傳統嘅中式酒樓永遠都係一家大細老少咸宜濟濟一堂相聚一刻嘅地方。最近酒樓都變咗好多有分現場亦都有擺百日宴甚至乎食公司飯或者係團年飯,更甚至開年飯。咁啱成個屋企家族都出嚟有老有嫩有大有細,有長輩又後悔作為中間輩分嘅我真係唔知可以喺酒樓度叫咩送畀大家。所以最簡單,由長者話事。叫咗兩款素菜,噉長者有時話要食清啲佢哋都可以滿足佢哋。係足個黃金嚇大家後生仔傾下偈嘅時候食落又幾滋味。依條蒸魚,就值得一提嘅因為啲肉煙韌之餘呢又好香口豉油汁又夠,想啲嘅時候熱辣辣,非常新鮮,一啲雪藏味都食唔出。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,非常香口扇貝都好彈牙,粉絲分量適中,佢哋個汁都好特別好好食。不過今日嚟嘅時候哩,就好多人好多客人所以職員都應接不暇,不過佢哋都好專業地,同我哋攞位開位同埋問我哋食乜嘢同我哋落單我哋要叫嘅,要多份餐具啊或者係要多少少要求呢佢哋都會做到嘅噉佢哋真係好努力好肯付出。服務方面我好滿意環境一般啦見仁見智因為始終酒樓好難乾淨得去邊。成日我覺得,非常之高分嘅,因為中蔡嚟講佢都算,喺好彩酒樓分店度做得算係唔錯。由於今晚有好多長者嘅關係所以,影相方面唔可以太過講究同埋飲飲食食嘅時候冇得評論太多。就反老人家黎講都算係咁了 continue reading

多得酒樓有早巿特價時段,多咗食早餐的選擇,唔使吓吓去茶記或快餐店。早巿食個咸魚肉片煲仔飯加個點心,足夠應付去郊遊所需。煲仔飯熱辣辣,飯粒分明,軟硬適中,塊咸魚比想像中大件兼唔係死鹹。煎釀茄子、煎金粟魚餅、乾蒸牛肉都有特價,乾蒸牛肉個樣雖然歪歪斜斜,味道係三個之中較好。正價點心叉燒腸,皮薄得嚟叉燒多,甜豉油味道啱啱好,喜歡;芝麻煎堆仔內有蓮蓉,甜度適中,一定要趁熱食。樓面職員數目少,但佢哋好有 team spirit ,互相補位極有默契,做嘢超勤快,默默冇停手咁開工,真心大力給讚! continue reading

大年初六一覺醒來,已經近10點,要去一田買餸預備今晚的拜年晚飯,先和媽媽去好彩飲茶。新正頭,人頭湧湧,幸好沒有人等細枱,等了十多分鐘就入座了。安排了中間的1張細枱,枱與枱之間很迫呢=,=今天沒有媽媽最愛的椰皇燉鮮奶,所以只點了4款點心。可能是人多,等了15分鐘才有第一樣點心腸粉上枱,牛肉腸粉的牛肉算多,腸粉較厚,但糊,有馬蹄粒,不過有些咸。之後的雞包仔夠熱,雞肉粒也多,還有菇粒,但包有些韌,似是雪過翻蒸。之後的上素野菌餃,餃皮晶瑩不淋,饀料有粟米,菇粒,青豆和芹菜,很清爽的點心。雞扎是漏了單的,等了15分鐘才有,上枱時熱辣辣,鮮竹捲著炸芋頭,冬菇,魚肚和雞肉,雞肉是有骨的雞背,魚肚只有手指尾大小的一小條,沒有汁,很淡的2件點心。 continue reading

今晚真係嬲嬲豬🐷,本來開開心心🥰去大埔好彩食團年飯,因為早在13/1看中了星級海鮮宴晚飯(價值$888半席),15/1叫了家人去1問清楚在31/1/19是此餐及價錢,酒樓回應過兩天再查詢,17/1 得知呢個餐加多了$100,家人覺得合理所以去book 位,book 位時仲當面問清楚31/1/19可以食到呢個餐並用$988惠顧,負責的職員表示你落訂就無問題,所以落了$500訂。今晚入門口仲見到呢個餐$988,點知檯上的menu 呢個餐就寫$1488🙈,即叫侍應表達我們已落了訂呢個餐及$988,仲比埋訂金收據,佢話今晚只做到$1488,我叫佢查清楚及表明落訂的細節,佢先後回應了3次表示「呢個餐$1488」「負責同事無返工」「唔好意思做唔到比你」「同可以揀食其他野」「經理好忙」,我要求同經理對質,擾攘了15分鐘最後我寧願唔食取回訂金也不屈服「海鮮價」晚餐,我唔明如果我嚟到再揀餐我只需訂位,應該不用落$500訂,最終見到好忙的人事經理,經理解釋係呢兩日先加價😡咁大間酒樓都違背口頭承諾(後悔落訂),真無好不滿,對呢間酒樓做生意方法非常失望,我估好多人會費時麻煩唯有焗食,估唔到仲有咁樣誤導顧客,最嬲係經理一點都無覺得酒樓有問題,希望大家要小心。NB:唔記得影底$1488的menu continue reading
