有時口痕,想食啲濃味嘢,今次食呢間尖沙咀24小時營業嘅沙嗲店😆招牌鴨嗲粉有幾片燒鴨件,Q彈米通粉口感都幾特別,滑身小彈👍🏻 加咗個沙嗲汁落去撈咗之後,食落沙嗲香味夠,本身有菜譜,撈落都幾好味,無想像中咁濃味,佢個汁係偏湯多少少🤏🏻小食拼盤當中有魚蛋、燒賣、牛柏葉、水魷魚、齋,滿滿一兜,樣樣都有少少,味道尚可☺️整體我個人覺得偏貴,不過喺尖沙咀地段,又要開24,定價上可以理解。除非你好想食呢類Comfort food,如果要當正餐嘅話,一碗粉份量就未必夠,建議叫埋小食就會滿足🫢 喺呢區確實好難得有呢啲特色小食👏🏻老闆話佢哋出嘅辣椒油係最熱賣,下次堂食再試吓,堂食都有少量座位。朋友見到我哋買,佢哋都買咗嚟,都話okay😉 continue reading

睇到介紹而去,行咗兩轉,第一轉超多人排,冇買,今日再去,冇乜人,就買咗,點知原來係伏!外賣咗幾樣食物,四粒炸手打大魚蛋要38蚊,打開個兜,長條形仲幼過平時小食檔一串串嗰啲!就算話圖片只供參考,但爭咁遠真係太過份!50蚊沙嗲拼盤,個汁勁甜,微辣,一啲沙嗲味或花生味都冇,唔明點解沙嗲汁會係甜,總之難食。介紹仲話之前唔知咩展銷會上大獲好評,難以置信。38蚊菜脯蛋腸粉,只能講極普通,蛋唔知有冇一隻,只有一啖左右,腸粉亦好實好硬,豉油只俾咗一小兜,完全唔夠。街邊小食質素都冇,但收酒樓價,差。同場加映,見到應該係碌卡機,問可否Paywave,收銀嗰位乜都冇答,隻手伸去牆最埋邊張貼紙指下,似係表達「自己睇」,真係有禮貌。等攞食物時見到有貨送入店,兩大箱一盒盒似酒樓定燒味店嘅外賣膠盒,入面好似係已煮嘅鴨件,用黎整鴨嗲粉之類?總之個feel有啲怪,啲鴨肉絲唔係自己煮,係現成撕開only? continue reading

尖沙咀厚福街搵食,冇食過「浩銘記」嘅招牌鴨嗲粉同埋菜脯蛋煎腸粉,真係唔好話去過厚福街😂,新開張冇幾耐,已經超爆人氣,每晚大排長龍,之前喺Complex Con已經大受歡迎,實體店更加不得了,而且仲係廿四小時營業,早午晚餐、下午茶、宵夜,隨時隨地都食到咁正嘅港式味道!招牌鴨嗲湯用上鴨殼熬湯,加上小店研究多時既港式沙嗲,味道係以前細個喺戲院門口手推車嗰種風味,你話正唔正,配上各種串串,例如魷魚、牛柏、齋、鵝腸和燒賣等等,加上大量沙嗲汁真係好味道到癲,另外三款炸物都係必食,尤其係炸蜂巢豆腐,豆腐反轉再包住魚肉炸香,酥脆到不得了😋除咗沙嗲靈魂醬汁之外,「浩銘記」自家研發蔥油豉油、蝦皮菜脯、香辣菜脯,當然仲有香港最好食嘅「祖師爺」辣椒油,沒有之一我話嘅,醬料配合各款美食,真係將味道昇華到極致▪️招牌鴨嗲粉 $ 48湯底用上鴨殼熬湯,再加上香港地道沙嗲,明爐燒鴨肉絲每日新鮮人手剝製,配上吸晒汁湯汁Q彈米通粉,再加埋蝦皮菜譜和香蔥,真係好食到黐線▪️招牌鴨嗲湯 $ 48生菜魚肉變奏版,即是沙嗲燒鴨絲魚肉湯,這個鴨殼沙嗲湯底,配上新鮮鴨肉絲、魚肉湯和生菜,超惹味,又是另一種風味,一樣好食▪️招牌菜脯蛋煎腸粉 $ 38必食推介,腸粉煎香之後,加上雞蛋超香口,腸粉咬落外脆內煙靭,再配上蝦皮菜脯、香蔥和自家製嘅蔥油豉油,食咗一啖之後包你停唔到口,基本上每枱必點▪️炸蜂巢魚肉豆卜 $ 38豆卜反轉再包住魚肉再炸香,外層酥脆到爆燈,而且好香豆味,魚肉彈牙真係太好食,我encore咗多一份▪️炸鮮蝦雲吞 $ 38真係用雲吞麵舖,新鮮包嗰啲雲吞去炸,香口酥脆,蝦肉超彈牙,真係食得出新鮮嘅味道,再加上蔥油豉油,好正呀🌟招牌沙嗲小食原來靈魂嘅沙嗲醬每日一早,都會喺自家工場炒沙嗲,用老字號「綿香」沙嗲膽做基底,加上花生、蒜、洋蔥再用十多款香料慢火炒個幾鐘,慢工出世火又點會唔好食!小食種類超多,配上港式街頭沙嗲,質感厚身味道甜香惹味,配上呢幾款好索汁既小食,牛柏葉、水魷魚、齋、鵝腸、燒賣,完全與沙嗲汁融為一體,好惹味 continue reading
