呢間餐廳非常不老實,一開始買d海鮮去加工,講好左一個餸係$30,我地買左龍蝦、蟶子同扇貝去,整芝士焗龍蝦伊麵、豉椒炒蟶子同埋蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。個女侍應一開始明明講好咗三個餸嘅加工費一共係$240。買單嘅時候無端端收多咗$180,原來伊麵底米粉底要另外再加$80!但係佢一開始完全冇提過,原來加個米粉同伊麵係要另外加多$160….姐係最後淨係加工費如下:龍蝦伊麵$160米粉底豉椒炒蟶子$160蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝$80如果麵底要另外加錢嘅點解佢唔一早出聲?! 咁蒜蓉粉絲點解又唔使另外計錢?! 根本就係撳住嚟搶離晒大譜🤬最離譜嘅係收得貴都算, 焗龍蝦焗到啲肉老晒…扇貝蒸到好似變咗瑤柱咁靭…. 西蘭花鮮魷啲魷魚係佢自己舖頭嘅, 啲魷魚又係韌到咬都咬唔落。完全明白點解而家啲香港人全部要上消費😔 喺香港消費真係貼錢買難受!以後真係唔會再留港比錢D咁無良嘅餐廳賺, 大家都係香港人咁樣呃自己人錢, 真係好過分!奉勸大家避雷,食海鮮都係返大陸或者去搵其他性價比更高嘅小店。 continue reading

在附近海鮮店買了一些海產,拿膠袋就走到了興記,伙記在門外就已經笑笑口示意,表示歡迎一番。今次是第二次到來,同樣是和客戶吃飯,下午時段附近容易泊車,而且這一带的海鮮也有一定級數,帶到這些小菜店製作就對了。總共柯打了四個餸,夥記不建議再多了,兩男一女食量有限。燒味方面是滿意的,我最愛吃的是炒鮑魚,醬汁完全炒到肉裏面,而且韌度也適當。至於聖子炒米粉餅也是相當不錯,如果完全不吃辣的就得注意了,就是相當辣辣滋味。 continue reading

呢排成日響三聖邨做嘢,試吓唔同嘅舖頭,今日午飯嚟到興記個例湯係正正常常嘅嘢一坐低,侍應就會先比一碗例湯,客客氣氣,即刻問我食唔食蒸魚,午餐有黃花魚,蒸䱽魚,涼瓜炆䱽魚,我今次食黃花魚好耐冇食過黃花魚,非常滑溜,都算新鮮,我鍾意食冬菜,如果多少少更加好正正常常快靚正嘅午餐,唔加嘢飲$54 ,有蒸魚食喎仲想點,好過成日食頹飯啦! continue reading

下午六點零經過諗住求其食啲野 等夜晚大餐 一入門口個男侍應都幾好禮貌 坐低後就有個中年老女人侍應「招呼」揸住個menu問佢有咩湯麵揀,因為佢menu根本就無寫有湯麵類,佢就好唔耐煩咁答湯飯可以轉湯麵,咁其實講一句都好嘥左你啖氣既不如唔好做啦,都唔知係咪前世欠左佢咁 最後要左個燒鵝米 $67一碗黎講好細碗下(米粉仲貴過飯,但就比個下午茶size我) 燒鵝味道唔錯 肉就唔多 米粉湯一般粉麵檔水準 。 好喇,食緊果時仲聽到個中年老女人侍應講左幾分鍾咩咩燒鵝米 阿姐 其實你喺我兩米範圍 三枱客得我一個食燒鵝米粉 你覺得我聽唔到定表演白卡?一句講晒 市井侍應,無禮貌文化,100%唔會再幫襯 祝早日關門大吉 continue reading

三聖邨除咗食海鮮之外,村內嘅冬菇亭有一間好出名食燒鵝嘅燒鵝專門店!餐廳名叫做興記燒鵝海鮮飯店,區內唔少人都會專登入去食佢嘅燒鵝!今日同朋友過嚟食午餐,興記燒鵝海鮮飯店一踏入店門,香氣已經撲鼻而來。我點咗一碗燒鵝瀨粉,賣相相當吸引!餐廳選用肥美鮮嫩嘅鵝肉,燒鵝外皮烤至金黃酥脆,每一口都食到香脆外皮同埋啖啖嫩滑鵝肉,最緊要係竟然油而不膩,食得相當滋味,令人回味無窮。另外,瀨粉方面都做得好出色,質地柔韌滑順,吸盡每一啖燒鵝嘅精華,整體呢碗燒鵝瀨味道都好balance 同有層次,好食好食!對於愛好正宗燒鵝嘅朋友來說,這家小店嘅燒鵝,絕對值得專程一試。 continue reading
