有同事離職，大家就一齊食餐飯聚下。包廳有得唱K，估佢唔到隔音又做得幾好，出邊大場完全聽唔到。講返啲嘢食先～食物嘅質素同份量，簡直係性價比高度一個點。首先個乳豬肥瘦適中，真係好耐冇食過有肉嘅乳豬。第二道菜已經波士頓龍蝦，蟹肉超爽口，食完呢個其實都飽咗一半。個西蘭花蚌片，啲海鮮食唔到雪味。係個鮑魚有少少失望用大連鮑。要一直食，除咗乳豬係我至愛，係炸子雞都係，呢度個炸子雞真係可以話皮薄肉嫩。淨係呢兩味餸，已經合格有餘。最後喺個櫻花蝦炒飯炒得相當分明，加咗櫻花蝦落去亦都相當有口感。另外別是係佢個甜品紅豆沙真係好足陳皮味，每人三百幾蚊嚟講真係好抵食。 continue reading

同屋企人一齊想食簡單既中式晚餐✨就揀左呢間商場內既茶樓 唔怕天氣太熱 方便行動 港鐵站一出經商場行就到😬主要叫左幾個小菜同白飯食雞有啲部分有少少孩 但大部分都幾滑 口味上偏淡 可以自己點隔離嘅薑蔥增加味道😌呢道菜係我全晚最鐘意既 豆腐夠滑仲食到豆豉嘅咸味同帶子嘅鮮味 唯一係帶子偏薄身 如果可以切得厚身點 同叫到少油就完美啦 係送飯必備🤓避風塘炸鮑魚都唔錯 鮑魚好新鮮又大隻 炸衣同鮑魚一夾就分開咗🤔炸衣唔會太厚或者太油 呢道菜都值得一試菜心炒斑片 斑片唔會太老而且厚身 有煎過下再去炒 菜心都嫩口唔會食到有渣渣 成碟餸都算健康畢竟唔係太油😆最後茶樓仲送左甜品 紅豆沙同合桃露 俾我地食 唔會太甜 飯後一碗糖水真係唔錯❤️整體嚟講 值得再去食一次既 菜式都唔錯 冇太多伏位 不過職員人手偏少 有時候叫咗好耐都唔見有人幫手😶‍🌫️如果服務再好少少就有更好嘅食客體驗🙏🏻 continue reading

      消費降級，很少全家外出吃晚飯，一年可能十次。最近屋苑群組大家討論附近商場那家中餐好吃，有住客話這間好ok, 雖然open rice食評一般，但假日沒有工人姐姐，咁都試下啦，讓家中兩位老人家和我及五歲小孩四人出來走走。我們6pm已入坐唔多人，所以服務周到。原本已散叫一些普通菜式，後來見到2人套餐538有龍蝦一隻，又有乳鴿一隻便立即轉軚，叫2人餐加多一隻乳鴿和一個咕嚕肉。套餐的湯是功夫茶煲倒落小杯，好清甜的湯，打開壺蓋見到有好多料，竟然在家中不飲中湯的小孩好鐘意. 乳鴿都好夠熱及味道好。跟著原來龍蝦才是驚喜，presentation 好特別，不是跟伊麵，而是有味飯加脆米，重點係龍蝦肉質好好又新鮮，兩老食得特別開心，好像發現新大陸。跟著之後的幾道菜都滿意，還有紅豆沙。我諗來吃的都是附近街坊，本商埸的人流也比較少，寫食評的很少，而且附近其他幾問餐廳退步了，這間是不錯，我覺得要平反下。 continue reading
