好友結婚,還請我當姐妹👭當然答應,可惜最近工作繁重,連休息的時間也沒有,所以喉嚨還有腫痛,抱病在身,貼心的新娘最後找了其他人,真心抱歉,還告訴我不收人情,叫我不用準備禮金我良心過意不去,最後還是封了人情,畢竟結婚的祝福一生一次今次婚宴位於黃埔站,幸好有地鐵,要不然坐的士黃埔始終不是旺區,車程要50分鐘幸好離地鐵站只有5分鐘路程,位置不難找,酒店冠冕堂皇,很氣派婚宴在一樓宴會廳,走樓梯上去就到。宴會廳很有氣派,有一盞盞的水晶吊燈,星光閃閃裝修富麗堂皇👍🏻燈光設備也不俗。職員亦很足夠,不停穿梭各席補給飲品,服務殷勤,現場竟然有幾位外籍人士侍應,他們也來炒散嗎?不過舞台就比較小家,不夠大方,如果舞台再闊一點就更好。婚宴8時35開始,期間播放新人相片時,音響失靈,斷斷續續,還發出噪音,令在場賓客愕然,如是者過了2分鐘,才切斷音樂🎵,沒有新人希望出現此敗筆吧?我還是第一次見識😅餐布用金絲刺繡紗布面,底層是紫色餐布,盡現高貴,起碼看不到裂口的杯杯碟碟最後8時50分開開席,餐牌的菜單看下去很不錯呢!我對是次的菜式有期待一共有12道菜,1-2位職員服務一台客。首先會讓你看看菜式然後再入廚房分菜,一來一回,速度不算快。金豬耀紅袍我每次婚宴都很期待吃這道菜,因為每間酒店酒樓都製造得很出色。脆豬皮配上一片白麵皮,麵皮有點厚度,軟軟糯糯,豬皮脆麵皮軟,絕配不過豬皮下還有豬肉,略顯鹹醬爆花姿象拔蛘這碟菜的靈魂就是「脆」。花姿很爽口,象拔蛘也很脆口,扁豆更是無敵,吃下卜卜脆,強調食物的爽脆,不俗。金酥黃金球很大一顆,用刀叉切開再用筷子夾比較方便。奇怪的是沒有提供紅醋一般都是沾紅醋吃,不過不要緊,這樣吃蝦球的味道也很滋味。百子銀湖伴鴛鴦時菜沌菇,再加些蟹醬。時菜清甜可口,伴了些蟹醬,味道很搭,我不一會就吃完了吃慣山珍海味,吃點白菜能養胃雞蓉燴燕窩現在很多餐廳都響應環保,少吃了魚翅。今次換來燕窩,也是我滿心期待的一碟菜式。這碗湯羹有點像粥,很好喝,味道很清淡,最上面有一撮燕窩,非常矜貴推薦推薦我吃完燕窩已經接近10點了,最後提早離場,因為明天還要上早班我也想有機會把12道菜吃光最後祝福新人白頭到老,早生貴子 continue reading

🌺近來經常來這裡,都是午間的家庭聚會,吃的都是點心或粉麵飯之類的東西。今晚一家人都有空,選了在這裡吃頓晚餐。🌼記得孩子還小的時候,晚飯後都會出來散步,每次逛到這裡,因為酒店有室外茶座,又有歌手駐場演唱,就好外國feel ,感覺到了外地旅行一樣,而他們最喜歡在酒店的旋轉門內轉一轉,就樂上半天!🤣今天重遊舊地,他們竟然說一點印象都沒有!用滙豐信用卡的優惠,選了85折食在老廣州系列的四人套餐,懷舊一下吧!菜單如下:半新還舊鴨腳包白雲山上凍豬手鳳城拆魚羹 雲腿玻璃蝦球媽姐蒸魚雲(因為售罄,所以改為桂花炒仿翅)荔浦香酥鴨(半隻)羊城伴五秀上湯燴飯(四位)妹仔蓮子羹(四位)鴨腳扎的懷舊版本,一塊薄薄的煙肉包著鴨腳,鴨潤和义燒,以蜜汁烤香,甘香豐腴,好吃😋白云豬手皮爽肉滑,補充骨膠原一流!鳳城拆魚羹 ,順德名菜,是考師傅的刀工之作,將魚拆肉,加上冬菇絲、筍絲、絲瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、陳皮絲、木耳絲等等材料,統統切得幼如髪絲,每一啖都包含了所有材料,清鮮爽滑,非常和味!雲腿玻璃蝦球蝦球炒得鮮香爽脆,中間釀入火腿,吃起來甘香味濃,一絕!桂花炒仿翅菜名改得很靚,其實材料只是雞蛋、芽菜、瓜條配以蟹肉炒之,材料平實,但做出來卻是美味佳餚!荔浦香酥鴨將芋頭包著炆得入味的鴨件上粉炸,食落有幾種層次,鴨肉軟滑甘香,芋蓉軟糯鬆化,配上酸甜滋味的沾醬,醒胃菜式!羊城伴五秀將蓮藕、荷蘭豆、馬蹄、鮮草菇和紅蘿蔔五種時蔬炒在一起,清爽怡人,健康有益! 上湯燴飯夏天胃口呆滯,吃個泡飯一定是好得多,其實湯料和冬瓜盅相差無幾,是夏日佳品!妹仔蓮子羹這是第一次吃的甜湯,雖然看得出是心機之作,但味道卻似蓮蓉放在糖水中煮,加上幾顆沒有除去蓮芯的蓮子,吃過便算了!整體而言,這個老廣州系列,菜色用的不是甚麼名貴食材,卻能造出精緻菜式,有粗有細,可作便飯也可當大宴! continue reading

今晚同親戚一起食晚飯, 佢地住響黃埔, 又有老人家, 於是便就近去海逸軒晚飯.近排天氣轉涼, 親戚有點咳嗽, 點了窩杏汁白肺湯比佢補下個肺. 佢飲咗兩碗, 杏仁味好濃, 但唔知療效如何.個個都有點病樣, 清清地點了荷葉蒸雞和瑤柱馬碲蒸肉餅. 雞都滑但味道略咸, 一定要叫碗白飯來食.肉餅也是略咸.三色蛋蒸得不錯, 好滑味道剛剛好. 上湯豆苗正常一般.是晚菜式全是普通家庭菜(尤其係三色蛋), 除了白肺湯比較突出, 其它也是一般但價錢卻不是一般收費. continue reading

只有文字,沒有相片。掙扎咗一段時間,諗緊好唔好寫呢個食評(因為比喊)話哂呢度曾經係我喜歡食中菜的地方,經常來飲茶亦食過多次晚飯。屈指一算,晚飯對上一次應該約兩三個月前左右。今次媽媽生日,佢貪方便又唔想煩,提議來返呢度食餐飯。今次其實都係ORDER 返平時食開嘅菜式,先發現唔知做乜鬼退步神速。長話短說,以下是各方面的summary:小洋甘菊茶: 飲咗一啖,發生乜嘢事? 再聞下有陣押押地的怪味,即時叫其他人飲下睇下係唔係自己問題,佢地都同意有啲怪味,於是即叫換返正常中國茶比我地。(本來佢仲想話啲味係咁,但我地強調飲過多次好明顯唔係咁既味,最後佢都幫我地cancel)焗響螺: 以前食過幾次。今次一放低已發覺size縮哂水。釀落去既螺殼由以前螺「爸爸」變咗螺「仔仔」。釀的螺蓉仲要係兩三啖(用佢的小茶匙仔)食完!個螺殻都細啦,佢仲要塞咗舊西蘭花喺入面,基本上啲螺蓉係薄薄咁抺咗少少喺個面到而已。差!差!差!其他啲小菜有素鵝,帶子兩食(炸同炒)等。味道正常,但都係一樣,食物似乎薄咗細咗,但未至於個螺咁過份。明白物價指數上升,但作為酒店內的餐廳,唔可以將貨就價。我自己就寧願餐廳加價比返啲有素質的食物比顧客。寫呢篇食評,希望海逸軒作出檢討與改善。暫時唔會再來晚餐了。 continue reading
