朋友生日揀左去「香港大學校友會」食飯慶祝,餐廳行會員制,閒日都差唔多full house,不過呢度相對易book,無某d 舊友會咁串同難book前菜三色熏素鵝以3款素菜作餡料再包上腐皮,每一啖口腔都充斥住煙熏既香味麻香鳳尾蝦多士以圓形呈獻細細舊既蝦多士,無平時個d大大件咁膩,蘸埋個他他醬更加好食湯金銀杏汁燉白肺湯奶白色既豬肺湯,杏汁濃度恰到好處,如果有多幾舊豬肺食下就更好了主菜冰梅京燒骨味道酸酸甜甜,仲有火龍果粒同橙皮作點綴金沙麥皮黃金蝦啖啖肉既黃金蝦,蛋黃本身惹味得黎都較膩,加埋麥皮感覺更加膩椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷新鮮彈牙,脆漿唔厚又鬆脆,香口惹味蒜片燒汁安格斯封門柳粒牛柳粒嫩腍,仲有杏鮑菇條,配埋蒜片,不錯脆皮炸子雞(半隻)個皮真係又薄又脆,雞肉嫩滑,味道亦都岩岩好蔬菜薑汁芥蘭啫啫唐生菜麵桂花炒新竹米粉米粉炒得好乾身,桂花其實係蛋碎,仲食到咸蛋黃味,上面仲有d金華火腿絲甜品壽桃薑汁棗皇糕薑汁味好濃,口感非常煙韌,甜度亦都岩岩好環境舒適,冷氣好夠,食物亦都有質素,服務亦都唔錯,價錢我覺得好抵食,最重要係呢度book位唔洗受氣,食得開心☺️ continue reading

環境頗舒適,有private room for 大班人聚會。先講個人覺得最出色嘅菜式:拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉唔係特別鍾意食咕嚕肉,但係呢度嘅味道做得好出色。第一啖食落去個皮好脆好有咬口,個汁酸酸甜甜得來亦都好溫和唔會好霸道。外脆內軟嘅口感,絕對令我就算唔特別鍾意食咕嚕肉,都夾完又再夾來食。杏汁燉白肺湯係呢度嘅名物,飲落有淡淡嘅杏汁味唔腥,好療癒。符合預期嘅味道。南瓜盅炒素:南瓜外殼係純粹for 賣相,入邊d 菇炒得好乾身又好香口,又mix 埋唔同嘅菇類有唔同口感,好食。比較失望嘅,係:🤔古法鹽焗雞上到枱嚟個樣唔似鹽焗雞,問侍應係咪來錯?佢話係鹽焗雞呀。但係食落,點都係脆皮炸子雞嘅口感同味道。完全唔係鹽焗雞。如果以脆皮炸子雞來衡量,咁佢個皮係整得好脆,肉嫩,味道偏淡。以一個脆皮炸子雞係唔錯嘅,但係絕對唔係鹽焗雞囉。🤔糖脆柚皮   柚子皮嘅賣相咁似咕嚕肉嘅?食落都係咕嚕肉嘅feel,外皮酸酸甜甜,內裡係淋淋地嘅柚子皮。似係一個素菜咕嚕肉,但係唔係想食到傳統柚子皮嘅味道同嘅口感。我本來最鍾意食有新鮮感嘅菜式,但覺得咁樣整柚子皮有嘥咗,因為食唔到柚子皮嗰種索晒汁嘅特色同好味。至於其他餸就正正常常,係符合預期嘅酒樓味道。 continue reading

因為裝修後很久沒來了,又掛念這裏懷舊中菜的味道,尤其蝦多士,所以訂了枱。但很失望,這裏的蝦多士,蝦變小了,也完全沒有鮮味。椒鹽鮮魷的炸漿太厚,而且魷魚很細小。脆皮牛腩的炸漿太厚粉。預訂了鹽焗脆皮雞,但這只是一隻普通炸子雞,完全吃不到鹽焗雞的味道。整個晚飯最正常是這一味啫啫唐生菜。濃海鮮脆米泡飯裏面只有蝦,完全沒有其他海鮮,而且湯底好像是加了鮮奶做出的湯。 continue reading
