我們總共12人一齊去咗呢間我食過幾次嘅上海飯店Book咗一間VIP房食晚飯,叫咗負責人幫我們寫菜單,每位$440可以食到以下的菜式:1. 冷盤素鵝 - 餡料不足,外層的多層腐皮太濕及太鬆身。2. 冷盤蔥油海蜇 - 太濕3. 冷盤無錫排骨 - 唔好食4. 蝦子海參(唔知點解味道只係似葱燒海參)- 朋友問我係唔係澳洲海參,因為好大條,但係每人只有一件,味道都幾好,因為見到有朋友將已經沒有海參的碟中的蔥段也夾來吃。5. 蔥油餅 - 如果唔係太飽就會覺得好好味6. 富貴雞即係乞兒雞 - 麻麻哋7. 砂鍋雲吞雞 - 雲吞餡料的味道唔錯,但係雲吞皮不是自己差的,個湯好多油,反而湯渣之中大量的金華火腿切成一大舊好好食。8. 原條松鼠桂魚 - 條魚去咗骨之後設成菊花型,上咗粉漿之後用油炸字很脆在上一個酸甜的橙紅色汁,味道也很好,不過並不是一種驚喜。9. 紅燒元蹄 - 配菜是小白菜,呢個幾正下!10. 酒釀丸子 -味道都叫做好,但是並不是最出色。11. 冷盤燻蛋 - 每人半隻,ok,不是特別好食。12. 清炒蝦仁 - 做得比張生記及杭州酒家好。13. 小籠包 - 每人一直,ok14. 金華火腿煮津白 - 很鮮甜,好食。$5180,給了$100小費,每人$440。後來我才發覺原來VIP房入面有個廁所,但係佢俾我哋嗰個房都係廁所嘅前面,其實我覺得個房咁細,只係適宜坐八至10個人。 continue reading

老上海從諾富特酒店搬到英皇中心後第一次來。新鋪的裝修一樣古典,味道和師傅都沒變。 春筍的季節都要過了,踩著尾巴點了醃篤鮮,好鮮。老上海的醃篤鮮是我吃過性價比最高的一間。希望老上海在新的鋪面再開六十年,生意紅紅火火 continue reading

今日午餐在老上海飯店,我見最年輕的侍應可能都接近登陸年紀,不過,佢地都係好專業,服務週到。壓縮紙巾,過熱水立刻膨脹的熱紙巾六人行吃咗呢的:前菜煙燻溏心蛋,蛋白的 煙燻味好香濃 ,半熟蛋黃反而未感甘香。小籠包,皮薄多湯汁,餡料豬肉也鮮甜。豆煑百頁,很清爽的一道小菜。醉雞,很嫩滑帶幽幽酒香!湯汁呈現奶白色的砂鍋醃篤鮮,有扁尖筍、鹹肉、五花腩、青菜與豆腐結,味道鮮甜,湯質感層次豐厚。帶微的擔擔麵,香濃湯底掛麵條,大家吃得十分滋味!熱辣辣 脆卜卜的豆沙鍋餅。酒釀丸子,清香清甜清新,圓圓滿滿的感受。 continue reading

同舊同事聚會,想食d大家可以share到嘅菜,最後決定黎老上海飯店。位於Novotel裡面,入口係隔離唱K個邊,不過好似就黎搬新舖,要留意新地址。我地坐左一圍,好多小菜都可以跟人頭計,有燻蛋 - 半熟蛋黃、凍豬肉、生煎包、傳統小籠包。另外我地叫左蒸同炸饅頭,一開四,熱辣辣。主菜有鍋巴配紅燒雜錦,鍋巴份量好多,好新鮮,脆卜卜,好味!咁大班人梗係唔少得糖醋松魚!甜酸汁仲有雜菜做配料,酸酸甜甜,好開胃。係好傳統嘅上海菜,適合聚會。 continue reading
