/好遠...好彩有人買我食❤️<豪華餅店>🌼花卷($10)▪️馳名嘅花卷大大,我終於來吃掉你了🤤成日見人就食得多喇🙆🏻今次輪到我la。-😣諗深一層($10)一件切餅真心略貴,不過我覺得食在於質素,間唔中食下,價錢都係其次。☝️依間真係 傳統懷舊糕餅舖,大大嘅透明玻璃櫃,一眼睇清晒d蛋糕餅,真心好治癒😻-🌼花卷係由大大小小,什錦嘅蛋糕組成,一次滿足幾十個味蕾🙂👉🏼分別有原味,朱古力,斑蘭,咖啡瑞士卷,仲有合桃,提子切餅蛋糕組砌合而成😻蛋糕嘅頭頭尾尾碎件,都不浪費。👉🏼食落甜甜地,仲有d果仁口感🤤連我不喜歡奶油都接受到。🌼傳統糕餅 一般都偏乾身嘅鬆軟,依個花卷嘅蛋糕體係有少少乾,但配埋d奶油食,濕潤番少少又ok wo。-果仁酥($8)▪️🌼好似鮑魚酥嘅外型🙈唔知大家有無食開依款糕餅。拎到番去已經淋晒🙁一d都唔酥香脆,酥餅入面有原粒杏仁,但杏仁都不脆😓👉🏼酥餅除左甜甜地,仲有d咸香味間唔中滲出泥🤔係咪仲有d南乳花生粒。🥜🍫花生朱古力($35*12粒)▪️🙈雪左落雪櫃令到d朱古力凝固番變脆皮🍫未雪之前溶溶地,陣牛奶朱古力甜味好出,成件事好甜。👉🏼雪完甜度降低左,但對我泥講都係甜。雪左花生都仍然好香脆🤤不過花生係帶點咸味🤔試一次就夠。👉🏼🥜我好鐘意花生朱古力,但價真棧有包賣($15)嘅日本牌子,仲好食🙈又無咁甜。 continue reading

這間餐廳,其實經常來到九龍城,都已經有興趣看看,在某個街口的轉角位,看似細間🤔,其實只是門面窄,門牌又夠大,而且內裏也有不少位置,好像舊式餐廳的那種地板。在門口看進去,其實門口的櫥窗也可以看到很多不同款式的麵包:例如菠蘿包有幾種,菠蘿果占包、菠蘿紅豆包等等,我就見到上面有某本雜誌的剪報,寫上蘇絲黃說是「全港第一的酥皮蛋撻」。但是由於本人一向不喜歡酥皮蛋撻,結果就點了一個曲奇蛋撻,以及一個菠蘿果占包。這個曲奇皮蛋撻,就真的不是我杯茶。第一,雖然放在熱櫃上面,但是其實溫度也不太保溫,只是微溫,沒放涼了。中間的蛋漿不覺得甜香,蛋味都欠奉,以蛋撻來說,其實真的不算濃味。旁邊的曲奇皮,其實都極之淡味,雖然非常鬆化,有點兒像在吃舊式麵包舖的曲奇的感覺,但是味道不夠香,而且這一個撻,的確不夠脆。$8一個蛋撻,可能是在港吃過最貴的蛋撻,不值,不好吃,深水埗隨便一間都比它好。菠蘿果占包,外皮挺厚,而內裏果占幸而還算多,微酸,卻不如昔日深水埗的鴻輝般酸而開胃。雖是舊式麵包店,地上也看到那些綠白色階磚,但是阿姐卻壓根兒不友善,感覺一般,未必會再吃。 continue reading

傳統餅店買少見少😛😛😛小店嘅老闆好多年紀都好大然之後就決定唔做今日喺九龍城食飯食完之後見到豪華餅店仲開緊所以就決定行過去睇吓有咩好食見到有我媽咪最鍾意嘅 蝴蝶酥🦋所以就決定買兩個返去比佢試吓打開個膠袋已經聞到好大浸牛油香味我食咗一啖覺得好好食因為佢唔係好多砂糖搞到好甜😍😋而且都好夠酥!😝仲要只係$10 一塊蝴蝶酥媽咪話仲要好食過灣仔果一間嘅餅店睇嚟下次經過都一定要再買呢度嘅蝴蝶酥啦!🦋 continue reading

酥皮蛋撻太甜,應該係翻熱左幾次,蛋漿食得出過熟,不過都算過得出。但係蛋糕仔真係難食到不能接受,懷疑冇放牛油,毫無香味,質地實而散。買之前朋友已經叫我唔好買蝴蝶酥,話似漏氣定浸過水,唔明點解間野好似好出名? continue reading

網上常常有曲奇皮VS酥皮的投票,曲奇皮往往會勝出,但我是後者的死忠。豪華是的最喜歡的酥皮蛋撻($8),但這次真令我失望。一看知個冷掉,蛋液已下陷起了泡泡粒粒,我有禮地問姐姐可否換一個新鮮出爐的,姐姐說這盤是剛剛拿出來的(的確是,但不知在場內文了多久)。冷掉的酥皮蛋撻,真的很難好食。 continue reading
