盡量造訪及回訪各米其林餐廳,也嘗試準米其林及衝擊米其林的餐廳,以米其林給人的感受去品嚐。星級:不適用。訂位:透過電話,清晰。下單:服務員點單,應對還好。上菜:重複菜式名字。用餐環境:舒適。洗手間:可接受。此店屹立尖沙咀好多個寒暑,經常賓客盈門。其招牌古法避風塘炒蟹尤其出名,用了豆豉、蒜蓉、醬油和辣椒炒成,香而不鹹,濃到恰到好處,不會蓋過螃蟹的味道。另一必吃菜,燒鴨腿湯河,河粉幼嫩,湯頭鮮甜,鴨腿香濃多汁,不覺油膩。白灼韮菜花,能吃到的餐廳已經不多,翠綠不韌,爽口。不愧為《米芝蓮指南香港澳門2020》必比登美食推薦之一,下次回訪要嘗嘗其艇仔粥。2人光顧,點餐如下:茶芥果汁啤酒小食粥粉海鮮加一後,合共HK$1,596。 continue reading

我朋友喺外國返嚟想食椒鹽賴尿蝦,於是聽人介紹介紹去咗呢間,其中我哋一行10人,5個大人唔個小朋友 ,其中小朋友都唔係好食嘢嗰種 ,叫亞姐要餐牌,佢哋話無,只有枱面張餐紙喎,後來就俾有圖片無價錢嘅餐牌我哋睇,其中嗰隻避風塘炒蟹但係唔大隻又無蟹味,成為$11xx隻蟹,5隻賴尿蝦有大隻又細隻,成為$22xx,嗰碟頭飯油鹽水菜心,真係唔知要$155囉,我見白勺菜心例牌,無諗過油鹽水唔係例牌要$155,埋單$7xxx就係圖片的食物,除咗菜心同炒飯,仲有河粉無影,總括嚟講,食物一般,好貴,真係唔值食7千幾囉,出面幾生鮮都食過,一定唔係呢個價,後來第二日問我曾經都食過呢間嘅同事,原來係有有埋價錢嘅餐牌,見係遊客就唔會出示,俾人搵笨了,想食嘅人要慎重考慮 continue reading

從佐敦站D出口向尖沙咀方向走兩分鐘便到,交通非常方便,但是第一次來都要小心尋找,一不留神經過了也不察覺,因為它是二樓舖,地下有很多招牌,走過了都看不到。它是一間老牌酒家,裝修古色古香,牆壁上有很多明星的簽名,但是招待的水準一向被劣評。所以心中沒有太大的期望。首先來杯紅蘿蔔馬碲竹蔗水,甜度適中,很潤喉,第一道是前菜拼盤六小碟,有豬的不同部份如豬脷、肚、粉腸,另外有海蜇頭、魷魚和苟菜花,配合那醬汁,很惹味和開胃。跟著來碗野葛菜老火湯,媽媽的味道令滿足感大增。主菜有蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子,蟶子脆嫰粉絲吸了蟶子汁,鮮味無比。椒鹽瀨尿蝦香脆的外殻但鮮嫰的肉,👍👍更來碟豉椒炒蜆和胡椒炒蟹,使我的味蕾立刻活躍起來。但是每頓飯必須有些米氣的,所以點了這裏的招牌燒鴨河和泥鯭粥,河粉非一般,切得非常幼細,吸了湯底的鮮味,但是份量很少,真是品嚐一下,口感佳,但可能是久違了泥鯭粥,絕對不可錯過,粥底綿味道鮮👍👍👍 continue reading
