又來到這裡, 這間小菜十分嘢味, 海鮮們還是活生生的, 之外還有潮州冷餸, 各類選擇凡多的。 各服務員們專業細心親切~這次由它們出場,避風塘炒蟹, 自選新鮮肉蟹,炒法還可自選, 那本人選擇了避風配小辣, 雖然很會食辣, 但也不用叫太辣以免蓋了鮮蟹的自我味道。 而蟹件們香炒十分香脆, 連殼也是脆卜卜大部分也咬得到的。xo醬爆鱔球, 肉哋滿滿的, 配上西芹與xo醬炒; 上附帶些紅椒絲, 好很嘢味的。上湯菜心, 鮮嫩菜們配合上湯浸泡, 解油膩。蠔仔方魚肉碎粥, 鮮肉蠔仔配合香脆方魚片及豬肉碎, 附帶芫茜薑絲及粥底, 十分豐富。蟹後可有蕃薯薑糖水, 駒寒, 蕃薯不而吃太多言而放的屁太多。 continue reading

 最近打邊爐太多,今日就要去轉下口味,食翻啲家常便飯咁,不過嫌棄自己嘅手藝,最尾都系選擇去食潮州菜喇。位置位於灣仔駱克道,好打眼,容易搵到。去到嘅時候人客無算多,啦啦聲搵位坐低。食咗椒鹽瀨尿蝦,個人感覺比較正宗,雖然瀨尿蝦無算好大只,不過好在價錢還算可以,可能我比較重口,所以覺得椒鹽味道無夠勁!炒通菜算中規中矩吧,幾好食下,送飯我好鐘意。花蟹無錯,大只好多,而且非常新鮮,肉質好鮮美,上菜好速度,環境好乾淨大方,大概過咗半粒鐘時候就多咗好多人,最好提前去,總體價格公道實惠,不錯嘅選擇。 continue reading

記得上一次幫襯新光已經兩年前,早兩日剛啱完咗project,同事要慶祝,已經凌晨兩點又在銅鑼灣,第一時間就諗起呢度!當晚五個人,order咗韮菜豬紅,蜆芥鯪魚球,滷水鵝片,蠔仔粥……,這四款完全保留這老店風味,依然無變!仲有,當晚伙記sale我們食海鮮仲要係龍蝦,以為要天價才食到,點知埋單只係950蚊,超抵!隻開邊龍蝦用蒜蓉開邊蒸,同平時有D唔同,問咗老闆,原來加了少許雞油調味,所以好香,不過不是晚晚有! continue reading

第一次寫食評,竟然係因為非常的差嘅經驗,所以希望藉此其他人要小心。星期六晚上與友人共進晚餐,見晚飯時間灣仔很多餐廳都已爆滿,經過這店見很多明星相片,又不用排隊所以推門入去。見餐牌價錢都比較貴,心想就算貴20%都算啦,食物質素應該都有保證,又難得唔使排隊。叫咗滷水拼盤、凍蟹、豪仔粥和炒大硯,滷水評判的墨魚好似橡筋咁硬,鵝片又不外如是,凍蟹豪仔祝都是一般,大硯炒得又硬又有沙,兩位埋單$1700,回家看食評才知道原來好多人之前都有咁嘅經驗,經一事長一智,以後繁忙時間冇人排隊嘅餐廳,最好都係先睇食評再決定。 continue reading
