一點多去排隊2:45才有枱,門口小姐好冇禮貌,叫我哋掃安心出行,我哋話掃咗,跟住好冷咁叫我哋直入去,裏面啲員工可能做得太忙,又好冇禮貌,好多點心都冇,佢哋話落單都唔知,要等廚房通知才知,我們改點心,侍應姐姐說不要打亂她思緒,要等她搞掂其他單,才會接我們改的點心。 continue reading

元旦日約了好朋友去尖沙咀看燈飾, 到了晚飯時間才找餐廳, 結果找到海港城 八月居, 不用等位, 於是決定在此吃晚飯.看過餐牌,有散叫菜式和套餐多款, 都幾吸引.  我們四位選了超值共享宴$1, 548,  套餐包括有白雪燕窩燴龍蝦湯,  龍蝦湯味好濃郁.慢煮茶香鸭配荷叶餅.  賣相吸引.  用木盤子盛載.茶燻鴨, 已去骨, 鴨肉有茶燻味, 好食.   用荷叶餅包著食, 真滋味.   鮑汁扣原隻花膠    厚切的花膠, 膠質豐富.   鮑汁鮮味濃郁, 冬菇也好味. 份量足.香茅炆原條海斑:熱騰騰用瓦鍋上檯.   魚肉滑, 肉質嫰又入味.翡翠苗上湯浸瑤柱.  吃得健康.炒飯, 用上蟹稃及蛋,  好滿意.套餐無甜品.   我們最後加了四碗, 燕窩杏仁茶,  滿滿的燕窩配上濃郁的杏仁茶, 香滑又順口. 價錢中肯, 食物 OK.  會再來. continue reading

八月居係開咗好耐,但係第一次黎食。 環境裝修靚,坐得舒服,寬敞。但服務令人意外的普通,明顯樓面人手不足。叫張bb櫈,要自己搬走原本既櫈去換張bb櫈,因坐既係2張4方枱喺一個corner,個位係要抬張櫈入去埋邊,要客自己搬,喺海港城,係預計唔到。點心燒味方面,都有著高質素,燒鵝價錢實惠,皮脆,肉仲係暖的。 叉燒就半肥瘦,有咬口,2款都值得推介。其他點心都正常水平的味道,係咖哩魷魚個汁略為杰了點。但點了咁多野食,只係人均150,喺海港城算係平。 continue reading

鍾意八月居坐得舒服,服務大致都係親切殷勤,不過今次去有小小插曲,可能近排有商場coupon人流多咗,經理心情欠佳兩次加水茶壼放落枱時都會傾水而出,倒瀉水一啲都唔知,話佢都無講句唔好意思,好在無淥親,佢可能要再培訓或者放下假先得。食物質素保持水準,茶燻鴨好好味,連骨都入哂味。肉鬆脆魚皮,有咸蛋黃加肉鬆已經夠惹味再加上魚皮非常酥脆,可以一個人食兩碟。龍蝦汁泡駌鴦岩米飯,龍蝦湯上枱先加上岩碗,所以特別香,鮮味特別出。十年陳釀花雕雞,以為係凍食原來係熱食,真係大鄉理花雕汁好香,好濃,可惜雞肉入唔到花雕味,肉質尚算滑。 continue reading

最近見到八月居推出咗本地優質沙巴龍躉孖寶🤩$198就有兩食!我梗係要去試吓啦😋🥦翡翠炒龍躉班球大大件既龍躉好鮮甜嫩滑,尤其係個充滿骨膠原同埋好有彈性既魚皮,實在太好味了😋🖤黑蒜粉絲蒸龍躉呢個做法都幾特別,黑蒜嘅香味好突出,龍躉蒸得啱啱好,肉質超滑!底層仲有粉絲索盡晒啲精華,超正呀!近期都好流行新豬肉,一樣咁好味又健康所以我哋都試咗幾款。🥬生菜包素肉崧賣相好靚,新豬肉配埋啲脆脆米粉菇粒,再用生菜包埋一齊食,好味程度拍得住豬肉呀!🤍銀絲粉絲蒸素肉崧粉絲上面有腐皮同埋新豬肉,每一啖口感層次都好豐富,啱晒鍾意食粉絲嘅我😋🍑蜜桃糖醋小丸子酸酸甜甜嘅炸素肉丸,仲有粒粒爽甜口感,伴菜蜜桃賣相靚又好味!👍🏻極品醬油炒飯呢個炒飯好惹味,每粒珍珠米都粒粒分明咁被秘製極品醬油包裹住,炒飯裏面仲有粒粒姜蔥蓉,啱晒而家咁凍嘅天氣可以暖暖胃! continue reading
