好耐之前都經常係昵到飲茶,食物同埋招呼都唔錯。而且又知道佢呢度有燒味賣。突然心血來潮想食燒味,上次途經全部賣哂,今日途經早咗D,見到仲有,燒鴨望落不錯,就買了半隻回家,原本想再買多半隻🐔雞,可惜賣哂,回到家,打開燒鴨,再輕微翻熱,吃下還是肉嫩多汁,有佳肴當然要配美酒,倒了杯紅酒🍷⋯⋯慢慢品嚐,配搭著枱上的又香又多汁,肉又嫩滑的燒鴨,燒鴨本身也很好吃,再配理紅酒🍷一齊食,天衣無縫⋯⋯人生態度⋯⋯享受生活👏呢間酒樓D燒味,又平又好吃,飲茶點心好吃,燒味一樣咁好,水準依然不變⋯⋯ continue reading

青葉响荃灣多年,一向做街坊生意。價錢親民貼地,仲久唔久就有特價小菜,海鮮。晚市人流唔算好多,人數唔多嘅話,walk in 都有位!作為海鮮酒家,晚市當然主打海鮮,小菜啦!而小菜質素屬中級水準,冇乜驚喜又絕無伏味!西檸煎軟雞 - 係"賣飛佛" ,雞扒炸到皮脆肉嫰,淋上酸甜檸汁,每次食小菜就一定有佢!鎮江骨 - 又係另一酸甜菜式,陳醋化解肉排嘅油膩感,食多幾嚿都唔覺滯!羅漢齋 - 有雲耳、青菜、筍片、洋蔥…… 顏色艷麗,口感味道層次豐富 荷葉飯 - 份量足4-6位,炒飯入面有瑤柱絲,蝦仁,豬肉碎。炒飯粒粒分明,每啖都有荷葉香 惠顧小菜,一般飯後都有甜品送,而甜品一般都係紅豆沙。紅豆沙煲至起沙,而且係少甜(讚)。响荃灣想搵平靚正小菜,首選青葉! continue reading

一年一度榮華大減價又來,一連三天,臘腸買二送一,阿媽捕咗呢個日子好耐,終於今日可以出動。出發前,約我去飲茶,青葉係我哋常去的酒家,貪佢啲老伙記有親切感。4個人,叫咗一個$165 套餐,再加一個菜苗餃。埋單都只係二百鬆啲,抵過去食快餐店啦。煎蝦米腸粉煎得香香地,加上有蝦米,所以,更加香口。豉蒜炒涼瓜幾乎每次來都會食,因為實在好食,我自己試過在屋企整過幾次,都唔及呢度整得好食。乾炒牛河味道係OK嘅,而且有鑊氣,不過炒得唔了夠乾身。魚蓉鮮竹卷味道適中,內裡的魚肉唔腥。菜苗餃,皮夠煙韌。呢度飲茶喺呢區嚟,係至抵㗎喇,嘢食又唔差。 continue reading

聽長輩説青葉海鮮酒家是荃灣一間歷史悠久的酒樓,已經開了幾十年。平時常常經過路德圍,卻從來沒有留意這間酒樓,第一是這條街太多食肆選擇,第二是門面不大,望入去只見部升降機,真的沒仔細看。直至今天終於有長輩介紹這地方我試下~酒樓有兩層,我們三人坐升降機上一樓,一步出升降機就看到大魚缸,好多種類的海鮮。早上十一時許,不是太多人,都有吉枱,自己入去找枱,不用門口取票。食物款式選擇好多,套餐亦比其他酒樓多。有個中午三寶套餐,一碟炒麵飯,配兩個點心,平日$78,假日要$108 。我點了這個套餐,乾炒牛河配春卷和彩豆煎魚餅。乾炒牛河不是太多油,河粉都軟滑,牛肉份量多,整體味道都不錯。彩豆煎魚餅雖然賣相一般,但煎得好脆,夠香口,好食。我推薦炸両腸,裡面的油條脆卜卜,外面腸粉皮軟滑,熱辣辣,唯一就是無跟甜醬和麻醬。牛肉,春卷,芋角等點心就味道正常,和別家沒太大差別。侍應執枱沖水都快手,同行長輩都認得有些店員做了很多年,熟口熟面。雖然歷史悠久,但整體都乾淨企理,食物都可以~ continue reading
