聽同事講呢間餐廳好好食,見今日過嚟銅鑼灣行街,即刻去試吓。六點幾上到去,暫時唔算好多人,店員安排我哋兩個人錯咗一張四人枱,座位寬敞舒適,成間餐廳嘅燈光都好柔和,好舒服。呢間餐廳食物種類都幾多,各式各樣嘅食品都有,最後我哋揀咗以下食物。精選刺身拼盤(5品)入面有赤蝦、真鯛、深海池魚、拖羅同帆立貝,店員好細心地同我哋講食刺身嘅先後次序,所有刺身都好新鮮,尤其是係拖羅!特色鰻魚蛋卷賣相好靚,而且好好食,超有驚喜!!!外面用蛋皮包住,入面都仲有蛋,流心半熟的,同鰻魚超夾,仲有啲蟹籽,口感好豐富。下面好脆嘅芝麻海苔係靈魂所在😍日本A5和牛他他其實唔使點醬汁已經好好食,表面焦得香香的,廚師淨係用咗少少鹽來調味,成件事超夾!A5和牛壽喜燒✨✨湯底調味剛剛好 ,和牛有三大塊,油香豐富,入口即溶,而且仲有蛋黃加胡麻醬就做醬汁,仲有各種蔬菜同我最愛嘅薯粉🤤最後點咗兩款時令雪糕,分別係開心果同豆腐味,為我哋嘅晚餐畫上圓滿嘅句號。見到佢哋成立兩周年,出咗啲好抵食嘅set lunch,已經急不及待即刻book咗位下次嚟食! continue reading
