合時小廚是有名的預約困難店,出名在用了新鮮,師傅手勢出色。家人從外國回來,當然希望食一食本地中菜。所以我早預訂了茶燻雞、蝦多士、雞油花雕蒸蟶子王、粟米斑塊、薑蔥海中蝦煲、杏汁燉白肺湯。臘味煲仔飯及鹹豆漿浸菜心苗是現場即點的菜式。茶燻雞味道出色,雞肝雞腎雞腳等部份都被我們吃光。蝦多士味道正常發揮。 雞油花雕蒸蟶子王把蟶子王的鮮味帶出來。 粟米斑塊的炸粉薄薄地黏在魚肉上,當中味道調得很好而令養魚的味道降到零。薑蔥海中蝦煲最出色的是鋪底的腸粉,完美地吸收了蝦汁。煲仔飯內裏的臘味出色,飯底有輕微飯焦,亦很香口。當一間食肆出品做得好,自然就會客似雲來,有麝自然香,在這裏就應驗了。 continue reading
