖然會錢比較貴 ,但食物質素同服務真係好好。 自助餐部分高質食物供應源源不絕,海鮮有生蠔、蟹腳、凍蝦、龍蝦、大蜆、魚子醬等。全部新鮮好食。其它有好香嘅鵝肝醬、牛肉他他、蟹餅、巴拿馬火腿等。全部都好好味。飲品有三款果汁任你飲,基本食自助餐枱上嘅野已好夠。 但佢仲有主菜比你選,我地叫左個芝士牛仔肉卷同芝士焗龍蝦半隻。牛肉卷隻芝士就有d 唔太好味,但焗龍蝦就十分之香。 食到飽晒但見到甜品仲有咁多款要試,點知佢原來每人仲有個朱古力梳乎厘比你,呢個都係好正。我地食到最後仲要試埋佢個芒果同焦糖雪芭。芒果真係好香好味...總之好食到你爆肚咁走.... continue reading

It was our 2nd time @ Hugo’s, and we weren’t disappointment. We ordered the lobster bisque and it was really good! My wife and myself shared a steak, and we were impressed that they could actually split cooking style for 1 main: medium and well done. Service was good, and the restaurant provided us a complimentary dessert cuz it was my wife’s birthday! All in all, will visit again when we come back to HK! continue reading
