這間《豪華餅店》已經開業多年,店面在九龍城一馬路邊,很多種類的麵包供客人選擇,什至蛋坦亦有分曲奇/酥皮的,製作蠻認真!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻雖然有點貴,9蚊一個腸仔包、9蚊一個餐旦包、8蚊一個蛋坦,但個人認為依d老字號愈見愈少,相比便宜一點既美X蛋糕/東X堂,如果行開依區都可以選擇支持一下《豪華餅店》架❣️❣️❣️其實佢既店面已經好吸引🤗有種古老既香港味道,直接行入去見到啡紅階磚,店員旁就係剛出爐的面包,經過別有一番風味! continue reading

事隔數年,今天落大雨也要去...再試一次這間老字號餅店,叫左一個酥皮蛋撻和菠蘿包。環境和數年前一樣沒有太大變化,細細的格局,充滿着人情味和懷舊既感覺。衛生方面所有麵包都有蓋好,感覺係乾淨。蛋撻味道依然令人懷念,好香濃既蛋味,酥皮造得較實質和脆口,吾算好甜。菠蘿包層菠蘿皮是脆的,麵包不是空氣包,有質感的,甜度尚算正常,可惜是微微暖的。我覺得食物質素是中規中舉,如果行經附近可以一試酥皮蛋撻不過諗起這間舖頭,我更喜歡的是舊港式既感覺,希望數年後我還可以光臨這間老店。 continue reading

麵包就喺我嘅本命,平時每日嘅早餐都一定喺要食麵包。豪華餅店喺我食過好多次嘅餅店,幾乎每個禮拜都會來買麵包當早餐食。有好多嘢可以揀,平時最中意食蛋糕捲朱古力味嘅仲有斑蘭蛋糕,同埋花卷,全都好中意。蛋糕身咧好鬆軟,唔會幹,都算嘅濕軟嘅。酥皮蛋撻都好食,超級香嘅牛油味同埋蛋香味,質感好滑好嫩。 continue reading

Walked pass this shop as I was doing a stroll in Kowloon city. I was surprised to see such an old and traditional bakery shop. Luckily there was a egg tart coming out from oven. It is something u cannot miss and needless to mention would be the pandan cake. You do not have to go to Singapore for that anymore after you have tried this. It is simply softer and better. continue reading

綠色食物唔一定係抹茶嘅,班蘭味紙包蛋糕大家試過未? 雖然比一般紙包貴成倍,但每次經過都忍唔住買兩個,一如其他紙包蛋糕般鬆軟,食落仲有淡淡斑蘭香,非精油假味,放一日都無影響其鬆軟度,過開去可以買兩個旁身!星加坡個斑蘭咁出名,我們豪華都可以battle 下! 雖然十個有九個排隊都係買蛋撻,但我試過覺得一般,少蛋香唔驚喜,加上未必撞正出爐時間,紙包蛋糕相對會friendly 啲。 continue reading
