提起好食既"豬腸粉", 一定會諗起合益泰好多年無去lu, 今晚機緣下可以緬懷一下~人氣保持高企, 但價錢都依舊相宜除左有現場即食外, 都可以原條買返屋企自己翻蒸,亦會用個紙杯仔提供埋你需要既醬料負責做腸粉既嬸嬸無停過手,  都已經練成純熟又免燙傷既手腕,見佢唔洗工具下, 帶住手套徒手就響個蒸爐拎腸粉出黎剪剪剪醬料看似好水狀好稀, 但另味道卻意外地濃腸粉感覺無當年咁滑, 但仍舊比其他腸粉鋪出色 continue reading

這是一家以腸粉出名的小吃店每個時刻都可看到一條排隊的長龍🙃人潮不斷,為什麼這麼受歡迎?🤨無論是價格還是出品質量都是非常吸引人的,腸粉都是自家磨制蒸自而成的,有分小,中,大碟,最低收費是小碟5條腸粉10塊港幣,中碟6條12塊港幣,大碟是8條16塊港幣,每條腸粉都是熱騰騰,口感非常的細膩嫩滑,最後用它們家的甜醬,芝麻醬,辣椒醬,混夾著一起,最後灑上芝麻粒,吃在口中那的那種滿足感,不言而喻🤤除了腸粉還有出售魚蛋,燒賣,豬皮,蘿蔔...還有粥(照片有附菜單)如果覺得吃腸粉不夠過癮,其他小吃也不錯吃題外話:一般早上的時候人流比較少一點,可以外買和鋪內吃的,不過我自己比較喜歡外買來吃,因為店比較小,所以會挨着坐感覺有點壓迫感 continue reading

呢間腸粉我真係食咗好多年,大概10年前開始認識佢,之後去親深水埗做乜嘢都好都會食幾條。👉🏻佢可以話係全香港最好味嘅腸粉👉🏻唔會霉,又夠滑👉🏻花生醬好味👉🏻芝麻勁香。我通常食親都係落勁多芝麻,食完第一浸再落芝麻。希望呢個咁出色嘅香港民間小食唔好消失,呢個味道亦都要有人承傳落去。 continue reading

食完公和未夠飽就再食埋尼間。店面座位唔多亦好多人,所以我地係企係門口食。五條腸粉($10)口感比我地平時食開個隻更滑,更腍身。魚蛋辣汁配埋腸粉更惹味。可能太多人幫襯比較忙既關係,腸粉都係剪得比較長,進食時無咁方便。燒賣($12)自家製燒賣有3粒,餡有豬肉同芫茜等等,似牛肉球既燒賣,不過就唔太岩我口味。同埋相比另一間我係元朗食過既自家製燒賣,尼到$4/粒就偏貴。辣魚蛋($6)魚蛋有5粒,唔係陳皮魚蛋,我覺得口感偏實,”友人”就覺得唔錯。牛肉球($12)3粒大大粒既牛肉球,似酒樓點心,口感唔錯,大件夾抵食。(個人口味S: 腸粉>牛肉球>魚蛋>燒賣)(個人口味E: 腸粉>魚蛋>燒賣>牛肉球) continue reading

老實講呢間餐廳唔建議食粥品。因為人多,流量快,坐的位置又細,根本好難享受食的樂趣。所以極度建議外賣。的確外賣條隊都係超長。這裡最出名的招牌菜就係腸粉。真係好好食。平民價錢但酒店質感。很多西裝友都前來排隊試食。醬油自由選擇。當然本人極力推薦花生醬。我都好小見人哋走花生醬。這個係佢最值得讚嘅醬。腸粉本身很彈牙,又夠軟身。所以成就佢地獲取米芝連的美譽。我還加了三粒牛肉。因為都唔係太夠飽。牛肉口感都算不錯。不過下次可能要試一試燒賣。因為我見佢哋的燒賣好似幾足料和很受歡迎。不過這裡的姐姐真係太惡了。有些時候無需要說話。但佢哋偏偏好似好大怨氣,全世界都知佢唔高興。人哋點食物又無視人。到佢發現個客時又怪個客坐低都唔點野食。我見佢哋自己伙記都推來推去。但佢哋又唔係懶只係鍾意呻⋯ continue reading
