日本洋食甜品餐廳「宏」,自從在九龍尖沙咀的商場上面開了分店之後,「宏」的抹茶飲品跟甜品就開始,在香港日本甜品菜甜品裡面留名了。不過「宏」真正的招牌甜品,反而不是抹茶系甜品,而是以雞蛋製成的蛋卷甜品。關於日本菜雞蛋蛋卷甜品,「蛋卷」這食品名稱其實只是其中一個,用來形容蛋糕捲着甜味忌廉產生而成的麵包甜品而已。不過日本「卷蛋」在我以前的食評裡面,就從來都甚少有出現過。對上一次賣日本「卷蛋」的日本菜甜品食店,是位於中環「士丹頓街」旁邊的日本洋食甜品店「Patisserie Mon cher」,可惜中環分店「Patisserie Mon cher」現在已經結業,想食它們的招牌「堂島卷」都已經不可能了。加上我在尖沙咀上門光顧「宏」的時候,就是一時大意不知道「宏」也有製作日本「卷蛋」這款日本招牌甜品,結果我上次在尖沙咀「宏」,只能吃到一杯以苦味款茶軟雪糕製作而成的芭菲甜品。尖沙咀「宏」讓我嘗試了人生第一杯的苦味抹茶軟雪糕,亦令到我再次光顧「宏」位於紅磡黃埔新天地的「百合苑」,「百合苑」裡面的大型食店「九號水產」旁邊分店的時候,心裡面難免有陰影。加上我看完黃埔分店「宏」的餐牌,發現「宏」餐牌所有的甜品,和飲品價錢都不算經濟實惠,所以迫使我在食客不多的黃埔分店「宏」裡面,單是選擇一款甜品都要變得諸多顧忌。所以我一個人坐「宏」裡面,看着「宏」價錢偏向昂貴的餐牌,即使「宏」原來也有「蛋糕茶咖啡套餐」,但是「宏」的一人蛋糕餐價錢又便宜,跟餐免費飲品又只得紅茶可以選擇,我已經左到有點為難。儘管「宏」的一人蛋糕餐裡面,選擇其他口味的飲品果汁系列,這些飲品也能夠有少許跟餐價錢折扣優惠,但是選擇完食品飲品之後,微到的折扣價錢亦不便宜,使我心裡面感到有少許肉赤心痛。最後我只能夠選擇黃埔分店「宏」,裡面的「青蘋果沙冰」飲品,作為「宏」一人蛋糕下午茶套餐的跟餐飲品,折扣後的「青蘋果沙冰」仍需要港幣三十二元價錢,價錢稱不上便宜。至於黃埔「宏」裡面的一人蛋糕套餐,我最後選擇了「宏」餐牌裡面,售價價錢已經是最便宜的卷蛋「香草蛋卷」,還要是體形不大的「香草蛋卷」,「香草蛋卷」售價亦需要港幣三十元,剛剛符合套餐的規定。我估計「宏」裡面的「香草蛋卷」,「香草蛋卷」裡面所謂的「香草」,其實即是一般製作「雲呢拿」食材之時,「雲呢拿」裡面所需,略帶香味的原材料。「雲呢拿」相對於「奶油忌廉」或者「牛乳」,「雲呢拿」的甜味裡面會夾雜少許,類似香草籽的獨有香味,而甜味則靠後天加入糖份製成。由於我在「宏」完成點餐之後,等候了十多分鐘,才等到「宏」的廚房店員製作「青蘋果沙冰」完成,反而「宏」的招牌甜品卷蛋,「宏」侍應在我點餐不久之後,就立刻送到我面前。所以我在苦苦等候「宏」廚房製作「青蘋果沙冰」的同時,就率先嚐試「宏」好像一早已經預先製作完成備用,短時間內出餐的「香草卷蛋」。「宏」的「香草卷蛋」實際製成品,跟「Patisserie Mon cher」的「堂島卷」一樣,都一早有塊長條形膠帶包裹着「香草卷蛋」甜品,然後放在餐碟上,是日本卷蛋甜品店會有的做法。「宏」的「香草卷蛋」內部構造,彷彿跟「Patisserie Mon cher」的「堂島卷」都一樣,中心部份都是純白色的忌廉,沒有任何的蛋糕。所以我覺得「堂島卷」或者「香草卷蛋」在構造上,跟我們平日會食的「瑞士卷」會有很不一樣的地方。我的手在拍攝完成後,再把「香草卷蛋」的外層膠帶拆除,就立刻試食第一口的「香草卷蛋」。「香草卷蛋」裡面的香草雲呢拿忌廉甜味,感覺跟「Patissant Mon cher」「堂島卷」牛奶奶油忌廉甜味很相似,兩者的最顯著分別,始終還是「香草卷蛋」「雲呢拿」忌廉裡面的香草氣味。不過「Patisserie Mon cher」的「堂島卷」實際製成品體積,比「宏」的「香草卷蛋」都明顯巨大得多。而且「宏」「香草卷蛋」外層邊緣的位置,有肉眼可以看到的破損痕跡。這些「香草卷蛋」邊緣的破損痕跡,估計可能是因為「宏」廚房,在用刀試圖切開「香草卷蛋」的時稍為失手,令「香草卷蛋」賣相出現少量無傷大雅的瑕疵。不過「宏」「香草卷蛋」唯一的缺點,應該就是卷蛋表面蛋糕實際製成品的邊緣,那些有點破損和稍為不修邊幅的感覺。「香草卷蛋」在未被切開之前,邊緣的破損已經令卷蛋賣相被扣分。不過,由於「香草卷蛋」有甜味的香草雲呢拿忌廉,令卷蛋的整體味道變得偏甜,卷蛋的蛋糕質地太軟,所以卷蛋才容易切爛切碎,其實「宏」「香草卷蛋」的實際整體評價都不算差。但是我建設各位食客們,在享用「宏」「香草卷蛋」的時候,拿起匙羹準備切下卷蛋的一刻,務必打醒十二分精神,否則像我一樣不小心,不小心把卷蛋切爛的話就糟糕。至於黃埔店「宏」的沙冰飲品,「青蘋果沙冰」雖然很甜,但是我始終無法完全確認,究竟「青蘋果沙冰」實際製成品的甜味,是來自原個青蘋果的天然甜味,還是仿製青蘋果效果的糖漿甜味呢?我覺得「宏」「青蘋果沙冰」的青蘋果甜味屬於後者,因為我覺得沙冰裡面的青蘋果甜味感覺有點假,跟新鮮天然青蘋果甜味有很顯著的分別,而且青蘋果甜味裡面,隱約夾雜了砂糖甜味。而且「宏」製作出來的「青蘋果沙冰」,沙冰實際製成品份量非常巨大,沙冰幾乎湧出「青蘋果沙冰」玻璃杯的杯口,很難想像「宏」廚房能以天然青蘋果,製造出足夠青蘋果甜味糖漿給沙冰。而且,如果我真的在不使用匙羹,直接使用飲管來享用「青蘋果沙冰」的話,我最後得到的結果,只喝到青蘋果味道的糖漿甜味,除此之外就什麼都沒有。另一方面,直接喝一大口「青蘋果沙冰」遇到的情況,就是「青蘋果沙冰」裡面極度冰凍的感覺,間接令我的頭部遇上非常嚴重的頭痛,因為我不是很有耐性的人,就算喝沙冰也是直接大口喝就算數。不過,要我喝一杯糖漿甜味相對比較濃的「青蘋果沙冰」,即使「青蘋果沙冰」整體味道甜得適合入口,但是糖漿感覺比較濃厚的「青蘋果沙冰」,難以在我心目中佔一個重要的席位。至於「宏」的「香草卷蛋」,我吃到卷蛋雲呢拿忌廉餡料裡面的天然香草味道,雲呢拿忌廉餡料裡面散發出天然香草的淡淡香味,加上忌廉裡面的甜味,「香草卷蛋」整體的味道比「青蘋果沙冰」更令我留下深刻印象。可是「香草卷蛋」實際製成品的評價,被卷蛋表面稍為破損的痕跡,在我心裡面留下了一條刺,儘管這條刺其實無傷大雅,但是真正令我對黃埔「宏」評價打折扣的,應該是「宏」卷蛋和沙冰偏向昂貴的定價。 continue reading

很久以前在社交網站看見很多朋友光顧宏已經很想試,今天有朋友提議這間餐廳二話不說就答應了!7點多來到的時候發現只有2個客人,都有猶豫過是否有什麼問題,但在場行了一圈,發現所有店舖都只有稀疏的客戶,就知道只是地理位置問題。進店後點了迷你三併,當中有烏冬,鰻魚飯和吞拿魚飯,三樣都非常好吃呢,而且還送一件抹茶捲!在openrice上看到pancake的圖片很吸引就點了一個,上枱時真的的熱騰騰的,但和我想像中的空氣感不同,是實實的蛋糕質地,也好吃呢,不過建議要share or留肚吃。 continue reading

呢間舖嘅裝修同服務都唔係差,但好一般。路過隨便試,點咗個迷你三色丼定食($148):餐茶先上:斯里蘭卡紅茶,好少飲紅茶,淨係識講,有啲唔知咩果香,同好味!沙律:菜同茄都新鮮,配(唔知係咪柚子)醋,好醒胃!吞拿魚碎魚生飯:樣衰衰,唔腥又OK味。鰻魚飯:我對鰻魚要求比較高,嗯 . . . 呢個喺日本的話,汁太濃食唔到魚味,肉質唔夠彈牙,但香港來講算好味。海澡烏冬:無咩味,我用咗豉油同 wasabi當冷麪食,即刻成個味提升。抹茶蛋卷:嘩!唔怪宏最出名係佢,蛋卷質感幾好,抹茶香同甜又配得好!而外子個十勝豚肉定食($99),豚肉唔多肥膏,味都有OK! continue reading

After eating the egg waffle pizza, I went searching for dessert and found Hiroshi. I loved their green-tea dessert at the branch at The One so I decided to go there. I was planning to order their green-tea dessert but I found that they have pancake desserts here(last time at The One is was labelled not available). I chose the strawberry pancake. It was aesthetically stunning. from the strawberries on top of the pancake to the sauce plating. Even the strawberries at the second layer of the pancake was carefully arranged despite it is actually covered by the first layer, showing the detail orientation of the dessert.It's consistency was more like cake instead of pancake. The cake/pancake was soft and went well with the ice cream and you didn't really need the cream. I can't comment on the strawberries sweetness as they added a bit strawberry jam to them but the dessert overall was still great.However, I cannot give this restaurant a great review. The staff that served me was okay. But the staff that were on break chatted quite loudly during my meal time including not too appropriate language. One of them was even cutting her nails(although it was really far from my table) but it still "sounded" gross.  I guess to avoid this maybe you should go there during their busier times example lunch or dinner. Actually, if the dessert wasn't that great, I would have given a poor review. For the breakdown points, service I would have rated my server 3-4 but the overall restaurant was 1 so I rated 2 to be fair. For hygiene, I rated 3 (it would have been 5 if it wasn't the staff cutting her nails) continue reading

晚市過嚟呢度食飯,諗住日本野實無衰喇,點知就重大伏,裝修環境呢啲就唔講啦,淨係食物份量好細分就已經係一個問題,我一個小飯同烏冬加一小盤沙律就已經收費成舊水,真係太貴,而且食材都只不過係啲急凍嘅食材,食水唔應該太深。 continue reading
