復活節假期決定留港消費,下午去完觀塘APM購物後,就嚟到巧明街一帶的工廠大廈裡覓食,揀來這間Honbu休閑cafe。🐣🐰🏬🍽️👫餐廳有分室內及戶外的位置,同時亦是一間狗狗友善餐廳,可讓狗狗到戶外的位置四圍走動。🐶⛱️✨ 粉紅西柚梳打($68),西柚梳打配柚子味雪葩卻是幾夾。每一口飲落有種冰涼爽快的感覺。🍹🍧🧊✨ 朱古力奶泡($48),朱古力的上半部是打了厚厚的香滑的奶泡,下半部是用上來自法國的可可粉沖出來,朱古力的部分較為甘香醇滑。飲晒成杯朱古力後,燒焦的棉花糖留待最後食用。🍫🥛✨ 夜市粟米棒($38),粟米本身帶有甜味又多汁,再塗上一層秘製的BBQ風味醬汁,加上少少燒焦的表面,入口帶點惹味。🌽🔥✨ 大蝦海膽醬意粉($148),意粉送上枱上已有濃濃的海膽醬香味,扁意粉煮到有掛湯的效果,口感順滑,濃香滑溜。虎蝦仁大大隻,幾爽口,也有海水的咸香味。🍝🦐✨ 醉烤三黃雞($178),三黃雞的處理功夫都不少,先將三黃雞配上花雕酒調製的醃汁,醃了至少兩日。因烤焗時間需時,所以點餐後需等候約30-40分鐘。三黃雞的肉質超嫩滑,而且皮脆肉嫩,當撕開雞肉時,黃油不停地流出,肉質多汁又鬆軟。雞肉帶有微微的酒香,很入味,烤焗的火喉恰到好處,難怪是餐廳的招牌菜,真是睇得又食得。🍗🔥🐥✨ 焦糖燉蛋($58),燉蛋加入了忌廉和奶的材料,薄薄的焦糖下就是濃厚的忌廉味,口感細滑,由第一口食到最後一口都會感到滿滿的幸福滋味,非常回味。☺️🍮🥛 continue reading
