聽聞做到九月尾結業,去開九龍城點都要朝聖一下。下午三點幾去到,好多野都清晒。本想試曲奇皮&酥皮蛋撻,最終只買到半打酥皮。返到屋企食,雖然凍左但個皮都唔會淋晒,酥油香濃郁,唔油膩。蛋漿香滑,甜度適中,好味👍🏻⋯⋯如果蛋漿再多啲就更正。$10/個有點小貴,但支持有歷史舊式小店都ok嘅😋 continue reading

今早去時懷着一個緬懷嘅心情去見豪華餅店最後一面 之後就收到好消息有白武士接手 可以繼續經營落去小時候住九龍城 經常會去豪華餅店買麵包蛋撻 之後就過隔離公和飲豆漿食豆腐花 而家即使搬離咗都會經常搭車返去光顧 所以除咗發哥之外 我都係常客之一🤣本身最鍾意食嘅就係佢哋嘅雞尾包 豆沙包 同蛋撻 今日去到時發覺佢哋已經冇做麵包 只有蛋撻 曲奇餅同南乳花生 其實排隊睇告示時已經覺得可能會有後續 因為佢哋寫係「停止營業」而唔係「結業」當然情意結可以繼續延續落去係好事 始終老餅店冇其他可以代替(強如Bakehouse都唔得😅) 只希望佢哋品質可以保持落去 唔需要有太多花巧嘢就已經足夠 continue reading

呢一個係我同豪華餅店最後嘅回憶屹立左超過半個世紀嘅豪華餅店就快要同我地講再見🤧🤧🤧唔知大家喺佢未公布結束營業之前有冇幫襯過呢我之前就有買過一個叫花卷既蛋糕黎食雖然佢唔算係咩美食只不過係d蛋糕既頭頭尾尾夾雜唔同既美道但就代表到餅店唔浪費既精神亦都係傳統老師父既智慧😆我今次再幫襯黎到都已經接近收工所有蛋糕,蛋撻都賣晒但為左做最後既支持我都買左佢地既花生我好鐘意食有衣既花生粒偷佢有兩層口感😆😆😆仲要咸香十足食粥加佢就更好啊如果可以買到佢地其他產品就好喇🥲 continue reading

很多時候,我們都會以為還有很多時間,於是乎重要的東西就在時間中溜走了。曾經的九龍城是機場,然後飛機離開了,留下間間老店、街坊店。接著交通變得發達了,區外客絡繹不絕,但小店卻在無聲無息中消失,剛剛就知道在區內屹立超過40年的老餅店將於10月1日停止營業。有些事,未來只能藏在回憶中。🔸 班蘭大瑞士蛋卷要做到咁巨型,相信都好有難度。綠色的外表好打卡,瑞士卷食落同時有蛋香和班蘭味,最重要是夠哂軟熟,忌廉有一點點膩,但有時候就是喜歡這種港式口味呀! continue reading
