合益泰米芝蓮都拎埋其實真係長期排隊,但要食都唔係冇辦法,就係反其道而行唔好買外賣,就咁鏟入去堂食反而通常都唔使排,始終食包腸粉拮串魚蛋未必個個都話想就係坐喺度堂食。個個都知要嚟遞其實要食咩呢?要食一定係食個麻醬,咁食麻醬其實就係食咗腸粉呀。所以如果你,走麻醬,勸你不如唔好嚟。🙄因為個腸粉雖然爽口彈牙但係都係一般腸粉,但係麻醬呀,如果佢有得賣我真係想成支嚟買,自己食我仲會加晒勁多芝麻,又平又抵真係好過癮。😋另外我都會推介佢個豬皮,加埋蘿蔔,成兜呀其實都已經好飽肚,絕對係地踎之選。😎😎😎 continue reading

深水埗名物,好耐之前食過一次今次難得黎到,當然要回味下四點黎到唔洗等直入坐低之後就越黎越多人黎到,好彩叫左腸粉(細)$10 +豬皮魚蛋(少辣)$19腸粉仍然算滑的,但感覺上就無以前咁好食難道蔴醬少了?還是真係變質呢?但細既份量都唔少,抵食豬皮魚蛋份量十足,依個價錢就有咁大碟估佢唔到辣汁好食,魚蛋大粒有少少彈,豬皮都爽既算係咁,但又未算得上好食總括黎講係抵食夾大件,但味道就普普通通以上食評只反映本人立場,如有雷同,實屬不幸 continue reading

多年來經過合益泰小吃也過門不入,因香港的腸粉已没米味,只是吃加工廠制造的醬汁,今天經過見没有人排隊就一試合益泰盛名的腸粉。本人只點了腸粉,牛肉球和燒賣,當腸粉上枱一試後,一如過往般没有米味,因這腸粉是廠制,沒有米味也算是正常,卻不明白在此吃廠制腸粉要求口感滑,能有這說法就如只有布拉腸粉才有嫩滑口感,有此說法猶如入素食店吃安格斯牛扒。這類腸粉滑就必冇,但勝在醬汁有用心調制,麻醬有濃厚芝麻香味,而本人最愛吃的芝麻,竟是有以微火炒香芝麻。坊間只此一間如此作為。燒賣有肉味樓,不是街邊小食店燒賣只是吃粉團,至於牛肉球則絕對有驚喜,鬆軟肉球內有馬蹄肉粒,增加咬口層次,味道亦比很多連鎖酒樓高質數。所以吃後再點叫牛肉球和燒賣。本想叫粥同吃,但可惜此店沒有油炸鬼,本人覺得食粥冇炸麵,有如吃雞不吃皮,不如唔好食,所以最後我只點叫豆槳。若然下次再經小店,我也會再光顧,因為這能吃到童年時街頭食物的味道。 continue reading

深水埗嘅飲食業近年發展蓬勃,百花齊放,幾年間就成為咗平民米芝蓮集中地。講到平民美食就不得不提豬腸粉、車仔麵、魚蛋、燒賣。以上美食都可以响合益泰搵到,作為平民小食店,佢唔係每樣都係咁出色。坦白講除咗腸粉外,其他水準好一般,所以今日集中講佢嘅腸粉 。堂食要排隊,每次要等幾耐吓。如果淨係食腸粉就最好立食,唔駛等。腸粉分大、中、細碟,分別係$10/5條、$12/6條、$16/8條(即$2/條),絕對街坊價。腸粉比坊間嘅幼啲,質感實淨有彈性,配以特製嘅香滑芝麻醬、豉油、甜醬、辣醬,每條腸粉沾上醬汁,入口滑嘟嘟,一口接一口。一碟大腸粉轉眼食完仲想食。講開醬汁,佢比坊間嘅稀,芝麻醬超香濃,放耐咗都唔會黏埋一嚿咁。如果外賣就最好自備食物盒,醬汁一滴不漏最後有個小提議:店舖對面係鴨寮街公廁,側面有坑渠,夏天嚟食都幾有「味道」,建議夏季入舖堂食,立食就最好秋冬季嚟會好啲。 continue reading

山長水遠黎到深水埗,除左係為左去西九龍中心朝聖,仲係為左食下嘢!見呢間係米芝蓮推薦,價錢又咁平,就梗係要試下啦。排隊排左10分鐘咁,入到間店見到檯凳擺得幾疏,值得一讚。但佢嘅腸粉就認真麻麻地,首先唔嫩滑,咬落亦比較實,一層層嘅腸粉黐埋一舊,而唔係層次分明。唯一鍾意係有得喪落花生,所以食落都幾香口,不過呢一點普通粥麵店都有啦。至於個咖哩魚蛋,喺我已經對呢間店無乜期望嘅時候,佢係唔錯嘅。份量幾多,咬落都算係彈牙,個汁就一般般,有啲稀,咖哩味亦唔夠濃! continue reading
