呢間上海菜一直喺wishlist上面,但一直都未有機會試。咁啱媽咪想母親節食上海菜,所以就預先喺openrice訂位。餐牌上款式好多,但我哋得幾個人所以就只點咗以下幾樣。紅燒獅子頭一上枱睇個樣都估到好味,醬汁色水夠深,而且令立立。獅子頭有兩大件,肉質鬆軟可以用筷子輕易夾開,入口鬆化,無肉渣。雖然都知道一定係肥豬肉比例多先做到呢個口感,但食落唔算油膩。肉絲炒麵麵底炸得夠乾身好酥脆,唔會過份油膩。茨汁好多肉絲筍絲非常足料。蜜汁火方係每次食上海菜必點,呢度個金華火腿比一般嘅切得更厚更大塊。火腿肥瘦適中,伴碟嘅蓮子鬆化。用饅頭夾住火腿同蓮子食,一啖食到火腿嘅鹹香同蜜汁嘅甜味。另外仲點咗蘿蔔絲酥餅,千層酥皮紋路明顯,賣相好靚。餡料除咗清甜嘅蘿蔔絲仲有金華火腿粒,食落比較重口味。本身想留肚食甜品,例如拔絲香蕉、高力豆沙同豆沙窩餅。但係都食唔落喇,唯有下次再嚟啦。 continue reading

看格局應該係比較傳統正宗的高檔上海菜館,但最終無一碟啱口味: 醉轉彎 - 無什麼特別,雞肉總算唔嚡,亦不會太鹹,之前係杭州酒家食醉雞,雞肉好鬼嚡。 蘇州脆鱔 - 嚇死人,又黑又幼一條硬柴柴,撈pat如糖膠般的漿糊,魚條質地似超市買回來的包裝脆口零食! 蟹粉排翅 - 一揭開碗蓋,好香蟹粉,但得個鹹字毫無鮮味,又多蟹殼碎(都好,證明係堅嘢),同粵菜雞鮑翅的鮮甜無得比,好失望,重好鬼貴! 炒花腰 - 腰爽脆,無羶味,好多竹筍,但個醬也是太甜,無脆鱔嗰個咁離譜甜,但仍是甜漿糊一pat! 蟹粉小籠包 - 皮太厚,又無咩湯係包裡面,連味道都唔吸引,無平日小籠包的鮮甜! 可能傳統上海菜獻汁係又甜又杰,實在唔啱我口味,未食飽都唔再叫嘢! continue reading

未搬鋪之前book左兩次都因為運動/疫情食唔到,期待兩年終於有機會食到啦溏心燻蛋:一直以來個人好喜歡食溏心蛋,第一次食上海式,比想像中淡味,試完都係鐘意日式多d雞絲粉皮:係傳統花生醬果隻,好食馬蘭頭:唔知正宗係點,甜甜地我覺得ok, 但友人們不太喜歡醉乳鴿:好食,酒味剛好唔會太重/太淡,乳鴿肉嫩紅燒肉:好失望,瘦肉un肥肉油,正宗好食係會 瘦肉林 肥肉彈牙 唔會散 蟹粉小龍包:好食,正常質素 花雕酒:叫左最貴,好似係$4xx一支,成餐飯最值回票價,好飲甜品方面,叫左高力豆沙&豆沙鍋餅,兩款皮都做得好差合桃露係傳統生磨,我覺得ok,但友人唔鐘意,舊式做法未必個個啱食整體性價比一般,應該無下次,4人食左$1848,本來諗住老字號可以食到上海食嘅味道,可惜都失望,或者可能因為本身期望過高,同樣價錢可以有好多選擇 continue reading

由10月開始 就進入左大閘蟹季節作為 海鮮狂熱分子 當然係不停咁搵蟹食 😋😋好有幸受foodie朋友邀請去到灣仔呢間老上海飯店食一餐大閘蟹餐 🦀蟹🦀 全部都係蟹 全要係蟹膏🦀🦀🦀😋😋頭盤有 🦀🦀花雕醉蟹 🧡其實同食韓國既醬油蟹冇乜分別不過酒味夠香 加上蟹既鮮味 好入味 好有餘韻燻蛋 煙燻夠香 再加上剛剛好既流心蛋 不錯😋蟹粉小籠包 略嫌小籠包內的湯唔夠多 🤍但包味唔算太厚 蟹粉亦夠香味最愛既當然係蟹粉粉皮蟹粉份量超多 粉皮掛蟹粉食落去真係好滿足 ❤️❤️❤️ continue reading
