三聖去食海鮮,好多人都貪酒家舒服,買完海鮮就去海天食。賣完海鮮,因為一早訂左枱唔需要等就入座。本來買了新鮮海鮮想食餐好,點知加工出來既海鮮大失所望。味道差過出面大排檔,價錢又貴。最重要因為限聚分兩枱,個侍應問我分唔分碟上,我就話好,但冇提過價錢。點知埋單原來佢哋分碟上係收兩蝶價錢,佢事前又冇提過,感覺被搵笨左。相信我唔會再襯。

今日約左兩個朋友去三聖食海鮮,佢地住元朗,我就天水圍,夠哂方便。搭西鐵,到屯門站轉505輕鐵,三聖站落車行一陣就到。去發記買左三隻南非鮑、九隻花竹、三隻北寄貝,一共$500加工就去海天,坐得舒服啲,加上今日星期二,冇乜人上一樓坐低,叫左香片滾水,講低點煮海鮮,再叫左個上湯菜心、廚皇炒飯第一樣上豉油王花竹,香噴噴,豉油香撲鼻,隻隻炸得卜卜脆,連殼食正到痺第二樣係清蒸南非鮑,蒸得啱啱好,最重要鮑魚夠新鮮,鮮味到不行,入口彈牙無比第三樣蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝,又係好新鮮,個粉絲吸哂個汁,好好味,個貝又鮮味上湯菜心同炒飯都正常,個炒飯好多料,但個脆米略嫌多餘,脆脆口感配落炒飯唔多夾

第一樣上豉油王花竹,香噴噴,豉油香撲鼻,隻隻炸得卜卜脆,連殼食正到痺




第二樣係清蒸南非鮑,蒸得啱啱好,最重要鮑魚夠新鮮,鮮味到不行,入口彈牙無比



第三樣蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝,又係好新鮮,個粉絲吸哂個汁,好好味,個貝又鮮味



上湯菜心同炒飯都正常,個炒飯好多料,但個脆米略嫌多餘,脆脆口感配落炒飯唔多夾

椒鹽瀨尿蝦基本上係每次都會食嘅 佢哋加工嘅椒鹽係好好味嘅上面啲椒鹽粒粒亦都好多我係會用啲椒鹽粒你撈飯嘅😂

2021-2 -20 -剛好政府放寬咗食肆晚市堂食,和家人出嚟食飯。本來高興興的,不過因一位唔老實嘅男經理,而搞到這餐飯有D掃興。事緣我哋買左隻龍蝦,要上湯伊底,等左好耐,遲遲都未上,而我見到對面枱遲過我哋入座,反而上了一碟上湯龍蝦,我見到佢哋對住碟龍蝦不停影相,之後,叫左經理嚟話佢哋叫了芝士牛油底,這碟唔係佢哋。這班酒樓經理才恍然大悟原來放錯左枱,這刻,我知道這碟應是我哋嘅。嗰個男經理捧番碟嘢經過我哋面前入番廚房,過了5分鐘,由另一邊若無其事捧番同一碟嘢上我哋張枱,我就火都嚟啦.....問佢碟嘢係唔係頭先對面嗰碟,點知佢又食左誠實豆沙包話"係'',人客冇食過,冇問題,但我話我有問題。因對面人客冇帶口罩影相,我哋又有老人家,我不收貨,經理話幫我買過隻龍蝦補數。我好彩發現到姐,如果唔係………,大家可以想像得到!利申,食物質素ok,保持水準!
