20190918 💛生日飯💛原本有期望,但食完覺得一般般。是日晚餐:🐤龍井熏太爺雞$338(失望!。。確實雞肉處理得好滑,肉質好正,連雞胸都好滑。好可惜,煙燻這樣事情破壞了整碟雞!。。上枱果刻先打開蓋,煙霧效果好睇。但好可惜,一食落口好似食煙咁,太大陣煙味,好難頂!!隻雞幾滑都救唔返!每啖都好似食緊煙咁!你微燻是可以,但而家實在太濃!唔食開煙嘅人更加覺得難頂!😔😔😵😵🥴🥴)🐷龍眼蜜燒西班牙黑豚叉燒$328(這個好食!要成300多元嘅叉燒,果真好食啲。。豬肉好腍,龍眼蜜剛好份量,微甜,好食😋)🐟班片肉鬆脆米魚湯泡飯$298(還可以,普普通通,沒有什麼特別)🥺最難忘都係$98水,未加一。叫waiter 俾兩杯水。。。唔知道餐廳一定要係俾錢飲水。。。見到單據先知咁貴!我老公話係比平時啲水好飲啲嘅。但大家要飲水。記住考慮清楚🤣)☘另外,由於室內無哂位,唯有坐室外。雖然維港景好靚。好有feel。但枱上只有一個微弱燈泡。餸菜上枱基本上望唔到自己食緊咩!太暗太黑。一定要加強戶外燈光!起碼可以見到碟餸先啦😟(相片餸菜都係用閃光燈影先咁清)🍽六公館,只屬於不過不失。由於得2個人,叫餸份量唔多,唔知其他款如何。但用水,同環境可以改善就更好更合理。 continue reading

今日喺呢度歡送朋友喺美國讀緊大學嘅仔仔放完假返美國,餐廳係由仔仔揀的,因為佢舅父話俾佢聽呢度啲出品好掂,加埋佢媽咪話呢度轉食新派點加埋佢媽咪話呢度專食新派點心,我哋全部都係第一次再幫襯。我出發之前打電話去海港城顧客服務中心問究竟搭的士來在那兒下車,佢教我喺天星碼頭的士站,扯!真係激鬼死我,上次我嚟過呢度附近一次食午餐,呢度係海運大廈最新嗰一期最近海的那一邊,應該要穿過海港城一條車路轉入海運大廈停車場落車才行得最少,我搵咗好耐先搵到。仔仔點左:1. 鐵觀音茶三位,$84,品質都OK2. 雪山叉燒包,$62,有三個,每人一個唔使爭,咬落去果下好眼下,張開棚牙的時候個餐包皮唔會反彈番轉頭,繼續好挺,餡料的味道和質感一般。3. 黑醋柚子蒸牛排骨 ,$78,味道有啲似梅子排骨不過係牛肉味,好味得來冇乜特別。4. 炸鮮奶,$50,好普通5. 脆米海鮮湯飯,$298,味道OK,但是脆米並不是跑到好似炮谷一樣的白色米粒,而係用焗爐焗到到金黃色嘅白米,出來的效果比起做得出色的其他酒店的酒樓遜色很多。這個是仔仔的媽咪最鍾意食的菜式,佢有啲失望。6. 墨魚腸粉,$68,呢個最好食,唔知點整嘅!7. 甜品腐竹mousse山茸啫喱,$158,佢兩母子好鍾意,我就麻麻。今日是星期六,喺呢度食午餐要訂枱要分早上11時半或者下午一時半,其實我平時要12:30就食午餐,真係幾餓吓!呢度嘅海景好靚,如果帶外國或者大陸來的的朋友食飯,記住要求一個望到海景的枱。每位消費$300。 continue reading

今晚訂左這間餐廳同閏蜜補食生日飯,並要求座窗口位置。我們訂了18:00-20:00用餐時間,貪佢日頭可以看海,晚上可以欣賞夜景,-舉2得這裡裝修及佈置很高尚好靚,再加上出面的無敵大海景,簡直無得輸如果想享受自然風還可坐室外呢!好慶幸安排了4人枱的窗口位置比我倆空間感及光線十足,座位咕令人坐得好舒適成個用餐環境令人好輕鬆舒服-坐底侍應便問飲水定有汽水,我口快快答左飲有汽水,後尾才發覺原來有茶飲的,早知飲茶啦,支有汽水都要成$98(2人份量),應該茶會更好飲,唯有下次吧!另外每張枱有2碟好好食前菜,-碟係脆卜卜魚仔腰果,一碟似上海菜四喜烤麩,前菜應該係送的,因為張單據無列名有收費。不過有加一服務費!我地點了:川味蟶子皇$228 - 有2條蟶子皇份量,加上(我估係)䈑筍絲,再配上少少惹味辣椒油,口感爽脆清新,而且蟶子新鮮無沙,好好食哦48小時慢煮牛肋骨$638 - 賣相吸引份量有成條牛肋骨,比想像中多!牛肉色澤粉嫩,肥瘦均勻肉質嫰滑面頭有少少黑胡椒可中和肥膩感。另有秘制醬汁及岩鹽配食,個人認為甜甜的醬汁配牛肋骨別有-番風味食到欲罷不能!但配岩鹽就略咸!蜜汁黑豚叉燒$328 - 聽聞是出名的,所以點了。厚切叉燒口感豐富,啖啖肉周邊有微微燒燶,增加香脆感。肉質鬆軟可口但略嫌蜜汁略甜及有部份豚肉太肥!食完可到室外影夜景,打卡-流!侍應還好窩心幫我地打燈,哈哈點菜時,還耐心解答我地對菜式的疑問。個人認為這個價錢值得比的 continue reading

六公館可以話係長期都咁多人,可能因為環境同食物質數都好好,所以今次小妹都提早一段時間黎Book枱呢個聖子好新鮮而且沒有沙,食落爽口仲有仲有海鮮既鮮甜味。最主要係海鮮烹既時間,如果時間耐咗就會好韌,所以不得不讚呢個聖子好正48小時慢煮牛肉,煮咗48小時入面都係咁Juicy同埋一D都唔韌。加上用咗Ribs,所以牛肉味更加重魚肉肉質非常嫩滑,魚味濃而不是腥味。唔食魚既人更加唔使擔心,因為好貼心咁將骨拆走,入面仲有蛋白,連埋魚肉一齊食,好香好滑呢個辣炒雞有一陣好香既辣椒味,由於小妹食得辣所以就唔會覺得好辣,但朋友就覺得辣咗D,但個雞都仲帶點嫩滑,所以小妹都幾Like最後要食返個甜品喇,有燉木瓜,木瓜Size1-2人食都無問題,燉完既木瓜更加香同埋食完都有有滋潤既感覺呢到既好Modern又有點情調,好適合2個人一齊食 continue reading

因為舊同事升職請食飯,佢好開心,另一同事選左呢間貴野佢都無所謂,想食飯有啲體面。book左830五位,佢地安排左我地響左邊牆壁角落位置,原本位置都唔錯,但個廳正中間有長坐左至少20人既長長長枱,咁就慘喇⋯啲廿幾歲女都斯文細細聲,但係咁三張幾既男人飲大兩杯就嘈到痴左線⋯⋯個場即時degraded.…請客舊同事不停requests 轉枱,但都無轉到俾我地,我地成餐飯係好似鬧交咁食⋯⋯因爲真係除左後面果枱果幾個男人把聲其他就聽唔到😵舊同事發板但佢諗左好耐,侍應哥哥走左埋黎好多次😅介紹呢個新menu但舊同事無選🤣侍應哥哥落間千叮萬囑要叫多幾個因爲碟頭細叫左前菜原名唔記得左,淮山百合配麻醬食個都係生既淮山清脆,未食過生食百合原來都係脆脆地唔粉既配個麻醬🤔我地研究返屋企好似好易還原呢碟陳醋辣津白芯,只用津白嫩葉、爆香蒜頭同辣椒乾,帶點辣但唔係好勁,用陳醋乾煸,比想像中好食。好似叫咕嚕咕嚕爽⋯⋯咪就係蜜桃咕嚕肉,無特別哈哈😄我每次都叫既龍井薰太爺雞,一打開蓋啲煙係咁飄出黎,食薰肉一定要食皮,因為油脂先同薰煙溶合,咁先會有煙薰味,唔食皮不如唔好食同唔識食~皮滑到不得了帶豉油味濃濃茶香,雞肉連個胸都滑得黎帶彈性同雞味都夠似新鮮雞松茸海膽羊肚菌燴飯,我成日將羊肚菌月牛肚菌攪亂因為都係帶有濃厚味道既菌類~~呢個羊肚菌好香用甜豉油煮個汁煮出黎燴飯真係每一口都有香得黎甜又唔油,松茸增加左飯既口感。平時我好怕食海膽除非即開,呢個真係超新鮮唔腥,但係個飯味真係濃,完全將海膽味蓋過左得返個滑滑既口感。四個人只叫左兩壺茶,雖然隱約記得茶位係每個計,但為左慳呀主人家荷包⋯⋯侍應哥哥不停酙茶,都幾好服務,個景都唔錯,食物都唔錯,但超嘈超嘈⋯⋯我之前黎因為早又無咁多人食得舒服(嘈既主因主要係後面飲大左果廿幾人果枱係咁嘈同行後行去)今次真係有美食靚景同朋友都好難enjoy,請客既舊同事由頭到尾到港女上身勁不滿,係咁俾說話啲侍應聽~我就好明白關佢地事係關果枱事既俾,留難佢地都無補於事⋯⋯但有枱做乜唔轉俾我地呢雖然我地食左一半(其中一個同事搵toliet見到另一邊有枱)埋單果位到埋單都仲要怨個經理🤣埋單$1300左右⋯一出門口就覺得耳朵舒服晒 continue reading
