S知道我鍾意食火鍋撚的酸菜白肉鍋,所以佢同我食生日飯都揀左食酸菜白肉鍋,不過就揀左在西環呢間新店,好開心呀!去過3間火鍋撚,環境最好首選西環這間。店子以中國式的燈籠作裝飾,牆上的璧畫亦很特別,呈現一片中國風,甚有中國色彩。枱和櫈亦以木為主調,最重要是每張枱相隔頗遠,完全不怕和其他人有太近距離接觸。鍋底選擇有6款,價錢由$99至$133,也可選鴛鴦鍋底,價錢也只是加$30,好抵!但今晚我只係選酸菜白肉鍋,因為真係好鍾意食。醬料的種類很豐富,有指天椒,蒜蓉、麻油、醋、秘製醬油、祖傳腐乳醬、xo香辣醬、芫荽、蔥花、炸蒜和麻醬。一品酸菜白肉鍋$109~以新鮮酸白菜,豬大骨,鮮蕃茄,紅薯粉和豬五花肉新鮮熬製,酸甜味濃郁惹味,香氣四溢,我和S忍不住每人飲了4碗湯,因為真係好好味呀!白肉切得非常薄,肥瘦相隔,一點也不油腻,好正!自家製蜂巢豆腐$22~綿密香滑,古法熬煮的鴨血$44~口感煙韌,兩者索滿湯汁同樣美味!御用手切肥牛(小)$239~只須灼8秒就食得。肉質爽滑有咬口,牛味好濃郁,好好味。梅花豬肉(半份)$54~以豬肉片捲成一朵粉紅色玫瑰花,很美麗。豬肉片爽脆彈牙,很美味。響鈴卷$53~嘩!非常非常鬆脆,配埋一個類似錦鹵雲吞的酸汁真係勁好味!就算放落湯底索滿湯汁,仍然感受到香濃的豆香,好好味呀!金桔檸檬(杯)$28~酸酸甜甜,金桔味非常濃郁,好潤喉。芋圓糖水(送)~甜品雖然是送的,但配料非常豐富,有又腍又甜的紅荳,Q彈的芋圓和甘甜的仙草,冰冰凉凉真係好好味。 continue reading

經屋企人介紹,話食材不錯,而且是一間良心企業,所以已經想嘗試多次,但之前曾多次訂位,實在有難度,而且限時間兩小時,所以不是我首選。今次剛巧疫情,終於即日可以訂到位,亦可以慢慢享用……。全程感到服務員態度很親切,和我們有傾有講,又介紹我們湯底及食材,湯底濃郁,食材新鮮,餐後還有腐竹冰沙及芋圓糖水奉送,有賓至如歸之感👍👍👍除了火鍋,內有大排檔美食,下次有機會亦可嘗試。坐位不多,要快趁手……😋😋😋 continue reading
