早幾年嘅喜茶奶蓋非常香濃，但係事隔幾年再去飲，完全係失望。喜茶的芝芝多肉青提中的奶蓋部分味道變差，比起以前有所退步，對飲品整體的口感和享受造成明顯的影響。奶蓋的質量直接關係到整杯飲品的味道平衡和口感體驗。原本應該為飲品增加滑順和微咸的奶香層次。現在的奶蓋的味道過鹹，鹹到完全沒有奶味，掩蓋青提的清新果香。這種退步不僅降低了飲品的吸引力，也讓原本期待享受的顧客感到失望。奶蓋冇奶蓋味，青提冇青提味，難飲到飲咗半杯就掉咗。

I wanted to share my experience at Heytea timesquare; I came on a Saturday afternoon, there was roughly 4 groups waiting. At first, I tried to order via the QR code outside the shop, whilst the app was easy to navigate but it led to payment option being Alipay or WeChat pay - both I don’t have! So I queued up and got my mango grape food boom tea. I finally waited enough to check the counter to see a one small line saying xx amount of orders and wait was 30mins! Something I really wished the lady at the counter would have advised, as I was due to be somewhere else! Not only was the wait long, the orders were not in numerical order - yes I know two separate combinations to online order. Anyways, my point is, I didn’t know when my order would come out! I was xx126, but xx133 has been made… Drink wise, it wasn’t great, it was ok! The mango was nice and sweet, but a bit too much milk to my liking. Overall, not a must go back if I have to wait 30mins again…

飲品出來就這樣放台面不理，那個女的不斷發脾氣，大力關開門，但對做好的飲品視而不見，放在枱面不比客人。連續兩次一樣，這個女的只是在發脾氣。偶然有個男的幫忙派飲品。農曆假期間連續兩次幫襯，我嘅飲品做好放在枱面上，要自己去問，先會俾你，但取飲品顯示屏顯示飲品仍在製作中小程序上等候時間完全不準確，顯示只需要等待12分鐘，每次都需要45分鐘。是人手欠缺？還是製作程序混亂？店長必須注重客戶服務。不要讓好好的一間茶飲店經營如此差劣

喺銅鑼灣分店買咗三杯嘢飲，到我攞嗰陣發現三杯嘢飲擺咗喺枱度，但我明明有加錢要埋保溫袋，到我同個員工講嗰陣，好明顯睇到員工唔耐煩嘅樣。我明白好忙，所以我都由佢。到我拎保溫袋返入屯門，返到屋企打開個袋先發現得兩杯嘢飲，我已經即時打電話去銅鑼灣分店睇吓有冇得退款，打咗七次電話都無人接聽，唔明個電話係咪攞嚟擺？而家錢又退唔到，電話又冇人聽，根本冇途徑搵到佢哋。冇諗過銅鑼灣分店個環境咁惡劣，地下癡粒粒，成間分店有浸噏味，連服務質素同出品都搞唔掂
