嘟嘟嘟嘟.."胖豬!" 收到女友小熊 WhatsApp..."我想試吓新嘢呀?" 又唔知佢有咩鬼主意!"不如試吓玩冰火好唔好啫?""好好好....." 吓? 我無聽錯吓話,但唔理咁多,咩都話好先!打鐵襯熱,於是再問...."幾時呀?""今晚囉!""好好好好好......" 吓!咁突然?發生咩事呀?"咁你放工過嚟西環啦!"吓?點解去西環?去西環好玩D咩?"火鍋撚知唔知呀?"乜乜乜..... 唔唔....係...."啱啱經過火鍋撚,原來佢地又有火鍋又有沙冰呀!"原來....我嘅.....冰火.....係....嗚嗚嗚嗚.....去到先知道,原來佢地同楚撚記係打通舖位,上次幫襯楚撚記已經知佢地有好正嘅沙冰,所以火鍋撚都有沙冰一D都唔出奇.原本打算打邊爐,但我又忽發奇想..... 不如食羊腩煲!小熊原本反對,因為近日已經食咗兩次羊腩煲,但係.... 打邊爐一年365日都可以打,但羊腩煲有季節性,而且自己煮又極麻煩,再加上,食完羊腩咪用個羊腩汁底打邊爐都得啦,所以接受咗轉食羊腩煲.火鍋撚稱為古法羊腩煲,配料有齊雙冬同支竹,馬蹄,連甘蔗都有,我中意嘅配料都有齊,冬筍爽脆,冬菇同支竹入味夠冧,齋食配料已經飽一大半.因為羊腩煲份量唔細,所以火鍋配料唔敢叫太多,只係點咗手切肥牛,響令,冬菇同干貝滑.當然重有大愛嘅華田沙冰同水蜜桃沙冰.先飲啖羊腩汁湯底,味道超香濃,用嚟做火湯鍋一流!羊腩份量不少,每一件都係腩位, menu 已經寫明,雖然每一件份量不少,但唔係D實泵泵嘅羊腩,每件都帶皮帶膏或帶骨,羊肉口感鮮嫩唔韌,唔需要點腐乳已經好惹味.同樣地,由於腩汁底太正,手切肥牛都唔需要點醬汁同樣好味,而且牛肉味重,滿意.干貝滑係第一次食,口感比蝦滑墨魚滑更彈牙.火鍋撚見意響令浸三秒就足夠,果然浸落D羊腩汁三秒,響令重有少少脆之餘,沾上超惹味羊腩汁,超正!上次幫襯楚撚記,已經見識過佢地嘅沙冰,超水準好過不少甜品屋,今次嘅華田沙冰同水蜜桃沙冰,冰夠幼味夠濃,最特別係居然連腐竹蛋糖水味都有!同樣味濃夠滑,絕對值得由九龍過海嚟西環開餐."頭先發生咩事呀?""???""叫你過嚟西環試冰火,最初好雀躍,之後好似有難言喎,咩事呀?吓!""無無無...無呀....."唉....... continue reading

環境5分:台式火鍋店格局,D燈籠好中國風,D畫有D潮。卡位最正,全部都有屏風隔開,打邊爐好舒服夠空間,可以畀五分。衛生5分:枱面有煮食餐具同紙巾,仲有十一款調味料任君選擇,好乾淨好企理,可以畀五分。服務5分:侍應生人手足,個個爽手唔囉唆,落單上菜加湯全部都好快,態度好好畀滿分。味道5分:1) 雙冬古法枝竹羊腩煲有筍,冬菇,腐竹,羊腩,全部分量都超級多,有成十幾嚿羊腩,咬落非常嫩滑。配左唐生菜非常新鮮,索曬羊腩煲入面D汁,非常之夾。2) 蓮藕片一樣索曬D羊腩汁非常好食。3) 香蒜粒炸魚皮好脆,用蒜蓉炒過零舍香口。4) 最後送杯腐竹糖水冰沙真係好特別。抵食5分:四百蚊唔使有一大煲嘅羊腩煲仲送埋生菜或者響鈴,食完全身暖笠笠,冬天火鍋必選,抵食一定滿分。 continue reading

趁放假,相約細妹去一間想食好耐的火鍋店,因為店名很得意所以特別想去試吓。好彩我哋早去到仲有位,到六點零已經座無虛席。一坐低我哋馬上揀咗個媽媽滋補老火湯湯底。係打邊爐急不及待飲左幾啖湯香濃冇味精,好正!我哋叫左一碟黑豚肉,一碟骰子牛肉粒,一碟6粒蟹子手打蝦丸,一個手打蝦滑,同埋一碟黃金蛋黃炸魚皮。碟黑豚肉超好食,肥瘦均勻,淥一淥軟淋有肉味,十分推介。骰子牛肉粒都唔錯,一粒粒口感比一片片有咬口,整體偏肥,烚耐咗都唔會硬,勁有牛肉味。蟹子手打蝦丸同埋手打蝦滑食落味道差唔多,都非常爽口彈牙,不過建議只係叫其中一樣,咁就可以留肚試更加多其他嘢。黃金蛋黃炸魚皮好香鹹蛋黃,鬆脆香口,非常值得試吓。最後佢每位會送一個甜品,可以揀腐竹糖水或者芋圓糖水。我哋兩個人各叫咗一款。佢嘅盛器好可愛,好有古代風,可以攞嚟打下卡。腐竹糖水係類似豆腐味沙冰,好香豆味,唔會太甜。芋圓糖水入邊有紅豆,珍珠,仙草,小丸子同埋芋圓,珍珠和芋圓都好有咬口,而小丸子就似湯丸咁。本身諗住火鍋店做甜品唔會太出色,但佢嘅甜品絕對比到我哋驚喜! continue reading

和男朋友收工到西環吃一個暖笠笠的火鍋邊爐,當然要到這間出名的良心食肆火鍋撚。8:00去到非常滿座最後要等到8:30才能入場,座位行寬躺兩人一個卡座,枱上有多款火鍋醬油。【鴛鴦鍋】選了當紅的兩款湯底,【祖傳秘製麻辣鍋】和【蜂巢豆腐白湯鍋】本身已經有大量配料,例如蜂巢豆腐、鮮菇、鴨血等。麻辣鍋味道香濃得來麻痺又重香辣,是足料,而豆腐白湯清甜香滑豆乳味道,全部蜂巢豆腐都索滿湯汁。【酒糟五花肉】很濃紹興酒味道,不過肉質就比較韌,不容易咀嚼。【響鈴卷】響鈴香脆到齋點甜酸醬已經很好吃,淥一淥就索滿湯汁,必點之餸。【五色丸丸拼盤】蛋黃豬肉丸必試,花枝丸亦很彈牙。【順德魚腐】又是齋食就已經可以,中間軟熟外面香脆。【新鮮紫淮山】淥耐些像薯仔般口感,配白湯好味。【杞子龍眼菊花蜜】滋潤喉嚨的最好選擇。【腐竹雞蛋糖水冰沙】太甜了遮蓋了腐竹的香味。 continue reading
