今日係西貢食完晚飯,之後就去咗滿記甜品既第一間店幫襯,估唔到以前好多人特登揸車搭車慕名而來,到今時今日差不多每區都有幾間,時代巨輪真係轉得好快。八點幾入去全場得我地一枱客人,叫左椰皇燉蛋白配椰汁西米露,雖然熱應該會香啲同好食啲,但自己鐘意食凍,所以叫左凍。好快就上枱喇,實物同相都似而且都足料。上面係椰汁西米露,下面係燉蛋白,一齊食超正又超滑,食完哂糖水刮埋啲椰皇肉食,椰皇肉都係嫩滑既。

提起滿記,大家會諗起咩嘅甜品呢?我就最愛滿記嘅榴槤班戟,今晚突然好想食,就即刻開車🚘衝咗去西貢,久違嘅榴槤班戟,每一啖都係熟悉嘅味道,口腔嘅榴槤味久久不散,令人想食完一舊又一舊,可惜長期減肥嘅我只可以忍口淺嚐一舊。今晚仲叫咗個🥥椰皇燉奶紫米露,但除咗滿滿嘅甜味外,🥥椰皇同🥛奶味都欠奉,連椰肉食落都係完全冇味道,令人有啲失望😞。而另一碗雪梨燉雪耳,一碗有一半都係雪梨同雪耳,但不論係材料定湯水味道都係偏向清淡。

一月中下旬星期天晚上,西貢。在印度餐廳用膳後友人提出到滿記吃甜點再回家,回想起上一次吃滿記已經是十年有多,想要找回當年的味道。店面翻新了,旁邊的店現在也是他們的,人流還是那麼多。坐下後看到多了新款的甜品,冬天還是吃熱的暖胃舒服。一如最近的習慣,點一碗熱的芝麻糊,甚麼都沒有加配,最能吃出原味。坦白說這一碗芝麻糊是最近吃過最差的,糊身非常稀,好像在喝漿一樣,含在口裡也感受不到現磨芝麻的碎粉,跟之前吃過的兩家不太有名的質素實在差太遠。友人點的是雪山芒果西米露小丸子,有配芒果雪糕,芒果味道的甜點是滿記最出色的,現在再吃,少了一試難忘的感覺,質素是有,但是不再是想一吃再吃的那種。總店不總店,今晚以後已經無所謂,是不是所有餐廳出名了以後真的是不會再用心出品?

入得黎西貢又點少得食返個滿記糖水先至叫做圓滿😌所以我哋order咗一盒榴槤班㦸同芒果班戟仲有榴槤飄香返朋友仔屋企慢慢嘆😛老實講個榴槤飄香,一開嗰陣味都幾濃郁鍾意食榴槤嘅人就會覺得好正唯一我覺得可以改善下嘅就係唔夠凍可能take away嘅關係😅😅不過依然都係好美味👍🏻但係個榴槤班戟就比較遜色左少少個味道唔係好濃,嗰啲餡好似唔太多比例上啲cream多咗少少😅因為係屋主請我哋食所以唔知幾多錢🙈

老實講個榴槤飄香,一開嗰陣味都幾濃郁
鍾意食榴槤嘅人就會覺得好正
唯一我覺得可以改善下嘅就係唔夠凍
