早前有一間位於沙田既鐵板燒餐廳人氣急升,除左有多位youtuber介紹外,就連自己身邊朋友都有試過,評價都係以「抵食」二字黎形容,咁我又點可以落後呢?! 電話預約果陣,職員告知只有12:00同14:00,其他時間要Walk-in,雖然係平日,但我緊係唔博啦,結果book左最早果輪。餐廳12點正開門,門口當時已經有少少人群,不過全部入得哂。店內地方其實幾大,我坐卡位,所以覺得寬敞;除左餐板上既食物由職員送上外,飲品同甜品都要行去店尾攞,雖然唔遠,但地板有d跣,唔遠既路都變得唔想行。😥我地見加$40就有刺身,價錢唔貴,又可以食到油甘魚、劍魚、墨魚、帶子等13款刺身,每款食少少都圍番條數!!可惜質素麻麻,可以話連日式放題質素都無……。第一round帶子係甜,第二round開始就無味,真係後悔第一round點太少;甜蝦試兩round都唔甜、無味;泰蝦配埋個無得輸既泰汁,加上蝦爽爽地,雖然食唔到蝦味,但好過食甜蝦。諗深層,餐廳主攻鐵板燒咁嘛,刺身麻麻其實可以理解。我見好多食客都推介鵝肝,咁身為震店之寶既鵝肝,當然無令我地失望啦!! 鵝肝密密煎,上枱時熱辣辣,雖然薄身d,但味道唔錯。我同友人每人食左兩件,已經好夠皮,因為真係太膩。蠔—上枱就醜樣d,不過味道都唔差,亦無怪味,好彩既話仲會有大粒蠔添!!帶子—本身以為燒過後,鮮味會濃縮d,但本身唔係靚貨,所以鮮味唔太覺。鐵板蝦—第一round完全凍既,連蝦心都凍,岩岩開鋪就上鐵板凍蝦,唔知放左幾耐呢?! 之後幾round終於變熱,而且一上枱就聞到陣陣蝦香~味道唔錯羊架—完全無羊味無肉味,入口只知食梗一舊肉,唔好味西冷—呢個最好,煎到7-8成左右熟,入口Juicy,不過牛味就唔算好濃,但我地食得最多龍利柳—肉質唔鞋鐵板炒飯—根本就係叮炒飯,d飯痴埋一舊,唔好講鑊氣味,連炒飯應有既香味都無,浪費食物….串燒類串燒大蔥—幾好味,多汁,而且帶少許甜味,食咁多肉,食番少少菜類有解膩效果。雞腎—入口貨,細細粒,燒到太乾牛舌—厚肉,唔會太乾太韌,但無乜味燒腩串—雖然望落燒到焦左,但入口肉質會想像中咁乾,呢個反而有驚喜炸物無食太多,因為本身肉類已經油膩,再食炸野只會更易滯。整體炸物都新鮮夠熱,炸蝦味道唔錯、炸南瓜係中國出產、墨魚咀好迷你,幾乎分唔到係炸粉定咀、紫薯芝士丸,少少甜又有芝香由於想食多d菜,所以點左個牛肉鍋,但我就覺得無論係肉既色澤定味道,都似豬肉多過牛肉🤔,結果除左肉片外,所有菜都比我食哂。飲品&甜品方面,餐廳提供多款汽水、細樽裝茶、友人中意既樂天檸檬茶…..雀巢朱古力、芒果、雲尼拿雪糕、芋味雪米糍整體食物同我想像有出入,值得推介既係鵝肝、鐵板蝦、鐵板西冷、鐵板蠔、燒大蔥、燒腩串、炸薯紫芝心丸。如果比我再揀多次,我一定唔會加刺身。 continue reading

環境闊落,有居酒屋感覺,不過另一邊近鐵板燒區就油煙大啲,因為冇坐果邊唔知影唔影響食物係用白板筆畫係入左膠File既餐牌入面,好環保首先緊係畫啲鐵板燒食物先,有帶子,廣島蠔,鵝肝鵝肝超薄,外皮唔夠外脆;帶子好爽,上枱都算大隻,$5 銀大細;廣島蠔好正唔腥跟住有燒西冷同羊扒,西冷一條條,我估佢切好再燒,所以上枱全熟,有啲鞋口至於羊扒可能有骨,所以仲做到輕微粉紅,肉質唔錯,不過就同其他放題店一樣無去肥,所以要自己咬走邊位嘅肥膏串燒冬菇同雞軟骨普通,佢燒得唔夠香,唔知時間唔夠定個爐嘅火力不足,另外係佢無調味。。。。跟住有雞腎,牛脷,魷魚軟骨,好多串燒都好健康,因為都冇調味再黎秋葵,呢個一睇就知有落燒汁同木魚碎,好食到炸物,叫左南瓜薯餅,炸雞軟骨,炸蠔。南瓜薯餅好食,入面好軟滑,加埋外皮脆脆,仲有啲粟米餡;炸蠔可以SKIP,因此腥腥地,建議食返鐵板燒果隻,炸雞軟骨其實只係上左漿嘅串燒雞軟骨,都建議食返串燒雞軟骨,因為漿多厚,好飽肚再翻頭鐵板燒,叫埋虎蝦,食多幾件鵝肝虎蝦其實睇樣好靚,不過肉質有啲梅,可能一批批貨唔同啦多春魚天婦羅同茄子天婦羅,炸漿薄身幾好,不過味道淡,同埋多春魚嘅春唔爽彈,反而茄子夠淋第三轉鵝肝帶子蠔我食左12件鵝肝,咁就乜都回晒本啦,哈哈哈叫左兩款沙律,細細碗份量唔錯,刺身沙律有少量細細粒刺身粒,不過太少太細粒,其實冇乜感覺,可以唔食。溫泉蛋沙律就可以嘅,不過師傅唔小心整爆左隻蛋好可惜。。。。飲品果邊冇影,都好多選擇,有解茶烏龍茶,汽水,啤酒(嘉士伯生啤)1) 環境唔錯乾淨2) 服務算係有,因為人手唔多,可能同餐廳50 %入座率有關,安排人手少左,但係就爆場,漏單我地好少,人地枱反而漏好多咁,可能師傅做到唔得閒插單啦3) 食物一半一半,冇唔好食嘅,不過真係冇調味,鐵板燒有時上枱好多油,呢間野集中食鐵板燒多4) 價錢當然好公道,直頭叫得抵食易回本,鵝肝羊扒已經幫到你 $158 食三個鐘正,開放返4人一枱會帶朋友一齊黎再食多幾次 continue reading

揀左午餐放題,價錢$272.6左右一個人。上菜較慢(魚生刺身仲慢過燒野),三文魚細到就快變三角形(如下圖)。食物唔太新鮮,燒肉一時燒到焦晒(例如生蠔,如下圖)。某幾個職員態度一般。唔係好想幫你咁樣。出到口叫你唔好點咁多,話驚凍又唔好食(魚生會驚凍?)。佢又唔知自己啲魚生比較細片,我哋三個人首次點20片 佢都唔太喜歡。一定無下次。 continue reading

過開依頭做野,睇舊帖見午市放題最平做緊$168,就算加一都200之內,所以就揀左黎食鐵板燒,點知一黎到,先至發現原來已經加左價,應該係疫情好轉,所以依家最平都要$198再加一。但係$198個set都無蝦、又無鵝肝、無燒蠔、無牛舌,羊扒又暫停,唔太值。$200大把選擇啦⋯鐵板燒偏咸,點個火鍋食下菜平衡返。魚生細細件,普普通通。全部燒同炸天婦羅都正正常常。飲品種類多,好多解油膩嘅茶,仲有雪米糍同埋雀雀雪糕。 continue reading
