熊妹生日飯唔好俾佢停!好有心的謝西卡貓妹,羅賓漢同豬妹一早book 定枱約好熊妹食大餐慶祝慶祝。《火鍋撚》熊妹一早都久仰大名,聽聞勁讚其味道同用料,估唔到羅賓漢又咁有心揀呢間俾熊妹喎。熊妹唔係好熟中環路,係蘭桂芳兜左幾個圈,然後謝西卡貓妹提醒係陪佢試婚紗個度,原來就係籣桂芳再上面,最後熊妹都係遲到左,唔好意思。平日的八點都仲有咁多人,可見有幾咁出名。古色古香的裝潢,有兵馬俑先生在門口歡迎食客。一黎到已經叫左🍲火鍋湯底喇,秘製麻辣鍋,$128同蜂巢豆腐白湯鍋,$128。麻辣鍋底勁多花椒八角,好夠麻辣味喎,打邊爐真係一流!辣得濟就可以食返隔離的白湯鍋,幾重藥材味,鍋底的材料有大蔥,大蒜,藥材,仲有幾舊蜂巢豆腐,堅係足料,呢兩個鍋配撘幾唔錯!火鍋配料都陸續送上喇。謝西卡貓妹表示其他餃好多地方都有得食,想點啲有特式啲的,所以揀左創意午餐肉菜甫餃,$60。又真係幾特別喎,雖然午餐肉同菜甫兩款食材都係醃製過製成品,熊妹以為會咸上加咸,但食落味道又幾好,又唔覺好咸喎,午餐肉的淋肉配菜甫的爽口,又幾夾喎,而且非常足料,大大件,熊妹忍不住口食左兩件,謝西卡貓妹無揀錯!跟住到羅賓漢揀的龍蝦湯爆醬牛丸,$88。外表同一粒普通牛丸完全無分別,明知有湯汁係入面,熊妹都小心啲食,以免會燙傷舌頭。一咬落去就咇哂啲湯出黎,堅有龍蝦湯係入面,牛丸口感好彈牙,不過唔算太大驚喜,似係飲緊牛丸龍蝦湯咁,羅賓漢都話味道係唔錯的,但未有多個衝動再食多粒,熊妹貓好豬妹都認同,哈哈。食下食下,羅賓漢突然撲出一個掛著「Happy Birthday」生日牌的牛肉山出黎,熊妹真係驚喜萬分,好特別呀,超級有賣相,生日唔一定要食蛋糕的,都係意思意思下送個祝福咁姐,熊妹頓時覺得有點受寵若驚。而呢座牛肉山其實係特級手切牛肉(每日限量),$358。佢啲雪花❄️肥牛的脂肪分怖幾均勻,唔會好肥,烚麻辣鍋就最夾,羅賓漢同貓妹都大讚好夠牛肉味,難怪每日限定。試左牛肉,再試下其他肉款喇,涮羊肉片,$90。都有十幾片,薄薄的羊肉片,帶少少騷味,脂肪又少,食落唔會覺食好多肉而有罪惡感,實屬打邊爐佳選,熊妹都係認為肉類烚麻辣鍋濃味點比較適合,因為濃的調味與肉的衝擊更能帶出肉的鮮味。然後仲點了很多很多,成枱都係食物。即炸響鈴,$49,無得彈,浸3秒即食,浸滿湯汁又有點脆脆地,響鈴真係火鍋不能缺少的配料。海味花枝丸,$68。手打的墨丸,熊妹無食呀,聽豬妹講都樂彈牙的,味道就係正常的墨丸味。流心咸蛋黃豬肉丸,$68。又係創意噱頭野,流心蛋黃味道都出的,但同豬肉丸好似唔係夾,應該係話咸蛋黃用料打邊爐唔係幾適合,無論同邊款肉丸都未必會夾,就係味道夾唔黎,融和唔到,一齊食味道會有點怪。本地生菜🍀,$44。好新鮮大一棵,洗得好乾淨,果然附合傳聞指選材上盛,並非浪得虛名。營養綜合菇🍄,$82。好大一籃菇,有鮮冬菇,美白菇,金針菇,鴻喜菇同雞脾菇。正喎,熊妹幾鐘意食菇,全部都岩食,浸豆腐白湯鍋清清地就岩哂喇。全部都係洗得好乾淨,雪雪白白的,沒有一點泥巴,而且粒粒菇都漲卜卜好肥味好新鮮,完全唔係擺左好耐枯謝哂的,食落好爽口,不過可能火鍋湯底始終味濃,未能吃得出鮮菇的鮮味。羅賓漢意牛味盡,再點左個火鍋撚御用手切肥牛(大),$308。想試下特級同御用有咩分別。羅賓漢同貓妹都認為特級好味好多,不論口感,味道,脂肪比例都是特級勝出,但熊妹就反而認為御用好味啲喎,熊妹覺得易入口啲,無特級咁厚實,可能熊妹都係唔識食貴野喇。最後就叫埋啲飽肚少少的野食做總結喇,紅薯粉,$39。有一大兜喎,用一個小篩仔放落麻辣鍋煮佢真係一流,完完全全索哂麻辣湯底,好唔錯,羅賓漢不斷提醒唔好煮太耐,如果唔係會好麻好辣。仲有甜點,叫左個蜜瓜奶水晶包,又係用小篩子放入湯鍋入面煮一會,幾特別的,就係啲爆饀水晶包,後尾仲encore左奶黃同紫薯口味,不過熊妹覺得都係蒸的比較貼切,煮湯的始終帶點咸味,變成又咸又甜的咸甜點。最後原來有甜品送,腐竹糖水沙冰,一人一杯,用上秦朝的酒杯🍸,好特別呀!沙冰幾正,完完全全飲得出係腐竹糖水打成的沙冰,完全岩哂一向很喜歡腐竹糖水的豬妹,熊妹就覺得甜左少少。受住各位的寵愛,呢餐請熊妹食,真係好錫熊妹,熊妹每年都要繼續同大家嘻嘻哈哈過。 continue reading

湯底里吃出了一根男人頭髮,跟三個服務員反應,第二個拿走了頭髮後說了句不好意思,然後晾了我們半個小時,完全是搞笑!實在不能忍了強烈抗議後說我們很忙,勉強換了鍋底,要求把配菜也補齊(火鍋一開始下菜到一半就發現頭髮,基本沒有吃任何菜)回答說你下了什麼菜我不知道!我們非常生氣要求找老闆投訴,說我們老闆很忙的不在。從頭到尾一句道歉都沒有,強烈不推薦去!!!態度最差的是一個頭髮有點長的胖男服務員,十分惡劣並沒有素質。 continue reading

之前已經去過旺角店一次,覺得相當不錯,諗住今日同幾個朋友去翻啅,點知旺角店畀人包場, 咁只好過嚟轉戰中環。中環店的空間比旺角店大很多,裝修更有中式味道,可以明顯地感覺到佢係吸引在中環上班的外籍人士嚟光顧。講返食物,湯底仍然係揀咗酸菜肉鍋同麻辣鍋。 酸菜鍋嘅酸度啱啱好,令你食慾大增。 麻辣鍋夠香。牛叫咗安格斯肥牛,賣相當不俗,入口即溶。第一次打邊爐食九肚魚,個人意見都係食番炸嘅九肚魚會好啲。炸魚皮略媯厚咗少少, 唔夠鬆化。餃我就覺得相當之不錯。另外今日68蚊有四隻生蝦,啲蝦肉夠曬彈牙。鹵水拼盤有牛肚,大腸同牛筋。腐竹白果糖水沙冰,幾得意。雖然這裡食品不錯,不過有一點要注意,就係呢度兩小時真係會 sharp cut 你。我仲喺第110鐘叫咗個餸同出前一丁,佢畀我照落單, 同佢畀我地食多幾分鐘,但都係未食曬就要起身走了。 continue reading

天氣咁凍緊係打邊爐啦! 麻辣鍋同鴨血都好正!最值得嘉許就梗係鴨血陰天啦。啲鴨血又滑又入味,麻辣鍋底夠麻夠辣,香味唔錯。另外叫咗一個紅薯寬粉,其實索晒啲湯好好味,不過實在太辣,食幾啖已經食唔到。火鍋配料方面,鱔片就有少少失望,唔算好新鮮。豚肉又唔算好突出。其實依家開咗好多間台式火鍋,大多數都做得不錯,由於期望太高,加上火鍋配料唔算突出,咁既價錢有好多選擇。不過環境就幾好,卡位好闊落又有自己空間,一班 friend 傾計啱曬。 continue reading
