今日同朋友行過白布街,附近都有形形色色、各有特色嘅餐廳我哋見到呢間餐廳特別多人等位,望上去兩層都好似坐滿晒人,咁受歡迎嘅餐廳我哋唔試吓點得啊等左一陣我哋終於有位啦,我哋急不及待已經開始點嘢食一開始我叫咗一個有機伯爵茶,好欣賞侍應見我啲茶差唔多飲完主動幫我再浸多左一壺朋友就叫咗一杯拖肥咖啡沙冰,朋友話咖啡味都算幾濃,上邊嘅cream都非常好味主菜方面,我哋叫咗個原隻魷魚辣肉腸野米飯,原隻魷魚咁上真係覺得非常抵食,如果佢可以幫我地隻魷魚切到一節一節就更加好啦朋友就叫咗一個燒春雞蕃紅花意大利飯,雞髀好滑,飯味都好濃,如果啲飯再熱多少少就更加好味啦小食方面,我哋叫咗一個炸磨菇釀雞肉,我最鍾意食炸蘑菇,因為脆皮之下嘅蘑菇又甜又多汁呢個栗子朱古力班戟,配焦糖香蕉合桃,味道真係非常完美,特別係佢嘅焦糖香蕉真係燒得好香,如果唔係有啲飽,真係會再叫多一點最後叫咗一個麻薯厚焗鬆餅,配日本紫薯,加雲呢拿雪糕呢個鬆餅加埋糖漿同埋cream一齊食,真係入口鬆軟呢度嘅甜品10分真係要比9分佢哋呀 continue reading

因為見到網上好評如潮,好奇心嘅驅使下,就帶埋屋企人黎食好野🥳一入到去見到門面細細,原來可以上樓梯去上一層,座位之間都寬敞,坐得舒適既,而且估唔到都幾多人食喎!食西餐當然唔少得飲返碗餐湯啦!是日餐湯係番茄湯,味道偏酸,質地濃厚,蔬菜切成粒狀,鍾意酸味既人會好鍾意!而蒜蓉包好香脆,好香濃嘅蒜蓉味,呢個相當不錯🥳巴馬臣芝士香草牛油燒粟米總共有4片粟米,適合二人分享。賣相精緻吸引,不過聞落去唔夠香。粟米本身幾甜,配上香草牛油,味道層次更豐富。芝士牛油汁蛋麵配香煎龍蝦尾麵條質感比較粗糙同乾身,食落有淡淡蛋香。芝士牛油汁份量豐厚,足夠令每條麵條都掛滿醬汁,雖然香口但膩感較重。龍蝦尾夠新鮮,經香煎更添惹味。HeSheEat Bruch份量非常驚人,女仔食既話最好兩個人Share!內容有炒BB菠菜,大磨菇,牛油果蓉,牛角包,蕃茄,煎蛋,薯仔沙律,意大利煙腩肉同德國鮮肉腸。當中薯仔沙律最正,酸酸地加薯仔粒好開胃,而意大利煙腩肉好香口惹味,而德國鮮肉腸配蕃茄汁會幾好食,但如果先煎下佢口感會更好。 continue reading

放半日假帶親戚旺角shopping, 買咗好多嘢, 行到又攰又肚餓, 親戚話唔想食中菜, 見到呢間 He She Eat 仲有位即刻入去坐, 侍應話樓上都有位,實在太攰,唔想上樓梯, 選擇坐樓下。開放式設計, open kitchen, 全部透明,清清楚楚樓下只有10幾個坐位,唔算大梯間牆壁畫滿食物甜品最窩心係一坐低,已經比一瓶清水我們, 飲咗幾杯才開始點餐個名咁長想試下, 製造時間要等20分鐘, 看似普通漢堡包, 冇乜特別咬了第一口,就覺得滋味無窮, 厚厚大蘑菇鮮甜幽香, 配上半溶化芝士+新鮮牛肉+蘑菇醬, 意外地好食, 菇類減低咗肉嘅肥膩, 美味又健康見到這版海膽已經覺得值回票價, 西式意粉配搭日式材料,創新口味, 海膽新鮮, 溫泉蛋滑溜, 意粉硬度適中, 配上creamy醬汁, 兩個食到不停口, 嫌意粉份量太小了這個炸雞翼跟以上兩個菜式比較, 珠玉在前,顯得效為普通買相一般,入口方知美味, 雞肉釀在炸蘑菇內, 清香帶有肉味,用濃濃黑松露蛋黃醬,滿口芳香爆放窩夫新鮮烘焙, 要提早十分鐘落order, 蛋醬粉加綠茶粉做成窩夫, 脆香熱騰騰, 綠茶雪糕、紅豆、糖漿填滿格仔食,甜+熱+脆,出色甜品dark chocolate 唔會太甜, 朱古力雪糕、cream , 充分滿足到親戚口味,讚口不絕,話水準高,價錢平😋😋🤩🤩食到飽飽, 補充完體力,各自回家。 continue reading

今晚又去呢間食好野啦,因為食過覺的又平又好食,平時呢間超級爆場,所以今晚一收工就即趕過去炸蘑菇釀雞肉,咬落去非常多汁流岀去,我中意食佢配個黑松露蛋黃醬,真係好好食炸粉算好少,非常熱同脆 蟹肉番茄牛油果沙律,如果沙律菜係配醋醬,食落去酸酸地!4塊多士係極脆,唔錯!而主角係勁多蟹肉同牛油果蓉,好高水準一口食落去蟹味好濃海鮮意大利飯,海鮮份量多!而飯好香芝士味,推薦之一!蝦煎到好香,爽口!帶子講唔上話好大粒,但食落去鮮味都幾重黑松露燒春雞意大利粉,雞肉有2大舊,仲要係雞肶,都幾滑,而飯個湯有松露味都幾香,好食食完熱食就食甜品,特濃朱古力慕絲,呢個係朋友叫的,因為我唔太食朱古力所以無試到,不過朋友話朱古力味真係好濃,佢中意食綠茶窩夫,呢個好食外脆內軟,仲有有綠茶雪糕,真係雙重享受 continue reading
